Reviews of Chennai Dosa

Awesome food.. Tasty ..good service.. We had breakfast buffet..was delicious... Must try.. And not too much expensive... Awesome tea and coffee... I prefer weekend to go for buffets.. Mutton curry was also nice
N. N.
Great tasting South Indian restaurant with nostalgic seating and cutlery. Transported back to a genuine South Indian place. Good portion size, friendly service, authentic taste!
S. S.
The food was quite good. The taste was very authentic for some of the dishes. The social distancing measures are also in place. If you want a proper south Indian meal, this is the place to go!!! The quality has improved quite significantly in the last few years and a must visit if you want an authentic south Indian food!
N. G.
Super expensive but good food. Service was good. Some reviews show the menu with old prices. They are much too expensive now. But surprisingly the place was full. I guess they must be doing something right. Not a place I would visit often.
P. C.
Had the bestest Indian brunch ever in Manchester…..we were served by a beautiful waitress name Catherine who was very polite and very professional. Will be visiting again for sure! Highly recommended for those looking for Indian cuisine in Manchester.

Food is delicious; but very disappointing about their continuing cancellation of delivery food. They never get a deliver man recently and seems to be they don’t care about to resolve that problem. If I ring them, the girl who is responding phone is not so interested for the explanation of why they don’t got the facility to deliver their food.
Feels like the girl who is responding the phone is not so professional because she doesn’t know how to deal with a disappointed customer. So, at the moment, my thumbs down 👎 for them .

Food was good. However the taste was more like Kerala and not Chennai (i.e. Tamilnadu). I did not try dosa but tried Parotta. Parotta was really good and no complains about that. I had Veg kuruma as side and it tasted kerala style but I was more expecting Tamilnadu style. However the taste was good but combination was not great. More options for veg.
Also for starter I ordered chilli parotta and it is not chilli parota it was like parotta manchurian which I did not enjoy that much.

Most authentic taste South Indian cuisine in Manchester. Loved every bite of each dish 👌🏻👌🏻Waitress name Catherine served us very well with a beautiful smile on her face😄😄

This is our to go place for dosas and south Indian food. Super authentic. Service is slower due to increasing traffic. I am sure owners would do something about the waiting times. Else superb!

We wanted to visit Chennai Dosa for a long time and finally managed to visit recently. We had Mutton Dosa, Chicken Chilli Parotta, and Egg Veechu Parotta. They were all good. Starters (Chicken Lollipop) was bit spicy though we asked them to be less spicy. Though the place is small and it was bit cramped, great Dine in experience.
V. M.
Good experice as an overall. But if you are going in a group order all the items while giving your first order itself. Else it will take lot of time to bring the food
A. J.
The food was amazing. Especially the mutton biriyani and the porotta. We really got a nice environment and vibe. Also the cumstomer service was awsome. All the very best to chennai dosa..cheers to all chef.

Authentic south Indian taste. Made me go back in time and place to Yzag, Chennai and Bangalore. I was very happy I visited this place and I am sure to go back lots more times.
Parking is available a lil bit down the road to a side.
Visit 2: September 2020: Social distancing in place.
Took my Greek friend here who loved the food very much.

Tasty thin dosa and dips. Good varied menu with great prices and quick service. Worth a visit! Try the masala dosa

Wahh, what an incredible experience at Chennai dosa. I went there along with my friends to have a special breakfast buffet on Sunday which is also very cheap.
The songs that they where playing in the background remained me the memories of India.
Special thanks to the Chennai dosa manager Soundharya Avanuri (sound) to take care of us.
❤️

Authentic food with true taste of South India. Very good service. Licensed premises. Spacious seating. Good decor.

It's was awesome food, friendly customer service, and quality of the food was really great. Reasonable price for all food.
K. G.
Great authentic South Indian food at a very reasonable price. We come here from Central Manchester specifically to visit this restaurant. I love the masala dosa, chana bhatura and sambar vadai.
J. C.
Tasty dosa, vadai, idly ... we always enjoy eating here. Lovely service and we like the warm atmosphere.
R. K.
It's one hidden jem that I would like every one to try!! Good food affordable and plenty of parking nearby! Love this place we have been using this establishment for years now never had a bad food! Highly recommended!

This review is based on my recent visit .It is one of the good South Indian restaurants in Manchester. It was really busy and I did not reserve . Girls at the restaurant were very helpful as I got my table in 15 minutes . Someone came to collect my order after 30 minutes and got my items in 15 minutes. I knew that it was going to take a while that’s why I ordered only Dosa tea and coffee for my mom . However we got only dosa and tea no coffee ,staff apologised that milk finished . We did not get even any water( usually staff should have brought it at the very beginning ) . Anyway I enjoyed my masla dosa . It might be due to weekend rush but customers deserve bit more organised approach .
Thanks
C. G. (.
My Indian regions culture is poor so I could not tell you where the cuisine is from... now, this was PROPER, good and traditional + the service was good and friendly.
Not pretentious, just very good in a simple way. I would recommend!
A. S.
Subtle homely South Indian flavours. Buffets are excellent. Been going for over 5 years for home like food. Value for money too.
C. D.
The food is awesome and we were fortunate enough to meet waitress called Catherine who was very polite, kind and very professional. She made our day ❤️.Thank you Chennai dosa for reminding our root.
J. J.
Lovely preparation at this Chennai Dosa as the preparation varies from branch to branch. It was yummy and served fast too. Happy belly 😋
J. R.
If you want to try south indian Breakfast Buffet only during weekends, this is the best place you will find in Manchester, Buffet includes Dosa, idli, pongal, Kichidi, poori, 3 varities of Chutney and kesari as dessert..
A. J.
Excellent place for authentic Indian food, Highly recommend visiting if you are looking for some good Indian food at good prices.
P.
Had to re-edit. I visited this place again in July and was highly disappointed. The flavours and taste were completely different. This used to be one of the best places in the UK for Indian food, but not anymore, I guess.
Unfortunately, neither the breakfast menu nor the curry's were good.
This was my initial review "Really good food! Their sambhar, dosa and biryanis are on point. Just the exact Tamil Nadu flavours I looked for and we enjoyed the good a lot!"
C. B.
Delicious food, friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone for the authentic Indian food.
R. R. (.
The staff is so polite. Authentic South Indian food
S. S.
Dosa and vada was really good. Chicken 65 and biryani were not upto expectations. Ambience was good indeed.
H. R.
Tiffins really nice 👌
Chicken curry with Naan nice 👌
Biriyani only disappointed ☹️
L. R.
I always drive an hour to this place! Love it! Great Southern Indian food with Tamil music too which i enjoy!
Has a variety of food even suitable for vegetarians!
The khutti rotti mutton 😍is so delicious and always take one of those away with me and have a dosa in the restaurant.
Staff are friendly, food is quick and delicious as always - been about 10 times in total.
Tasty! Delicious! Would highly recommend!
L. H.
We keep going back. Best South Indian Restaurant I have found in Manchester. And the only one I have found that does real paratha. Good portions, good value for money. True Indian experience
S. M.
Please avoid msg on the fried rice .. tangy taster can be reduced in Manchuria and chilly parata .. bought for the first time .. should be add the comments before ..
D.
Delicious South Indian food. I recommend to try onion rava dosa and vegetable kuthu parota.
Thanks for the suggestion Gowtham krishnan.
B. B. S.
Quality of non veg dishes was not as good as like before, not very impressed from the recent visit. Non veg items were good.
A. g.
A place you should never try……(if there are not enough stars the reviews,, will be only shown at the bottom)I hope it’s a common sense thing ..to serve food in it’s appropriate containers…well I was served mango lassi in a plastic container same as Chicken 65…?????when I asked why…Malayali …waitress replied oh…this is the way. We serve. Mango lassi….We….if you people don’t have a takeaway Cup and lid…you should have …refused the order in first place…rather than ..Serving Lassi in a plastic …hot food container…….well …at last somewhere the light turned on for a chef called Babu and waitress refunded the money for lassi…after her failed explanation…when I returned it…,if this place is stingy in service then…you know….trust is …very important when you eat food cooked by someone else…if you people cannot take an effort you know….
A. S.
Authentic South Indian Tiffin, we ate vegetarian impressed with Vada which was served hot with sambar & chutney which was also tasty, serving was quick, Chilli Parotta was crispy and was good; all veg lovers should try this as I feel i should've tasted here quite sometime back... All the best for Chennai Dosa team and keep continuing with your best service which will bring you more customers and business.
P. A.
Excellent food.. Especially Dosa and very good service.
C. M.
Wins on that all important combination of cheap meal (£5.95 for a thali), big portions and flavour.
This place is a marked improvement from their previous venture in Stretford Mall. While the parking isn't as plentiful as that venue, it's free. Look for it on Mill Lane just off Palatine road.
But let's be clear. This is not a hipster foodie venue. People expecting Syhlet style and Pakistani curries are advised to stick to the Rusholme curry mile (Mughli's is outstanding). This is a South Indian diner. The focus is on the food and not the decor.
The dosas hit the spot, but compared to its peers aren't much to write home about. If it's packed, alternatives in the nearby vicinity to consider, are Sai Spice, Indian Tiffin Rooms and Sindhoor.
S. K. T.
Only for Dosa...
Nonveg dishes are average and precooked and warm-up from freezer...
M. G.
The food's delicious and aunthentic. The location's accessible and they serve alcohol as well which is a plus.
We were served by Deepshikha, who was very patient with us since we didn't know the menu and recommended the best dishes to try so kudos to her and the team👍🏻
M. K.
Good place to try Indian food at a very reasonable cost. The taste is really good and will suit most as the food is not so spicy. The food portion is on lesser side but nothing to complain as it's priced reasonable. Must try if you want to have a hearty meal for £15~20
M. M.
Very good location with decent amount of parking nearby. The staff are very friendly and specially Deepshika is out of the world. The portion size is good with reasonable price. Overall, highly recommended.
v. s.
We went here recently
Food as very tasty and staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely go again.
P. S.
The staff was very pleasant. We ordered a tali meal each for my wife and I. As usual it came with rice ,chapatti,
papadum,sambar,rasam,
vegetables and sweet. All food was only luke warm. They could have made it more hotter by placing it in a microwave. The taste was reasonable good. Price was very reasonable and its only offered during lunch.
K. M.
Let me start with saying that we had a very good experience last Sunday in this place. I am a person from S. India and i know the flavor profile of South indian food especially. Lets talk about what was good here. The very best part of this restaurant which i thoroughly enjoyed was the food was served piping hot. This was amazing. Made the food even more tastier. Our fav food here was Sambar vada and Masala dosa. Simple dishes yet cooked very tastefully. Service by the ladies were very good. Thank you for that. If I would want to point one area of improvement was the food initial order took a little bit more time and we waited for a good 20 mins before the appetiser was served. But when it came, both the appetizer and the entree came together which may not be very ideal for everyone. however, it was worth the wait as the food was served hot and delicious. Kudos to the kitchen staff, serving staff. All well done. Please keep the flavor profile close to authentic Indian food and not changing it to local pallette. This is what keeps you unique about you compared to other restaurants. I promise i will come back, if you maintain these 3 things, a) serving hot food, b) keeping the flavour profile not changed to local pallette and c ) great staff serving food. I am a tough reviewer and I have given 4 stars which is very rare. But you earned it.
S. C.
Very good authentic south indian resturant. Simple surroundings but food is exceptional and great value.
A. R.
Dosa, idli, sambar, vadai, poori and other traditional South Indian 'tiffin' items are good and authentic. That's all I would advise you to order. Naan, parotta and curries are fine.
Lunch time buffet 'meals' is however not what it used to be. Sambar, rasam and curd were not available on my last 2 visits. These are absolutely essential in South Indian meals. The vegetables offered weren't that great and felt more north Indian in taste.
J. !.
Been multiple times. Great South Indian taste at budget which always hits the spot with one of their dishes or the other. Consistency can be an issue and slow service during peak times as well. Happy to visit again.
T. A.
So flavourful and tasty. Loved the food and service 🖖🏽
k. d.
Best weekend buffet. Tasty and budget friendly
J. K. R.
Such a wonderful place to eat indian authentic food & Good service from the people. All over 5star.
P.
Absolutely amazing and authentic South Indian food. Must visit.
P. M.
I like this place because it serves traditional South Indian food which is hard to find in this part of the country. But please stick to their traditional dishes and you won’t be disappointed.
Their thali is a must try as it’s a complete meal and very cheap.
Please ask for recommendations if you can’t make up your mind.
Dosa, idli, vada are really nice.
Highly recommend for authentic South Indian cuisine.
A. T. S.
Such an awesome south indian restaurant in Manchester
S. A.
Very expensive for what it is, food and location. Having said that the staff are awesome!
S. K.
Nice food. Cheery atmosphere and reasonable prices
A. B.
Always the best service with smiling face.
Food is very good.
J. S.
Perfect South Indian place for the breakfast craving! Drove from Salford Quays for the Sunday South Indian breakfast and was worth it!
Perfect dosas, love the non-veg varieties of the masala dosas. Vadas were fresh, crisp and tasty. Channa Bhattura (Chole Poori), extremely tasty and didn't go overboard on the oils like some other places typically do - the channa/Chole was yummy!
Loved the masala tea and kulfies as well!
Special mention to the staff - Smiling faces with prompt service and friendly conversations!
Spacious seating, and clean premises!
Coming back soon!
M. K.
Have been visiting Chennai Dosa for a number of years. Have recently improved their raised their game in terms of quality and service. Kudos to those involved. The fact that the meats are halal made a huge difference to us as otherwise it would limit our options greatly.
A. C.
Good South Indian food at reasonable prices, ordered a takeaway Masala Dosa which was ready on time, seating available for more than 40 in the Restaurant, must visit to satisfy those tastebuds
c. m.
Great place to taste Indian cuisine and excellent customer service....
D. M.
Ok only for south indians. They dont have alot of variety in food.
H. L.
Been to the Chennai Dosa for the first time. A little crowded but Happy to see Indian friends. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The price of buffet was on the lower side(approx £7) and the items were very limited. Not a big fan of the Buffet but the usual items on the menu were reasonable. Tasty and spicy! Will visit again soon..
V. S.
Very tasty South Indian food. Buffet for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday for nominal price. Good to go with family and kids. Parking is a challenge. But, worth the food.

I came to this place accidently, I will highly recommend this hidden Gem spot to anyone craving for authentic south indian dishes. Worth driving to this place if you live bit far. Quality to its best and price point very reasonable and service provided was priceless (thank you Abhishek). I tried masala dosa and chicken kothu porotta (Thank you chef). No other words , DELICIOUSLY Amazing. Authentic South Indian taste. Will definitely be visiting again
R. T.
Authentic South Indian food at reasonable rates. Loved this place. We would definitely visit again.
n.
Finally, proper South Indian food which is halal too. I'm over the moon with this restaurant and will definitely frequent here. Highest compliments to the chefs.
P. Q.
Lovely food, they accommodated my needs for non spicy food and I really enjoyed South Indian food 🥘.
I’m a regular customer, and I’m never disappointed.
Can’t wait to return.
A. I.
Good southern Indian food at reasonable prices. Good menu of Dosa(crepes); both vegetarian and non vegetarian.
While other southern Indian places serves mostly vegetarian food, Chennai Dosa has a great selection of non vegetarian dishes; mostly authentic dishes.
Wont go there for the North Indian food though.
S. m. v.
This is not a rating given on behalf of their food, this rating is on the basis of job they provide.
I had the opportunity to go visit the shop and they are paying 6 pounds for one hour for job and you have first four days induction whichis not paid.
J. I.
Very and very tasty Proper Indian food from there. Kitchen staff 5star . My friend from Sri Lanka take me there few times. Its amazing experience. New taste. New look. So big choise. Its busy place weekend time. But every one can call and book table before coming. Really nice place if you your family or friends wanna try something new. Its worth.
R. A.
We went with friends yesterday for the very first time not expecting much but were blown away by the taste of the food. It was absolutely delicious home cooked style food.We all enjoyed it so much and will definitely go again when we are in Manchester. Great hospitality too. We left feeling very satisfied. Thank you.
C. M.
Basic dining experience but the food is great. The gobi Manchurian, biryani, and rava dosas are amazing. We recently discovered they do a chocolate dosa which we absolutely love at the end of the meal. The portions have gotten a little smaller than they used to but it’s still just as tasty!
S. S.
My favourite Indian restaurant in Manchester. Great food for a reasonable price, very inexpensive! Staff are so happy to help and serve you and just generally lovely. Easy to find, just off junction 5 of the M60. Take cash!
Only qualm is that parking is limited in the area, but we've always managed to find a place.
C. R.
Thali lunch menu very tasty and good value.
V. G.
Best place for South Indian dishes . Masala dosa, sambar Vada must try
s.
Nice and good service. Still taste of Birmingham is very nice. Will try again. Good if they come to Liverpool also. Very shortage of nice restaurants
D. B.
Whenever we want to treat ourselves with some good south Indian food, we go to Chennai Dosa! The food is so good it reminds me of the first time I ever tried Indian food while I was at university from my uni mates from Chennai.
K. S.
Really nice south Indian restaurant. Maybe only niggle could be that sometimes you have to ask them to make food a bit spicier for you. But that depends on your personal taste. Fast service and competitive prices. What's not to like. So 5 stars. Cheers.
A. N.
Nice place to be spend in with family for South Indian food, tasty food and worth for money place, also staffs are being so like great camaraderie with customers, I will definitely recommend this place for my friends & family for sure.
P. D.
Some of the most authentic Indian food you will find in Manchester. Check times for breakfast / lunch buffet - The samber, idli, vada and dosa have have been cooked with care and a serious understanding of Indian cuisine. So hard to find next level authentic Indian food in the UK, this is an absolute gem. The staff are very polite and helpful, the value is outstanding. 5 stars every time. This is not fine dining, it’s real, honest authentic South Indian food - suitable for families rather than romantic dining!
a. j.
Had a amazing dining . Food was awesome. Polite staff. Great ambience.
R. S.
Great dosas, great vadai, authentic south Indian food. Usually great attentive waiters. Great atmosphere, usually full of Indian families. Proud to have it as one of my local restaurants. I would have given it five stars except one of the thali dishes I had once was a little too ordinary and once a waitor was a real pain in the neck and it happened to be when I brought a group in on my birthday. (You must know who you are)
B. R.
The most authentic South Indian food in Manchester!
S. P.
It's a good place to try Indian food with reasonable cost. Friendly staff and table service was good. Prices are reasonable.
A. M.
Spent our weekend in Manchester, was really upset with the restaurant we had our dinner yesterday. Was really upset when leaving to Newcastle today coz of the bad experience.I dont know how we saw this restaurant on Google,it was more then my expectations, staffs are marvellous, food was 10 star and price was soo good, food n environment just reminded me of my home back in Sydney.Thnak you to the amazing staffs n the chef.A request if you can open a branch in Newcastle 🙏🙏🙏🙏
E. F.
Went with old friends, it was amazing. My mate has just been going on about the manchurian gobi and how much she needs to have it again (might have the name wrong) all our food was fantastic, service was great and worked out at less than £20 a head with drinks. Can't wait for an excuse to go again. Highly recommended. Dale's review below doesn't take into account the fact the other couple may have booked in advance, which is what we did on our visit to ensure we didn't have to wait for a table. This is standard procedure with restaurants and is the reason why you book in advance. Also shows it's a good restaurant if he had to wait to be seated.
R. E.
This is not a curry house - it is fantastic south indian eatery delight! Authentic food, top quality and unique. If you eat in the staff take you through the varied cultural food delights, and ordering a take out doesn't detract from the restaurant quality. Very recommended.
D. D.
Visited yesterday ,saambar vada and masal dosa top notch, naan nd paneer butter masala not upto the taste of our expectation...customer service is reallyy good 😊😊
N. B.
OH MY GOODNESS!!!! What an amazing experience!! Upon arrival my friend and I were greeted and shown to our table. The frontline staff were fantastic asking specific questions regarding our order giving suggestions. I chose the Chilli Coriander Masala Dosa... compliments to the chef. It was so good I had it twice in one serving. Just as perfect as the first.
The area was constantly cleaned and the staff approached all the customers to check on their needs.
I love it. I'll be back for sure. I can understand why this place is so busy
D. S.
I love this place. Had some idli and ghee roast. Food cake quickly and samba was spicy which was lovely.
s. a.
Very friendly lovely place to chill and eat with family
D. S.
Excellent service and very tasty food!. Thoroughly enjoyed the authentic taste of South Indian food👌
A. S.
Good Indian restaurant with Authentic taste. You can get wide variety of South Indian dishes. Dishes are not very expensive. Plays music as well. On weekends morning you can get buffet of South Indian dishes.
A. B.
Great food, and friendly staff, highly recommended for authentic south indian food
M. B.
The staff and table service was very good at the restaurant. The food was delicious and very tasty. Will definitely visit again.. 😊

Lovely place to spend time, homely atmosphere with frirndly staffs more than that Amazing food.
Loved this place.
J. L.
Super disappointed at the portion size for the price.

Hi Guys ,
Visiting Chennai dosa - Palentine road has become a daily habit to me now , the food and people there always makes the customers feel at home !
Even if I miss my church - I don’t miss the week end buffet ! What a variety of dishes and most importantly the quality of the food , may it be veg or non veg - it’s delicious and makes it a compelling reason for food loving people like me to keep visiting again and again .
Not sure how many tasted their mutton gravy ! If not I would suggest you to give it a shot ! I can vouch for it !
Thanks Chennai dosa - it’s now my second home !! Keep doing great !!
Regards
Aylwin Jerome

Good south Indian food at a reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended for vegetarians. Can get busy on weekends in the morning so make sure you get there nice and early.
p. r.
Very nice food and very different to the usual Indian food menu. Excellent variety for vegetarian and vegan and meat eaters. Love the Dosa!
D. D.
Awesome food. Tastes like homemade south Indian food. Waitress are very courteous.
r. d.
Good South Indian food at reasonable prices. quality of food can vary at times but still good value for money . Food can cause bloating sensation due to additives but otherwise no complaints.
j. c.
Felt like I was eating in a nice south Indian restaurant at home. Did not feel like I was in UK. Very few Asian restaurants give that feel. Absolutely loved their dosa, chutneys, biryani and gulab jamun 😍.
r. a.
Best south Indian food so far in Britain.
Small place but taste and quality is good.
Very busy in weekend.
They do breakfast and lunch buffet on weekends.
B. L.
Fantastic dishes apart cool staff
K. R.
I love their breakfast buffet during the weekend. I can confirm they serve the best dosas in manchester having tried in few different places. The chutneys provided although best in manchester does lack the authentic taste. Howver 7 pound buffet for breakfast all you can eat is just worth the money and you get idly poori vada dosa and mini oothapam served within the buffet.
R. V.
During my 11 months stay in UK , this was the place I love to go for food over weekends.
Authentic and genuine south Indian Food , reasonable price and humble staff. What else is needed...miss u :(
J. R.
Taste is above average. Briayani is good but quantity is less.
W. M.
Delicious food and comfortable place to taste south Indian.
R. B.
To have a delicious food in Manchester is a treat for yourself. Tried many restaurants here but this one stands out if you go for taste. Chennai Dosa made our sunday a happy one.. coz after trying so many food joints.. this was the one we came out satisfied.
T. K.
Authentic Indian food. The onion uthappa was delicious. I parcelled their Fried Idli and am waiting for the right opportunity to eat it. Items are not too pricey either. The only reason for giving this one 4 stars is that the place is too simple in decor. It has a feel of an Udipi place in India, not a good restaurant in the UK.
S. L.
Good authentic South Indian food, weekend morning unlimited buffet is highly recommended! 👍
Only reason for 4 stars is that the utensils are sometimes not well cleaned.
S. W.
Very polite and attentive staff. We visited here for lunch so restaurant was not very busy. We tried the chilli paneer and masala dosa both of which were very tasty. Would recommend going for the south Indian dishes as opposed to the usual curries as they are all very tasty
T. M.
I really enjoyed the food I would love to go again
A. D.
Excellent food but some minor difference in communication with the customers.
r. r.
Its a best South Indian cuisine i had !!!!!!! Lovely ambiances. Fantastic taste..... And a very friendly staffs. Love coming here again and again.....
a. j.
Good homely food, would definitely recommend the puri and bhatura.
P.
Good food! Good staff..
But they are not maintaining social distancing.. I hope they bring in some kind of rule going forward..
Y. C.
My friend took me to Chennai Dosa for Sunday lunch buffet - at £8 per head it proved an unforgettable dining experience
Buffet starts at 1.30 daily - you grab a big metal tray, pile your rice biryani, small metal round dishes serve as accompaniments holders - they had lovely Dhaal, spicy aubergine in rich tomato gravy ( my favourite), egg curry and chicken curry ( very tasty )
The place filled up to the point where some new comers had to wait a few minutes for a table - so do come before 1,30 start time
We try to go every Sunday as the buffet menu changes daily

Excellent value for money. A real taste of south India. The food is rich in flavour and light on the stomach. A must visit for those who want the true tastes of South India

Filter Coffee, idli wada personal favourite.. definitely try the chicken birynai, parotid and malabar mutton curry.

If you are fan of south Indian dishises like dosa, idly vada etc. This the place to be. Food is good but ambience is not so great. We get all konda of Indian food but they speciality is South Indian. No parking , althoug lot of off road parking.

Food quality has dropped as also service with long waiting periods before food served. Less attention paid to customer than when first opened. Poor experience when visited a few days ago.
