Best burgers and fries.. Milkshakes are special too. French fries were very fresh. Options available for vegetarian and nonveg too. Close to Pizza Hut and wagamama.. Lot of parking spaces. Good service. Cheese burger is special. Good seating arrangements.

An excellent place for a really good burger with any extras to go with it. French fries were excellent - all tasted like home cooking. The staff were most obliging. A bit more expensive than McDonald's but still really good value for money. 🤗👍

I needed to change my baby while at the restaurant. When the staff member opened the changing room door foe me, he immediately cleaned it for me and stated it needs to be cleaned before you take your baby in. He very well could have just left it and cleaned it after I had used it because i guess he would do that anyway, but he was kind enough to clean it beforehand too. Thank you, it was much appreciated and it was indeed very clean!

Food is tasty though I'd recommend sticking with the hamburger and get the included toppings. The milkshake was very tasty (I went for banana and Reeses). In the evening it was very busy and noisy, with it being a higher price point for the type of venue it is.

this was my first five guys, I'm not a burger fan so I had a cheese dog, great customer service, amazing Cajun fries and the milkshake was heavenly, no ice to water it down, creamy and delicious. will be returning for another hot dog soon 🤤😊

Not the cheapest burger in a brown paper bag, but it's tastes great and is filling. Good selection of fizzy drinks from the unlimited machine. It is an eat and dash kind of place with wooden benches and stools, and crisp bright lighting.

Food was ok but in my opinion overpriced and the cashier trying to put my order in as large without even asking was annoying to say the least. The Banana Milkshake was great. But the tables need to be cleaned and cleared more regularly - this is the reason for my mid rating. I was going to complain the manager but my son said what I was seeing was the norm.

Myself and a friend visited Five Guys after ten pin bowling. Never been before but just fancied a burger. What a great choice. Service excellent the server recommended we just had one portion of regular fries as you got a lot and said we could go back for more if we wanted. We were given a ticket number and waited about 8 mins for our food. The burgers were so lovely I don’t think either of us spoke, chips plentiful and my strawberry cheesecake milkshake was lovely. Great visit and my friend sent me a text the next day saying ‘I woke up thinking of the five guys burger’ Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Staff are great and it's a good location with free parking. Word of warning though, absolutely make sure if you visit early afternoon that you don't try and leave when the school let's out. Its madness the number of parents that pick their teenagers up and sit queuing around the car park for 20-30 minutes.

Probably one of the best 5 guys I have visited. Only thing that let it down was they gave me my milkshake 10 minutes before my food so it had thawed out before my takeaway was ready. And the parking is in the main car park around the corner bit awkward when you're collecting

Had a slight issue with finding my online order. However, they kept checking with me until they found my order. I think it was due to me ordering only milkshakes and he was asking the staff who were making hamburgers (not shakes). In the end, I got the shakes and they were delicious. No issues at all. Great food, lovely staff but the restaurant was quite messy. A number of the tables and chairs had water spilt on them and there was food on the floor. Given the price I expected more but I'm glad I tried it and would order take out in future.

Not too busy this visit. QR check in code inside the door didnt register but the larger one inside the diner did. Hand sanitiser available all over, none of the dispensers I used were empty. If you havent tried five guys before, do it. The veggie sandwich is amazing if you dont fancy anything meaty or the fries - plain or cajun - probably the best ive ever had and I am a carbohydrate enthusiast. The portions are quite big so if the expense puts you off It *is* value for money, just have it as a treat once in a while! Place was clean and tidy, atmosphere friendly and welcoming. You can see the kitchen staff cooking and cleaning as they go if you like reassurance around how your food is prepared. Drinks machines were in grand working order, although I would not recommend the caffiene free diet coke as it somehow tastes flat but has bubbles - i think thats just my caffiene addiction making me hate it on purpose though. Staff are very nice and table service was on point! The staff were working hard to make sure patrons had a good experience while inside, they were all upbeat and engaging. Staff offered to bring anything we needed, they kept everything clean between diners/customers awaiting takeaway - this review isnt doing them justice really, just their interaction made the visit a good one, it was really nice to see good customer service just happening seemingly effortlessly from a team of people. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there tonight

Fantastic food and friendly staff. I’ve order with collection from my card and I’ve really enjoyed the experience. The food arrived as soon as I parked and it was freshly cooked. The guy who being the food to our car was amazing and friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
