Reviews of Cosy Club

Very tasty. I had the sea bass on noodles that were very flavorful.
The fish on the other hand was a little dry and could have used some spices or salt... or anything really.
It's a really interesting concept they had but they fell a little short. Still very enjoyable anyways.
The atmosphere is nice and the staff are very kind!

Great food with excellent taste, however expected bigger portions for the price. Was advised 4 small plates should be enough for 2 people, it wasn't and had to get an extra main between us.
At the end we got asked if we were going to tip from someone who wasn't our server, normally do discreetly when leaving or would choose the option to do so on the card machine myself. What made it more awkward was their response was you don't have to because of the unexpected question...
Overall great vibe, food and wine.

Lovely environment, chic and cosy as the name suggests. Good menu at reasonable prices and lovely food in the end. So on a good day this might be worth a visit - don’t try and access from within The Corn Exchange - the only entrance is in Exchange Square on the exterior of the building. However, it was inefficient and chaotic to say the least. We had booked a table for brunch priory to a timed event - but the table wasn’t ready. We had to wait 15 minutes of the adequate time we’d allowed (and the booking registration said we had to leave the table by a defined time, so we had allowed enough). Then it took another 15 minutes for anyone to take our order although the place wasn’t exceedingly busy. The waitress was new (so it wasn’t her fault- but there was lack of management or supervision of her on her first day). The order then took a while to come and I had to chase it up due to time constraints. When it arrived it was mixed up. Several items were the wrong thing. By the time they got our final order right we only had about ten minutes to eat it before the time we’d planned to leave (which was the time we’d been advised the table was required back).
So although the environment was promising and the food actually very nice, and well presented, I can’t recommend this place thoroughly if you are on a time constrained visit or expecting excellent service.

Wow. We came here for a belated valentines day and left absolutely blown away by the service. Every member of staff was well dressed, well spoken and couldn't do enough to make our visit memorable. The food was on another level. My meal took me on a trip down memory lane, and my partner was also chuffed with his meal. The deserts are divine and must be sampled. The atmosphere is very relaxed, but the attention to detail and service was certainly not. Would recommend to everyone.

My first time here and I was not disappointed. Our waitress was brilliant I have an allergy and she checked and double checked I was OK to eat. The food I have to say was so good and tasty could not fault it. The chef had even put a little cocktail flag on mine so it didn't get mixed up. Our visit was last Tues and it was so good made even better with a great waitress and really friendly staff. This is the place for a coffee or afternoon drink with friends or a great meal. I'm looking forward to returning.

Lovely sitting out on the terrace in the Spring! Not too many vegan options, but the ones they do have are tasty and decently priced.
D. W.
Went in there for dinner last night.
Starters: crispy duck salad and garlic prawns.
Mains: 6oz flat iron steak and Harissa lamb shoulder.
Topped off with 2 or 3 old fashions. Food was absolutely gorgeous, service was on point. As it was Saturday, it was, at times, pretty raucous

Came here with 6 friends who I haven’t seen for 18 months because of covid, as a very late 30th birthday celebration. The staff were friendly and patient while a couple of us ran late to the booking. We explained that we needed to be out at a certain time for a booking at the Crystal Maze.
The food came out quickly considering there were 7 of us and was absolutely divine! Nothing but compliments all around the table. We also had plenty of drinks/cocktails which were also delicious.
Our server Harry was upbeat and had a good laugh with us, he even took a group photo for us and helped us to get out the door on time for our next stop on the birthday tour.
Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It was our first visit but won’t be our last!
C. B.
Good service and a great location. After-work dinner with friends, nice selection of food, including vegetarian and vegan.
The food was delicious, will definitely be back again.

We visited at the most busiest time but luckily there were tables available inside. The staff greeted us friendly and explained that we can order using their QR code. Easy to order drinks and food there.
We only ordered drinks - Hot chocolate with marshmallows (£3) and
Bristol Beer Factory Milk Stout (£4.35) - the price is standard as it's in city centre.
Place and vibe are perfect for small gatherings as the name states - it is cosy.
K. W.
Nice place to sit in the bar looking into the centre of the triangle. Was meeting a couple of people before lunch, so when they arrived we ordered coffees, 30 minutes later we asked after where they were, another 20 minutes later we got a refund and left. Service seemed hit and miss, we got a lot of other people's orders brought to our table, just never ours.
B. B.
Went for lunch today with workmates and had a lovely time here! Service was quick, food was lovely and all staff were super polite and welcoming. The crispy duck salad was delicious 👏🏻
A. N.
Nice food and drinks, however the service in the morning outside for breakfast yesterday was atrocious. Attitude of the waitress was poor and honestly we felt like we were putting her out with any request (like asking for water!) Multiple items were forgotten from the order and only for her pleasant colleague came and took over from her and apologised, we would have been making a complaint at the time. Would return, just would hope for more attentive service.
J. Y.
On the way in we were greeted by friendly staff who seated us quickly. They helped us with our questions about the food and took our order. They served our drinks quickly. We then waited around 40mins for our food. At this point, the manager of the evening (Jane) noticed we didnt have our meals (we hadn't complained at all). She came to our table and apologised that the order had gone missing and asked to take our order again. She was very polite and apologetic the entire time and offered us some complimentary drinks. We were then served quickly with beautiful food and an extra dish for the table (the lamb small plate was gorgeous!). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We appreciated the honesty of the staff and the fact that they noticed there was a problem before we had chance to complain. In the end, we did not have to pay for the meal and this was covered by the restaurant as an apology.
Everybody makes mistakes and we have been in many restaurants who try to cover them up. It made a refreshing change to have an honest apology and a quick fix to the problem. 100% would come back again and recommend to friends and family. Beautiful food with staff who are attentive and caring. Thank you Cosy Club x
S. B.
Came here for breakfast, quick service, lovely waitresses, good food, lovely interior, 0 complaints 😊
C. B.
Foods were tasty, and the staffs were very friendly and caring.
I had classic burger, patty was juicy not dry at all, fries were crispy even after it got cold.
My partner had English breakfast which is our all time favourite!
We had brownie for dessert, it was still warm when we got it.
The flavor was rich, it's not a whatever kind of brownie! with ice-cream on the top was totally a perfect ending for our date!
Tasty foods, great atmosphere, friendly staffs. Great experience.

Today we visited Cosy Club in The Corn Exchange.
The food was exceptional, the hospitality was second to none and we had a great afternoon.
We will definitely be recommending and visiting again.
Thank you all at Cosy Club.

The place| is nice and cosy with great interior decor and a pleasant ambience.
The main floor is split into two rooms and they also have an outdoor sitting area. Inside they have these beautiful massive windows, the place looks a lot like an old fashion pub with loads of paintings and designs.
Cool old-fashion features such as a staircase, old tiles, a domed glass ceiling in the bar area and lots to look at.
Location| Corn Exchange, 37 Hanging Ditch, Manchester M4 3TR, United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Opening hours|
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday
9:00 AM–11:00 PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Staff| Lovely mannered and attentive staff 😊
Food | We asked for small plates as we wanted to try a few different dishes, it took a little long for all the food to come but the flavour and the taste compensated for the time we waited.
To eat we had: 🍗 🦐 🦆 🧀
Asian fried chicken -£5,50
Garlic prawns - £7,25
Fried halloumi - £6,25
Crispy duck salad - £6,95
Overall| we enjoyed the food and the place a lot ♥️ Thank you @the_cosyclub

Had lunch today. Service was excellent
Seated at spacious window seat with a view over square and to selfridges.
Food was nice and had good gluten free options.
Thanks for a lovely lunch.
A. B.
Love this place so much i met several friends here on different days. Foods fantastic, staff are perfect and the venue is simply beautiful. Really loved the food and enjoyed the cocktails and mocktails
G. D.
Stopped here for lunch and had great meal. I had the blue velvet burger which needs a good appetite to take on. Daughter had steak sandwich which she said was really tasty. Cheesy garlic bread and some halloumi sticks with chili sauce as a side were also great. All the staff we dealt with were very professional asking if we had any dietary needs/allergies. Ben who was our server was really friendly and did an excellent job serving us! Thanks for a great meal!
S. E.
An overall good experience - service was ok but didn't really stand out. There are much better places to eat breakfast in Manchester.
The decor was good and the overall cleanliness was great.
I had the poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on a toasted bagel and I would have it again.
J. B.
Great place to visit for drinks and for food. You would not realise how big it is inside (and have to go upstairs first). A really nice seating/drinking area to enjoy before going to tables. Friendly staff and good food.
J. T.
Not in a hurry go back, the food when it did arrive was incredible.
I'm unsure if it was because it was bank holiday weekend however we waited to be seated and then informed by the waitress she will be right over with our food menu. We waited over 20 minutes with the waitress walking past us and seating additional guests. After this length waiting for a food menu we prompted another waitress for one. The second waitress got us a menu and appeared to be in a hurry to leave the table, we then had to ask before she returned to her other duties could we please get drinks, she appeared slightly aggravated about this.
Drinks finally came to our table by a lovely genteman and shortly after we was asked by the second waitress are we ready for our food order. Between getting seated and making a food order it was over 40 minutes.
When food arrived it was fantastic and could not be faulted, again the gentleman who served us was very kind and engaging
Though the food was fantastic no one checked in to see if the food was ok or collect our empty glasses.
It felt the waitresses overall could not be bothered and we even had to ask our table to be cleared and if we could have the bill after sitting around for a period of time after our meal.
Summary: food amazing, the gentleman doing the drinks and bringing out the food was fantastic but the waitresses and the waiting around for menus and drinks has not made me feel in a hurry to go back to
G. M.
Great atmosphere, great food, and great service. Really lovely staff who went out of their way to be helpful, even sending someone to the shop to buy candles for my daughter’s birthday cake! Would definitely recommend
M. G.
In Exchange Square on a Saturday night at 8pm (booked in advanced) we went on a double date. Good atmosphere, not too loud, great staff, excellent quality of the meals, and probably the best vegetarian and GF burger ever. They cater for vegetarian and GF extensively (See GF menu in photos attached). We had: 4 mains, 1starter, 1GF beer, 2 soft drinks, 1cider with cordial= £72. Not bad! Hey? It was a lovely night out, in a lovely place with lovely food. Highly recommended!!!
A. M.
Wonderful experience in the heart of Manchester...quirky building..warm and inviting decor. Food was exceptional and the vegetarians in our party were more than satisfied with their meals..booking online was easy and confirmations were sent in plenty of time with options to change. Only really small niggle was it was rather a bit of a wait after ordering to get desserts, but the staff couldn't be more helpful...will most definitely return even if only for drinks..perfectly situated opposite Selfridges for glass of wine at the end of a day..
S. H.
Very tasty food and great service. The aesthetic is very pretty and Olde intustrial esque. Would recommend. I had a Boston Brunch and it was very tasty. Great veggie options for brunch but the dinner menu didn't have too many from the looks of it. All in all, great restaurant and would recommend.
M. C.
Would have liked to give more stars and a better review because the waiting staff were so helpful and pleasant. The food was very average we were a party of 10 including 2 children. Whilst waiting for our table we were seated in a pleasant seating/bar area. Once our meals arrived they did not look pleasant to the eye, we are not foodies, but not one single dish looked appealing and the chips come in greaseproof paper in cute steel pots, the reason for the pots is to make you think you have a portion not the small handful that you actually receive. I know they are a chain restaurant but they could still cook, present and flavour their dishes far better. Overall I would recommend the cosy club for drinks but not for food.
J. G.
Food sources were scrumptious, and the staffs were amicable and mindful.
I had exemplary burger, patty was succulent not dry by any means, fries were firm even after it got cold.
My accomplice had English breakfast which is our unsurpassed top choice!
We had brownie for dessert, it was still warm when we got it.
The character was rich, it's anything but a whatever sort of brownie! with frozen yogurt on the top was absolutely an ideal consummation for our date!
Delicious food varieties, incredible environment, well disposed staffs. Incredible experience.
E. N.
Loved the amount veggie, vegan and gluten free things on the menu. Very tasty too!
K. B.
I really like this place as it is what the name implies 'cosy' with all the seating in there with views of the other restaurants in the Corn exchange, really nice to sit down and enjoy a drink in comfort.
What I don't particularly like is the price of the drinks in here as quite expensive, 4 drinks cost £26 and they weren't even cocktails.
D. C.
The cosy club was great, the food was amazing and the service was okay. The cocktails are also pretty good and everything was fair priced.
G. D.
Excellent brunch of Huevos rancheros, set me up for a Sunday of shopping in Manchester
J. E.
I came here with 14 others last Sunday for a work outing. Food and drinks were top quality and the staff were amazing! However, our waitress Ammu was a STAR, she was very friendly and extremely patient with us as we all arrived at different times, ordered food and drink at separate times and needed to pay separately. She made sure to check up on us regularly and made conversation with each and every one us! She went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable and we are all very grateful for her hospitality!
I honestly cannot fault this place and recommend it to everyone.
R. B.
Delicious meal. Great atmosphere. Attentive staff. We'll definitely return!
D. K.
Tried the vegan menu here last week and really enjoyed it! Great for large groups and after work drink.
S. S.
Great atmosphere and beautiful design - every little thing has been thought of. Went here for brunch and had Cosy Eggs which were good and service was amazing. Would love to try some of their other branches if I'm ever in the other cities.
h. b.
Great location and food!! The seating area for drinks is amazing with a great atmosphere! Staff are very friendly and would deffo recommend as a place to go!
E. L.
Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and brilliant service
M. G.
Cosy club is the best place in the city for late brunch in a casual, spacious and cosy environment. Their Huevos Rancheros are particularly tasty!
I. S.
Really good atmosphere, excellent staff, good food reasonably priced. Easy to recommend
R. H.
Very nice decor. Excellent staff/service. The food was superb and very reasonably priced. I will look for other Cosy Clubs when I am out and about.
E. T.
Very nice place to have some drinks and be comfortable and casual! It has some great options for finger food! It's a very good option if you are near the big shopping centres thereby. I also really liked the decor of this place, it's so british!
R. M.
Really nice food in a great setting. However, it did take nearly 50 mins to arrive. It was busy, but not packed (hence only 4 stars). Staff were friendly.
M. M.
It was so good best burger I have ever had eaten xx
S. R.
Not overly impressed with the Cosy Club we were out in a large group celebrating my sister in-law upcoming wedding. The service was ok but the food wasn't anything to write home about and even after a generous tip we apparently still owed 8p 🤷♂️
B. T. (.
Cracking place, as the name suggests it really is cosy! Great menu, and some good beers/cider and lager. Oh yes, and super cocktails. Staff excellent. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend this venue.

Great food and service. Lovely to return after the pandemic

A great location in Manchester. The Manager was excellent and made the experience a good one.
J. Z.
Nice first visit. English breakfast a little too expensive for the amount. Can't fault the quality or menu choice though. Lovely atmosphere and very warm welcome and friendly service from Izzy! Thanks so much, will definitely be coming again!
S. J.
Wow what a lovely place to eat, service was impeccable and food was excellent defo recommend if your visiting Manchester.
W. D.
It's fine, quite expensive for what it is. The staff vary between wildly sunny and friendly to borderline surly. However the food is decent quality and they accommodated a large group with no real issues.
I do wish places would bring toast to the table already buttered though.
T. S. B.
A great venue for a lazy start to the day after an evening at the Manchester Arena. The brunch with prosecco was delightfully substantial to see us through the to the Pantomine at 2 Pm
A. H.
Lovely chilled venue. For duty Manager bent over backwards to fit us in charming Falstaff and a very attentive Server. Recommend to anyone.
C. G.
Excellent food, great staff and a nice atmosphere. The chicken burger with macaroni cheese a highlight
C. K.
Fantastic food great service will definitely return
m. a.
Lovely friendly place. Staff helpful and wasn’t rushed to eat and leave. First time and although my meal wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, my daughters was great. Definately come again.
K. l.
Love it here, have visited a few times now. Lovely food and nice cocktails. Nice atmosphere and convenient location. I would also recommend this place for a great breakfast
L. “. M.
Love this venue. Fantastic cocktails, tasty desserts and great staff! Maybe ensure the awning works as it should as it kept opening and closing and we were rained on a few times!
S. H.
Fantastic food and atmosphere it's a real hidden gem. I had the ham hock hash and it was stunning.
N. R.
Had a date night here with my hubby and we both absolutely loved it. All the staff were really friendly and lovely, they made us feel really welcome. The food was excellent too, we'll definitely be going back!
Thank you for a wonderful evening! X

We stumbled across the Cosy Club on our recent visit to Manchester and we were not disappointed. Both the food and the service were absolutely superb. We went in for breakfast and Ben our server couldn’t have been anymore pleasant or attentive during our visit. We went back for dinner on a different night and they were more than obliging to find us a table even though we hadn’t a booking. Once again we were served by Ben who made the evening enjoyable with his pleasant and upbeat manner even though he was rushed off his feet!! Once again the food was delicious and the service outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Cosy Club to others if they were visiting Manchester.
L. O.
Amazing food and lovely staff! Baked camembert was to die for 😍
R. Y.
Went for a lovely meal, cocktails were amazing and our server (Izzy I think) was lovely and understanding with our order. Service was speedy and all employees were lovely, would recommend!
H. S.
Really tasty brunch with friendly staff and the bakewell cocktail is my new favourite drink! I overheard that a lot of the staff are new and I
would just like to say they are doing a dead good job
M. S.
Very busy but only 3 bar staff on. Staff all very friendly even though they were clearly struggling to keep up with orders being placed at the bar.
T. W.
Great food and drink. Came in for a stag do meal. Our waitress (Kitty I think?) was great, good banter! Looking forward to coming back again.
E. O.
This is fast becoming our favourite place to brunch. Lovely, welcoming staff and great choice of good food. The cocktails aren't bad either!
P. S.
When I went there was nobody to greet us and a table wasn't ready for ages as then it needed a different person.. food was great when finally sorted though
S. D.
A fantastic venue in the heart of Manchester city centre; perfect for hot desking and shared space working, socialising with friends, and group food bookings. Definitely very cosy, superb!
L. D.
The bar looks absolutely stunning and the staff all looked so fancy! Great spot for Christmas drinks! We had some delicious cocktails and mince pie shots! Service was speedy and friendly especially for a weekend. Shame we couldn't get food with them being full but if it's as good in the restaurant as it is in the Bar then we will be back to try it for sure! Thankyou to the lovely bartender with the brown hair and the bandage for the reccomendations!
F. A.
My friend was supposed to catch the train and this place made him lose the track of time, Cosy vibes
J. M.
Really shocked at our experience especially after reading all the positive reviews. Ambience and cocktails were fantastic, but that is where the good ends for our group. Service was extremely slow despite being quite a quiet night. Food was OK, not bad but really underwhelming. Seemed that a larger group is not what they are used to here, despite booking well in advance and they can cater to smaller groups or couples better. Staff were perfectly lovely but seemed not to communicate with each other. Would like to give it another go, but won’t be booking any more occasions here- if you’re looking for a group booking look elsewhere.
A. B.
Great Cocktails 🍸 can't beat happy hour, too good not to try a few different drinks! Lovely atmosphere, staff so helpful
J. I.
Relaxed atmosphere, comfy seating, Thai green curry surprisingly excellent.
D. E.
Sorry Cosy Club if it seems my rating is too low as 3* is still positive to me. Service and food were great, atmosphere was nice, just some of the table decorations sacrificed a lot of space so was pretty impractical getting through a meal.
Didn't mean to sound negative, it's just how I rate. 3* to me is still happy to go again. If you want me to change it to a 4, I'd be happy to.
J. H.
We went for food here but was let down quite a bit. I had the pork belly and my GF had a salad. The salad was very plain and my potatoes were cold. I also had some serious stomach cramps. My friends had burgers which according to them were great! In the cosy club though the service was brilliant, the staff were very compassionate unlike some other places I have been. I will come back here again despite the problems with the food because the staff were that good. Thank you for looking after us.
B. W.
Being Christmas the place was packed with diners. Six of us only wanted a drink but the staff were amazing. They were run off their feet but managed to gather six chairs together then found a table. Highly recommend this bar and the food look great too.
C. H.
Went out with a group of friends for a hen do and it was perfect.
The staff were really friendly- we were 15 minutes and they told us not to worry, the waiter was kind and the food came promptly. A really cosy atmosphere, delicious food at good prices and a lovely way to spend an evening.
FYI they are brilliant at dealing with dietary requirements
B. A. P.
Beautifully decorated with very attentive bar staff that take pride in making amazing cocktails. Definitely recommend for casual drinks. However the seating can be slightly uncomfortable because some are just stools, other than that it’s great!
C. W.
Had breakfast here and was delicious! Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, plus they're always willing to accommodate and change to your requirements.
Would also recommend going, purely for the fact they have many board games ready and available for you to play with your pals over tea or cocktails, whatever takes your fancy!
L. A.
Lovely atmosphere as always and friendly staff .Its well kept and tidy ,the only confusing bit is finding the ladies room if you are a new comer there.
P. T.
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review but felt like these guys deserved one. Tried to go next door to banyan around 9pm for a drink on Wednesday and was told, a little rudely, it was too late to come for a drink due to the curfew. I mean, I get it regarding the 10pm curfew but shutting up shop an hour early seems crazy considering the current climate and there was plenty of people in, and lots of staff stood about doing nothing. In contrast, went up to the cosy club next door, just the two guys, one of them in particular was running around taking orders and bringing people drinks and food. He managed to get straight over to us with a wave and a super warm welcome and took us to a nice table over looking the balcony, got us two rounds of drinks in the time we were there, had a chat with us about how our night had gone and didn't seem at all worried about having a full(ish) bar so close to curfew, still got round to everyone else to do the same, and just gave us gentle reminders when it was nearing the curfew and had everyone paid up in time. Our bill only came to just under £20 but left the same in a tip for him. If pubs and restaurants are struggling with the new rules, they should do more like what these guys are doing, and less like the guys next door. I will 100% be returning to the cosy club, due to the excellent service we received, will probably avoid banyan though.
N. B.
It's not called "cosy" for nothing. Deceptively large, fabulous decoration, very eclectic.
Staff are super friendly and attentive.
Had a window seat but was very drafty; it's an old building, would be lovely in the summer months. Food was very good. Would recommend this place to my friends.
G. h.
After a disappointing start, grumpy and inept bar staff who were not working as a team, it improved. The meal was nice and our waitress, Georgina made my son's birthday celebration a good one. Her extra touches and friendly service definitely improved our experience.
E. J. K. S.
Booked a table for 6 on Sat 25 Nov 17 . Was introduced to our waiters (Jimmy and Poppy)for the evening. They were great fun especially Jimmy. We had a set menu. Food was fantastic and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be going again.
A. J.
Big fan of the decor in this place; it really is true to the name. The service is top-notch, the cocktails are super tasty and not too expensive, and the food is fantastic value! On my last visit I had The Brigadier burger - a beef burger with cheese, pulled pork, chorizo, and all the usual trimmings - and I left feeling like a big, happy barrel.
M. L.
Went for a Christmas meal so I don't know about the normal menu but the food we had was excellent and enjoyed by all members of our party. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place itself is up a good set of stairs and unfortunately I didn't catch if it was disability accessible or not so I recommend you ring to check.
M.
As it's name suggests, very cosy 'living room' setting and feel. Not a HUGE range of spirits but enough. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, only tried the bar area so can't comment on the restaurant but it was packed. Well worth a visit, recommend.
M. C.
A vast place with a really nicely done interior design theme. A varied menu for both food and drink and all done at fairly reasonable prices. A chain that's definitely not some generic experience.
M. C.
Amazing food, service and location, highly recommend for brunch and can't wait to head back again.
M. P.
Came on a works night out which included a meal. The service was good but they were obviously hammered busy and therefore slow. The drinks I felt were expensive - £20 for two g&t's. But maybe I'm just getting old and stingy. It's a cool place and defo worth a visit though.
Z. C.
Nice atmosphere friendly staff and good drinks!
P. H.
Lovely meal at the Cosy Club, very very good value for money. Had the Blighty starter, which consisted of multiple nibbles. Including tbr glazed sausages. Which were amazing. It also came with squid, which was ever so slightly undercooked. Had a buttermilk chicken burger for main, everything was lovely with the burger, but the chicken itself was a little on the small side compared with the size of the bun and the amount of extras. Would recommend anyone who looking for a casual dining place in the city centre to visit here.
L. H.
I had a wonderful time here. I love the 20's vibe and what they've done with the place. The waiters were very welcoming and nice
T. G.
We were here for a private function and must have been pushing the space to capacity. That said, the food was spectacular, the service was top notch and everyone was helpful and seemed genuinely happy you were there.
First visit, won't be our last!

Lovely place! We went for brunch and it was delicious. They have vegan breakfast options and all the alternative milks. Wasn't too expensive and they had board games to keep my son entertained
E. H.
Brilliant service and food, fabulous atmosphere, great for drinks and/or food. Will be visiting again.
A. L.
Easily a new favourite of mine! Love the decor, the multitude of rooms that you can eat in, the laid back atmosphere (board games available to chill out over food and drinks) and the scrumptious menu! I had pancakes with grilled smoky bacon, drizzled with maple syrup and a scattering of icing sugar. Amazing! The affrogato (scoop of ice cream and a double espresso).. gorgeous!! The only negative is that service was slow. This place is actually quite huge and unfortunately I don't think there was enough staff that day. But that's not going to deter me from coming back!
W. K. Z.
Excellent service, the place is nice and cosy, plus the decoration is lovely. The food is nice however the portions are a bit small, which is the reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Overall the place is really good to have a nice brunch.
A. M.
Nice place, nice atmosphere. Been to other places from the same chain in Oldham and Bury and enjoyed the food. Had the 'Blighty' to share, I didn't think there was enough bread for dipping and the scotch egg and the bacon balls were over done, almost to the point of being burnt/black. Having said that, it wouldn't stop me from going again
J. S.
Came here on Saturday for a drink enjoyed it so much came back today for my birthday meal!! Food is great and the staff are just all fantastic and friendly, defo our new fave place in Manchester! 😍 see you soon x
K. G.
Great value, especially for the location. Good quality and genuine friendly service. Good variety on the menu. Recommended
K. K. R.
We dined at the cosy club for the first time on our trip to Manchester. It was a great atomosphere and the service was very elite and cosy. They pesky blinders feel to the place makes it almost like your have taken a trip back to the 50’s, the food is very nice with a wide selection on choice and a bar to match its range.
For a high street chain and based on the size of the place it upholds it reputation and is a great spot not just for adults but for families and meetings also.
If you are ever in Manchester and fancied nothing to fancy but tasty then this is definitely a place that you should visit
Thanks for the great service and experience :-)
J. h.
Fantastic place. Staff really friendly and had a good laugh. We ordered the tapas... be warned there's loads but it all tasted amazing!!!! Will definitely be back.
E. K.
Started off badly after getting ignored at the bar, but after the ( I'm guessing mangeress) came over it was all redeemed.
Went upstairs with my friend and our 2 dogs, asked for a table out the way as we didn't want to disturb the other diners with the dogs.
The manageress was happy to oblige.
Food was delicious and catered for my vegan friend well with a separate menu. And can definatly recommend the chocolate bombe!
No issues with dogs.
Highly recommended to go with your furry friends.
C. T.
Fan-bloody-tastic! Great food, venue and staff! Definitely will go again.
A. A.
Came here with colleagues after work for a drink and meal. Decor and theme are fun and a bit different from the norm. We had a good laugh with the board games, probably helped by the 2 for £9 cocktails 😉 Dinner was very enjoyable and staff were excellent
N. R.
Was my first visit here, picked it because of it's extensive vegan menu which isn't often something you find in restaurants that aren't specifically vegan. Absolutely fantatsic food and service, would recommend going and I'm sure I will be visiting again soon.
J. E.
All appropriate measures were in place. Excellent food, great service and pleasant surroundings. The staff made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our visit to the Cosy Club.
S. B.
Food was fantastic and service was brilliant... they couldn't do enough for you even when rushed off their feet they were still tentative...
D.
Lovely furniture and cosy environment, good for dates as it's not loud as some other places nearby.
M.
I've been to clubs before where I have felt somewhat cold and detached.
Thankfully, at this particular club, I did indeed feel very cosy. This is impressive, considering half of it is pretty much open air and looking out into a gigantic foyer.
C. M.
Nice place, friendly staff. Wasn't overly keen on my burger as it was Abit too greasy and the bun wasn't big enough to keep the contents in. Looked good but was too messy. Other food looked nice especially the tapas.
F. S.
First time at the Cosy Club in Manchester, wont be my last. Vegan fish and chips was delicious an the cocktails amazing, also Special thank you to Tanica our waitress who was excellent throughout 👍
M.
Lovely little place. Nice to catch up with friends and play a few games.....felt like you were at someone's house.....very homely. The food was great and cocktails weren't too bad either.
C. C.
Beautifully chilled place. Pleasent and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. My only slight gripe, which is no fault of the establishment, is that it can get really busy.
M. B.
Great to place to relax and eat. We enjoyed our time and we'd go back!
A. B.
Atmosphere was lovely, but the steak sandwich my dad and I ate didn't have very much steak in it, and the bread was a little too crunchy. My mum said the halloumi burger was delicious though.
P. H.
Great food and service. Really lovely atmosphere and the staff were fabulous.
J. C.
I've been to a few Cosy Clubs in the UK, but this is the model for how they should be. The food and atmosphere is excellent, and the relaxed surroundings add top the overall experience. If you've been to a Cosy Club and didn't rate it, then visit the Manchester one and change your mind.
W. W.
Had a nice lunch with friends here. The atmosphere is friendly which is created by the lovely staff. Food is tasty too, would definitely visit again!
s. c.
Great food, nice setting and unhurried service.
J. B.
Got the 3 for 13.95 tapas and all 3 dishes were lovely. Highly recommended.
S.
Friendly staff, nice outdoor setting and delicious food. The Ham Hock hash was great.
r. d.
Nice bar with good atmosphere drinks are original and delicious
M. W.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great food and service
C. A.
Manager very helpful but my food wasn't great! Don't normally complain but it really didn't taste nice, other meals our group had were ok, nothing to write home about! Maybe I just chose the wrong thing!
J. W.
Booked a table for today but when got there the table we were given was not socially distanced and the area was packed ? Not what I expected to be honest so asked to be moved to the main bar area where this was socially distanced and the waiter was lovely . Food ok but I wouldn’t go again knowing they don’t socially distanced tables in main restaurant
S. G.
Excellent veggie breakfast. Didn't look like a big portion but left feeling full. Staff very friendly and helpful.
S. L.
Good choice of food and drinks. It’s really nice inside and we received nice service.
E. J. H.
Lovely location with a beautiful interior and friendly staff. Fast service and the food was nice enough however a little cold. Reasonable prices however, and I do plan on returning.
P. D.
Love this place... Staff Really Friendly and Relaxing atmosphere and better still Cocktails 4-8 PM are half price 👍👍 Highly recommended... In fact I'm going back again on Saturday
S. R.
Service was pretty poor but food was decent and we had a half price offer which makes everything seem worth it. The decor and atmosphere is fun. Nice place to go for a few drinks.
A. A. S.
Great place to visit plenty of shops and restaurants great sitting areas very tidy place .
P. I.
Birthday party for my wife. We were looked after well in all aspects. A special mention of thanks to Ellie who dealt with all our queries and requests efficiently and always with a genuine smile
T. W.
Lovely food, friendly staff. I was 'that customer' and asked for customised cocktail and they obliged with no problem. Would recommend their Spiced Pear & Pineapple Daiquiri.
S. M.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty and reasonably priced food - great cocktails and lovely bar area too!
P. “. B.
I've posted previously that I like CC but never eaten at one so today we did....
It wasn't a good experience unfortunately as we waited 40 mins for a cold burger to arrive although the quality of food was fine and we did get free drinks in compensation
So we'll try again and fingers crossed we'll have a better luck next time.
B. S.
Right in the center yet a familiar atmosphere, loved it, food was very well prepared, not too many beers on tap at the time I visited but the one I got was liquid sunshine! Worth a stop if you're in the area
D. W.
It's a beautiful upstairs restaurant with a quirky bar/ seating area placed on a large balcony. The service is excellent and the food is wonderful and set at a decent (£/££ cheap/medium) price.
R. Z.
Great selection of drinks, very tasty food & quirky decor!
S. N.
Loved this place! Really friendly staff & child friendly with colouring sheets/crayons & kids menu. Great food too! Highly recommend
A. S.
Excellent service and the food was absolutely delicious .
Definitely would go again!!!
P. B.
Great tapas at Cosy Club today. Service was a bit slow, but we were'nt in a hurry, so not a problem for us. Staff very friendly and helpful.
L. E.
During difficult times the cosy club appears to be managing the situation very well.We were shown to our tables and told to download the app to order. This did take a few minutes at first eg putting in bank details. After service was very quick. It wasnt very busy but nice atmosphere.
V. W.
Tasty cuisine and decent cask ales. Staff were really great. Nice atmosphere. Quite quirky considering it's a chain.
W. H.
Very nice food and outdoor seating and atmosphere
E. T.
Incredibly friendly staff and quick service. A brilliant range of gluten and vegan options that you
rarely see elsewhere.

Good cocktail choice, food menu looked (but didn't eat). Great venue to watch the world go by.
N. T.
Enjoyed the food and decor. It was quiet when I went so everything came fast enough and the service was decent. It's definitely worth a try although it's nothing too exciting.
L. C.
Lovely atmosphere.... fantastic games to play.... great music but beer lines really need a clean. Had two different beers and both tasted awful
z. i.
DEFINITELY a cosy club. Staff are so jolly friendly and lovely. Been there twice for breakfast and its been great food is lovely thoroughly enjoyed my brunch
B. W.
Good, we went when it was very busy but still got seated and food out in quick time! The cocktails are particularly good.

B. K.
I absolutely love the Cosy Club. Food is marvellous with decent portions without being decadent. Service is always excellent. Big thumbs up. 😊
F. J.

A. B. P.
Always a pleasure munching here .. lovely friendly atmosphere .. well recommended 👌 👏 thanking all the staff for being so accommodating to the Vegan in me with the odd taste buds 😋 👍
J. W.
Nice atmosphere, good place to meet friends after work. Just avoid the food seating areas as this is normally rammed full of 'Nan's 70th' family meals out.
R.
I dont know if is just our luck or what but for all the times we have been here the food have been below average or average at best. Definitely not worth the price. But the place is cute! I wouldn't chose to go there honestly
J. V.
Cozy atmosphere, great selection of games, too bad half of them missed a few pieces. Mediocre drinks and not a very welcoming staff.
L. Y.
This chain bar is next to/in front of Selfridges in an area with bars and restaurants.
As the name suggests the indoors is cosy and slightly romantic, perhaps.
I spent time at the bar was served by a professional, experienced and social bartender.
H. A.
Amazing atmosphere! Lovely staff. Food quite expensive but really nice quality with a good selection on the menu
J.
Really great food with an amazing selection of puddings. Drinks menu isn’t bad either, would recommend!
B. R.
Nice food, with an varied and delicious selection. Restaurant is very well presented, and easy to reach in the centre of Manchester. Service from the staff is rather disconnected, but worth a visit for the food.
V. M.
Food is always perfection, relaxed environment but high standard of food, fresh and various options staff welcoming I would come here every day if I could.
j. j.
Lovely food, service ok. Perhaps a lesser review score due to lack of atmosphere, very quiet when we visited.
S. W.
Poor service for such a small seating area. Waited 20 min for 2 beers.Tasteless overpriced food
M. P.

Bit expensive, but if you go between 4pm and 8pm on Sundays-Thursdays you can get 2 cocktails for £9.95 which works out much better than the full price £7.75 cocktails!
A. B.
