Z. “. L.Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble at all. I suffer with severe allergies and I've already suffered an anaphylaxic shock in the past year because of my allergies, and I rarely go out because I feel a nuisance and embarrassed about my allergies, but this evening I had the most amazing service right from the member of staff who took my order right through to the kitchen staff and the management of the establishment, I don't have much self confidence because I hate telling others about my allergies as I feel a nuisance, but tonight I was treated so good that it has restored my faith a little in eating out more often. Thank you for everything you did I really appreciate it loads.
E. b.Visited the Beefeater Saturday evening with my family, whilst the food was very good indeed and the waitress Eva was excellent, I have to say the Manageress was very disappointing, there was a group of very drunk and crude people with about 4 children, one chap was falling over people, bumping into tables, the language was atrocious not only by the adults the small children were swearing at each other.
When I asked the Manageress why were we having to put up with such terrible behaviour, she said she had asked them to leave but why were they continuing to be served I ask? No apology and no effort to control the situation for the decent customers you had there, we and the tables close to us didn’t bother with a sweet or another drink, we couldn’t wait to get out.
You clearly need some strong Management in this establishment, needless to say we will not be back.
Just one more comment, there was another large family in with about 4/5 children running wild, Manageress ignored the situation and the lovely Eva was left to sort that situation out, which she did very professionally, it was dangerous as team were walking with heavy trays of food.
The 3 stars are for the chef and Eva.
B. M.Foods not bad. There’s always at least 4-5 items out of stock every time we go. Guy on the bars a muppet. There always something he picks at and tried being funny about. You’d think they’d have friendly staff on front of house, not one of the most awkward guys about 🤷🏻♂️
L. T.My two sons visited at the weekend whilst on rugby tour. They are coeliac and don't feel comfortable double checking the food is ok for them to eat. I rang ahead and spoke to both reception team and managers. They couldn't have been more helpful and are very aware of the importance of catering for allergies/ autoimmune diseases.
My boys were looked after brilliantly and I personally would like to thank all staff involved. They had a great time a wonderful food. I highly recommend.

The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.
Last night at Dinner Gemma was our host and nothing was a trouble for her.
This morning Steph and Jamie served us and they were amazing too
Steph in particular was very happy and friendly, I have a mobility issue abd she was only too happy to help where she could. Well done Steph.
The food is lovely and reasonably priced.
However my partner was devastated to discover the Costa Machine wasn't working, he loves a costa coffee to start the day.
