Absolutely Amazing! Best burgers we’ve had in years and the sides were just as good. What topped it off was the absolutely hilarious, lovely delivery driver. If I could have given 6 stars I would have. Thank you. I’m sure you’ll be our regular takeaway from now on !

Great food! I absolutely love their chicken burgers; they're brilliant and use a similar similar sauce to Burger Shack. The only reason it's not 5 starts is the price, its a little dear for a chicken shop but as a treat, this is where I come.

The food was delicious. A little bit late because of a confusion on where I placed my order but overall I’m more than satisfied. Although late the restaurant made sure the food arrived hot and they even gave me more than what I ordered to make up for the late delivery. I’d advise anyone wanting to try burgers to try theirs and even go for a milkshake! I haven't been in Manchester long enough but I tried other burger restaurants around the UK and it's safe to say this is one of the best out there.

Very Tasty burgers! Highly recommended .. tried them for the first time because of a shared interest of them raising money for charity.. we ordered a selection of burgers and all were absolutely delicious! A little error with my order but they went above and beyond with customer service and dropped off lots of extra food as good will.. more than expected I rang back to check too.. the extra food allowed us to taste more options on the menu that I prob would not order in a normal situation (E.g Mac n cheese) but gave me opportunity to taste and now consider it as a side too! Also I got a coconut milkshake which was by far the best version I have had. We will be retuning again and thank you for your excellent customer services!

Real shame. We ordered at 19:34, being advised that we would receive our order ASAP (up to 40 minutes). An hour later we tried ringing the store 5 times, as my order was still showing as “Accepted” but no food was delivered at this point, but no answer. So we rang the Heald Green store who after a while (and getting a manager) managed to locate my order. He was really polite but in the end we just asked for a refund which he said he would process (fingers crossed we get our £42 back!). Update: after telling the manager we don’t have enough time to wait any longer and that we would like a refund with no remake of the order, at 21:10 we got the delivery. (After ordering a quick food from round the corner). The food was tasty and I guess we have so extra food to eat after the night out haha. I would order again (but about 2 hours in advance)

Never seen this place before, popped in for a quick bite to eat today and wow I was blown away. The guy on the till was very polite. Packaging is a 10/10 looked great and kept the food hot. Price was only a pound more than your normal grubby kebab shop. The food itself was full of flavour (proper juicy burger) and not to mention the shop itself was very pretty. Definitely having this for my dinner too 😁

An absolutely fantastic experience at burger bae. I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger with fries and a side of mac n cheese. All of it was absolutely gorgeous, piping hot and the burger was to die for. I will definitely be returning, I was especially impressed by the service as the food was actually brought to my car outside and all the packaging was stamped with the burger bae brand. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

I had the stake strips and chips in a box was nice and filling. Could do with reducing the chips and add some salad or veg like pepper and onion nice compliment to stake.. Drink variety was interesting made a refreshing difference. Could do with meal options on the burgers as quite pricey everything sold separately. Overall Food taste great.

Let's start with the brisket burger - in fact that's where it starts and ends because that was the onlyyy item I had which hit 10/10. I also got the Nashville wings, Nashville burger and parmesan fries. I personally think you should avoid the chicken products from this spot and stick with the meat. The wings were dry and that's an understatement - they were over fried and tasted like eastern pearl fish fry... Let that sink in (no pun intended🐟). The chicken burger was at a similar standard - it tasted dry and stringy with not much flavour. Got to give them the credit for the brisket burger and fries, the dip was also good but if you're doing certain items extremely well, I'd drop the sub-standard ones.

Absolute delight. I've driven past Burger Bae and wanted to pop in for a long time. It didn't disappoint. For just £11, we had a buttermilk chicken burger, burger bae single smashed patty and skin on fries. The portions were really generous and the taste was phenomenal! Our favourite of the 2 was the delicious and succulent buttermilk chicken burger. The fillet was coated in a beaitifully seasoned, crispy coating and was large enough to fit two burger buns. The smashed patty was juicy and tasty with just the right amount of melted cheese and a chilli kick in the signature sauce. If you are on Kingwayor on the area please make the trip to Burger Bae, it's worth it.

The double classic burger was Decent. It was juicy, Cooked well and good portion. I'd give 8/10. The brisket fries was not so tasty. The chips itself was very good but the brisket was rather dry, bland and lacked flavours or sauces. And does not look appealing. Looked like last week's leftovers. Chips 9/10 Beef brisket 3/10 at best. Ferrero Milkshake was delicious but VVVERY THICK. You'd have to let it melt abit. 9/10 The house peri mayo 9/10.

ive ordered a few times on uber eats. every order has arrived on time, great customer service. food was packaged lovely, all still warm and fresh. I ordered pulled beef burger which to my surprise was a lot tastier than i expected im not always the beef burger type but i was surprised. i always get parmesan fries which never fail me, always enough to share. I recently ordered the chocolate orange milkshake which was different but definitely a good choice. i'll definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered food last night. Double beef classic, Nashville chicken burger and beef steak fries. Classic beef was extremely salty and overcooked, burnt on the edges! Chicken was opposite, slightly undercooked, uneven thickness and very salty. Beef steak fries were edible. Beef lacked any flavour or sauces. Fries were good hence 1*. The best burgers I'd recommend are from B.U.N Inc on Instagram or Shakedown. Disappointed as I live so close so the food was fresh and hot when I had it. P.S Burger Bae were kind enough to provide complementary food. Unfortunately chicken burger was still dry. Beef burger lacked flavour. Beef on fries was tasty. 10/10 for customer service.

I was recommended this place as one of the best burgers in Manchester so I had to come try it. I placed my order on Just Eat for ASAP collection (8.50pm) but immediately the restaurant confirmed the time at 9.20pm. It was Saturday night so not unreasonable. Soon after it was pushed back to 9.30pm, not ideal but okay. Then at 8.50pm I get a message through Just Eat saying the food was ready to be collected. I called the restaurant to check and they said it was indeed ready, but that they could keep the food warm for me. Unfortunately I lived 20 mins away which meant by the time I would get there, come back and eat the food it would be at least 40 mins after it was cooked - probably not going to be too fresh. When I got there and let them know what happened they said there were issues with Just Eat but I didn't really understand the explanation. I realised there I forgot to order a milkshake so I bought one there and they made it quickly for me in about 5 minutes. Not the best start. When I got home the parmesan fries were quite tasty and the portion is huge. Unfortunately being in the box for that long they were completely soggy and did not have much discernable texture. I will give the benefit of the doubt and recommend them if they're more fresh. I also ordered the smash stack burger with turkey bacon extra. Again the burger was huge but very soggy. The chicken coating still did have a bit of crunch on the exterior but otherwise was falling apart and same with the brioche bun. The burger was nice though, each component was tasty and well seasoned, but I think it was too many flavours for me and hard to differentiate. Perhaps my fault for choosing that, I think I will come again and try the double smashed "Burger Bae" so that I can compare it with other burger places. Overall the meal was quite pricey but I did go for some extras - places like Burgerism and Burger Republic have meal deals and include turkey rashers as part of their deal. They do have a few tables for after the Covid restrictions are uplifted but it is a small area downstairs (not sure if there is more seating elsewhere). I would definitely recommend this place to try and the parmesan fries are a highlight, and I will come back to try a normal smashed burger - but I suspect there are other places in Manchester which are a bit better.

Went into heald green branch service was quick approx 10 mins for our chicken burger and chilli fries -the chilli fries were really good Special beef burger couldve been spicier. Had good service, as asked for chilli sauce and was given two straight away along with packing of left overs. We tried jalapeno bites -fairly average Best thing was : the chicken tenders,which were very tasty and just the right tenderness,not chewy or overcooked like lots of other places. The parmesan fries were good too -both in portions and taste Would go again!

Visited this place a few times, food has always been on point. Service was great, an amazing selection of beverages. The Manager named Alishaan is always very helpful and informative. Helps to chose from such a wide variety of nice burgers. The menu is mouthwatering. Also the staff and shop is all covid safe. The staff have the right PPE, their is hand sanitation available on arrival. Doing a very good job in this pandemic to keep safe and clean and deliver amazing food. Can’t wait to visit again.

I have visited @burgerbae Manchester several times now since opening & the burgers have improved each time! They certainly have perfected the art of Burger configuration. The owner “Mohammed” came outside to see if everything was ok with our order as we were eating in our car due to covid. We just requested more sauce tubs in true asian fashion. The drinks selection was awesome some drinks iv never seen before. My burger, the double smashed patty with double cheese was insane! Bursting with flavour, arrived pipping hot and literally melted on the palate. I would definitely recommended all the burgers at burger bae. Just to finish off with the seal of the meal which is the parmesan chips! Definitely something more takeaway/restaurants need to offer but these guys have nailed it! Good luck with any future ventures or expansions I will definitely be returning. 👍🏻

First Time Visiting This Place, This place is beautiful! Atmosphere is popping but the staff is amazing especially my dear friend Asim Ijaz...They know what they’re doing and what they’re making, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. For burger fans there are 11 to choose from and these receive a solid thumbs up. Delivery is packaged well. Cute boxes for fries. Thick foil wrap for burgers. Strong brown paper bags and cardboard cup holders for the milkshakes that have thick paper straws in plastic large cups.
