Reviews of Five Guys Trafford Centre
M. T. T.
Someone recommended Five Guys to me, and really glad I tried it. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, their burgers are quite amazing. If you enjoy a meaty thick burger and value the quality of your meat fix, then this place is very good. Their shakes are thick and made to order, and their fries are great. A definite upgrade from the normal commercial burger places if you prefer quality!
m. m.
Love coming here they are the best burgers so tasty and a great choice of free fillings, the chips are awesome too and the milkshakes are amazing!! Well worth the money.
S. M.
Excellent burgers, excellent fries and amazing milkshakes. Very filling too, love it.
If you go for a shake, get bacon and cream, you won't regret it at all.
f. 2.
Good food but unbelievably busy. Waited around the small space within a group of about 50, amidst a pandemic for about 40 minutes. Seems like they need a more sophisticated serving solution or a larger waiting area as it gets really crowded. I would maybe suggest a notification app or buzzer in this particular venue. Also the caller needs a megaphone until the this is rectified because, the person calling the numbers will be suffering from throat infections through having to shout hundreds of numbers all day.
D. W.
Nice juicy burger, just what I ordered and plenty of it! Very happy
A. J.
Five Guys is my go to spot at the Trafford centre, I love their fries and burgers and the milkshakes are legendary.
A must try is the Oreo, peanut butter and bacon milkshake you won't regret it. I can't wait to come back again. I'm yet to have a bad experience here.
B. I.
Definitely come back, the food was delicious and worth the money.
C. R.
We had three different burgers and a large fries to share, we also had different shakes too. Not cheap by any means, but there was more food than we could actually manage, and it was sooooo tasty! Didn't wait long either, never do really. All cooked fresh and fast, what more could you want. You'd be hard pushed to find tastier burgers, fries & shakes from any other place.
D. B.
The guy who greeted was super friendly and polite and the girl Hannah on the till was great too as well as the guy who brought our food up to us! The food was excellent and hot however, my partner asked for BBQ sauce on his burger and he didn’t get any. Apart from that it was great! We did however witness staff fighting in the kitchen which was extremely unpleasant and then when we were leaving we experienced a very unpleasant member of staff who didn’t explain where the exit was he just shouted and pointed instead of being polite about the situation and explaining where the exit is! Then watched him begin using his phone which seemed super unprofessional! Some of the staff were lovely and then some others seemed to have a super bad attitude to work!
D. I.
Best burgers and milkshakes in the universe.
You can taste every ingredient.
Amazing place to dine
C. W.
Been going for the last two years now at least once a month and has never dropped in quality or value for money. For the prices you a massive portion of chips and you definitely do not feel hungry after it.
C. L.
Best Five Guys around. Although all stores of a chain should provide the same quality service and products we all know that's not the case, there's always one location you prefer...this is ours. Been going here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff are always on point, and the food is always perfect. The burgers from this location just seem to be better than from others, hence why I don't mind the 44 mile round trip for a takeaway.
S. W.
Amazing burgers!! Give you sh!t loads of fries so order 1 size down than you think you need. Massive selection of different refill drinks
P. P.
9£ burger? Fries are really nice, very long wait ✋
C. E.
The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, but if I'm paying nearly £9 for a burger, I want to be blown away.
Sure, it was all 'a bit' better than McDonald's and Burger King (a pretty low bar in fairness), but not so much better as to justify the price.
I don't mind paying for good food, but I think 5 Guys are over valuing their fare, without providing anything that makes the experience worthy of the price tag.
M. Z.
Went to try five guy for the first time with few friends, milkshakes and fries were really nice. The burgers are also good if you're a beef person. Price is little high. Long waiting times for take away or earing inside on weekends and special occasions, after allyou're in Trafford Center! Normally not too much crowded during week days.
V. M.
They do the best burgers where you get to pick what you want on it and the prices are very reasonable. Plenty of seating in the trafford center and free parking
J. G.
We had three distinct burgers and a huge fries to share, we likewise had various shakes as well. Not modest using any and all means, however there was more food than we could really oversee, and it was sooooo scrumptious! Didn't stand by long either, never do truly. All cooked new and quick, what more could you need. You'd be hard pushed to discover more delectable burgers, fries and shakes from some other spot.
M. L.
First time trying this place. Figured I'd treat myself as the prices are quite expensive. The burger was nice, but nothing too fancy. The bread has that artificial taste that McDonald's buns have, but I guess it is a fast food joint. The chips are delicious though.
S. N. M.
I got a UberEats was quite impress at the speed of the delivery, the Burgers are too die for fries not SO! DON'T get Cajun added it's horried dust ontop, oh the Milkshakes 1if you not had 5guys b4 an the prices put you off, Give it ago once 4sure :)
R. C.
The place itself is amazing! Great burger and fries, ordered off deliveroo to the hotel we were staying at and the driver 'couldn't find' us so had to reorder and wait longer...I would not recommend the hot dog as it is tiny but the burgers and fries as the best ever!
J. A.
Worth the money. Big portions. Bacon cheese burger is by far the best I've had so far. Highly recommend
E. L.
Spot on. Best burger you can get anywhere and the chips amazing. And you get huge portions. Shame there's not one closer to my home town!
G. B.
First time trying five guys. Okay burger but way overpriced
T.
Lovely quality burgers, albeit expensive for a burger joint. Great for occasionally treating self due to expense.
D. A.
Food was good, friendly staff and a lot of space in seating area
J. M.
It's a five guy great burger great fries
So much better then McDonald and bk
T. B.
Quality Burger, 100's of drinks to chose from (They have these crazy machines!) Remember to always ask for extra cheese and extra bacon. Cos that's also free! Whoop.
Highly recommend!
N. D.
Expensive, but so worth the money. The burgers are the best!.. The grilled cheese is a amazing also, so worth a visit. You will not be disappointed.
R. H.
Very good service. Went here on a weekend, very busy they need to bring back the machines to order.
s. h.
Had a really fantastic burger as usual, but the girl who served me was so great that I thought I'd make time to write a review to say how impressed I was, when ordering I meant to get 2 medium fries, but she suggested I get 1 large, because she said they were huge, saving me a bit of money, after I had paid I noticed I'd only ordered 1 drink, she gave me another cup and said ' That's on me '. I love 5 guys anyway, but this girl and the guy who gave me my burgers were just the best
L. F.
one of the best burgers I've ever had and the strawberry milkshake my God was amazing fresh strawberries chopped up in it will be going again
R. A.
Sumptuous burger cooked to perfection and delicious cajun fries, would easily get 5 stars if it wasn't for the price!
W. S.
PROs: Very good burgers, hot dogs and fries. Generous portion sizes.
CONs: Can be extremely slow service and price is quite high.
C. C.
StandardFive Guys quality as always, on the pricey side, though value for money, but this is something applying for the brand itself.
L. P.
Quite pricey but worth it. Large portions and the food is delicious! Sharing a large fries between 2 makes it a little cheaper than buying 2 regulars and there will be plenty!!
D.
Always outstanding food whenever I go, my only problem being the small seating area available apart from that 10/10.
M. E.
Staff were lovley and fries were amazing as they are in most five guys but I don't no the burgers were dry. With the Buns being a bit stale definitely the worst five guys burgers we've had in the country. Which is strange!
G. W.
Very busy, worth the wait. Helpful, friendly staff 👍
l. c.
One of the best places to get a burger and the drinks machine is really good. Worth the price you pay and is always good quality food.
I usually get a bacon cheese burger and chips. Always good portion size and very generous on the chip side of things.
R. F.
They are currently going to great efforts to be covid safe. Remember it's not just for you but them too. It felt a bit much at times but I appreciated the effort after I left. The food was as epic as always. Very pricey but it's all done exactly as you want it and is delicious. The chips dipped in their own hot sauce is actually amazing.
B. K.
Great burgers, great quality. A tad more expensive than other fast food places but we'll worth it!
M. R.
Aside from having the best burgers and fries I've ever eaten, the service is outstanding. We ordered our food delivered and part of the order were some alcoholic drinks. Someone called Liam called me to apologise that they aren't allowed to deliver alcoholic drinks. I was happy to swap the beer with a milkshake. When we received the order we found a handwritten note saying "Sorry again. Have a great night!! Liam" we thought it was so thoughtful and left such a personal note. Well done Liam.
K. L.
what you need after a long day!
staff was really helpful and on the ball to keep to covid rules! Really impressive!
The food was kept warm, although I love my food piping hot. I mircowaved the chips which can something ruin the taste, however these chips were amazing after! Little cheese hamburger has always been good! LOVE IT
j.
It's alright like...but its resteraunt prices for a burger wrapped In a peice of paper. One visit was enough to realise I didn't need a second...
M. S.
First time in my life I’ve had burger with mushrooms and I love this combo! Nice burgers, great chips and really good milkshakes 👍 but a bit pricey. I paid nearly £50 for 3 people, it’s not the most expensive burger I’ve ever had but it’s a fast food chain not a restaurant. I’m not planning to back there any time soon 😉
R. O.
Staff were friendly during a stressful time. Felt like it could’ve been a bit cleaner and obviously the price debate is always there with Five Guys. Delicious food and a great milkshake though
A. K.
Friend told me to try the burger at Five Guys as they were decent. And guess what? Thay absolutely were! Good quality meat prepared as it should be and served with fresh vegetables in fresh bun. Simple, isn't it? Apparently not, considering the quality of burgers most places serve. I was positively surprised. And I'll keep coming back so please don't ruin this.
S. M.
Not bad, the service is quick enough, the restaurant is clean and the staff are polite and fairly friendly.
The burgers are freshly cooked and the toppings can be selected from a list , they are all fresh as well.
Fries are skin on style and are crisp and quite tasty, cooked in peanut oil so have a deeper flavour.
Food is served in basic brown paper bag and burger wrapped in a piece of tin foil.
Overall a tasty meal of reasonable quality but at £7 for a burger a little overpriced hence 4* rating
D. D.
Well what can you say? Amazing burgers made fresh, topping combo's are limitless, and the chips are the best of any fast food place we have been to. A medium portion of chips will feed 2 people! The only caveat is it's a bit on the pricy side, with 2 burgers, a portion of chips and an (unlimited) drink to share coming in at about £25. However, it's money well spent as the ingredients are fresh and you can taste the quality. A great place to go once in a while!
J. W.
The best burgers this side of the Atlantic! Always clean and tidy. Never had a bad meal here and I visit as often as I can.
You can tell they use fresh ingredients as the meat is nice and soft. I can now easily tell if I'm eating a frozen reheated burger at some pub or so called premium burger chain and that's why I don't bother any more with them. Yes they are pricy burgers but when you compare the quality there's really no contest.
My only gripe is the fries which are cooked in peanut oil sometimes they seem over cooked and sometimes undercooked but to be honest that's not why any goes there. It's all about the burgers!
Oh I nearly forgot to mention the milkshakes they are great and although you ban have bacon bits as an option in them I've never dared try it.
All in all this place has me hooked!
K. L.
Best fast-food burgers money can buy. Yeah it's a little overpriced but worth every penny. Cooked to order. Free refills on drinks. Unlimited burger toppings and great portions. Lots of seating and relatively quick service.
s. e.
Delicious burger, brilliant toppings! Tried all the way toppings. The fries are also great, but they are a lot, even the "little" size. So if you're going with people, I recommend getting one regular fries and sharing it among 2-3 people. Would love to go again.
L. R.
Basically Fast Food on steroids but it works! Burgers are great quality and you more chips than you can eat in a portion!
J. W.
Seriously the greatest burger I've ever had. It might not be the cheapest but it's worth every single penny! Fries were very tasty and plentiful and the Coke machine that allows for any combination of flavour is great. I'll be checking out the milkshakes next time. Cannot recommend enough!
S. E.
Always a pleasure. Expensive as hell but you can taste the extra quality you are paying for. The burgers are incredible, the dogs divine - the chips they are so generous with, you won't need to buy any more than one portion. And they're delightful as well, Cajun fries... Mmm.
M. M.
Five Guys is probably the best fast food restaurant I've ever eaten at. Their service is always fast and friendly, and their facilities are always well-maintained. Five Guys offers an unprecedented level of customisation for your burgers; they will allow you to apply almost any topping and any quantity. Their fries are the crispiest I've ever tasted, and their shakes are consistently creamy and smooth. They really have set the standard for what a burger restaurant should be.
S. H.
5 stars for the food, but only one star for the service, so I've split the difference.
After paying almost £30 for two burgers and fries, I didn't expect to have an empty cup knocked off the counter at me. No "please help yourself to a drink" I wasn't even told where the drinks machine was! Zero interaction from the staff other than shouting out my order number. Yes the burgers are delicious, but why are we paying restaurant money for fast food service?
H. S.
Went here as a coeliac and was very impressed! Food was amazing and both chips and burgers were gluten free! No gluten free buns but that was no problem as you could easily bring your own and they offer a lettuce bun :)
D. L.
Visited Five Guys at the Trafford centre. Had always wanted to try here. Struggled to find seats at first , it was very busy. Was already pre warned it would be a bit pricey, so not a big shock really when paying. For five adults having a burger each, sharing 3 large fries ( massive size cups full of fries) and only 3 people having a drink the bill was over £66. The burgers were good & tasty with free toppings, the fries were amazing, and hot too!!. Think all the soft drinks were bottomless as well. Did look on the website the day before to see what was on the menu, it doesn’t give any prices. Would go back again, but not frequently due to prices, but the quality of the food is good..
M. W.
Love the burgers and the choice of fillings and the milkshakes are so tasty, pricey but worth it.
N.
It is a branch that takes great care of the details. In its restaurants the prices are acceptable, because you have to keep in mind that most of the things they offer are fresh.
The staff are always disposed to help you and they are professional and polite.
No doubt. One of my favourite restaurants to get some awesome burgers.
R.
I would love to give this place 4 or even 5 stars but at the price I just feel that it is just not worth it. At over a tenner for a burger and fries and nearing £15 including a shake it is just way to expensive...especially considering it is a fast food establishment served in a bit of tin foil.
The burgers are of good quality and are very tasty and include what ever topping you wish included in the price. The shakes are also very tasty and you can have as many ingredients as you wish.
If it was nearer to a tenner then I would give this place 5 stars but for this price I just cannot give it any higher than 3!
T. P.
Five Guys burgers are amazing. Fries are very good. Bottomless soda is great too...the machine has so many different drinks to try it's well worth the money. Overall top quality fast food.
a. z.
Great burgers. Have a bit of a flame grilled taste with lots of options to customise. You should be able to make your perfect burger. Milkshakes are good. Only minus is the price over £40 for 3 burgers, fries to share and 3 milkshakes. Bit expensive.
E. H.
A little pricey for burger and chips but worth it. The staff are very helpful and friendly and it is clean. The milkshakes are amazing! Just as a warning the fries are cooked in peanut oil and are delicious but if you have a peanut allergy it's not the place for you.
K. H.
Food is absolutely divine, and very allergy/coeliac friendly. Milkshake was lovely as well.
Only real downside is the prices are pretty high for fast food. Ordered two burgers, a large fries to share and two milkshakes, the total came to £33!
M. K.
Love it, love it, love it! Milk shakes are amazing! Burgers like nothing else! I'm knocking a star off for the price! They damn expensive! It's a luxury purchase, not something you can have daily!
D. M.
Didn't expect a double burger, but I guess that justifies the price a bit. Very tasty, and lots of choice for your burger toppings.
D. R.
Gorgeous food expensive but worth it
K. B.
Love this place for a delicious tasty burger but they are not cheap but when I go again I'll buy a small burger as they are big.
Portion of coated chips are £4.50 which is a bit over the top but again they are tasty.
Good service but if busy you do have to wait as cooked fresh which is good.
S. S.
Very expensive so for that I'm giving 3 stars...
However based on the food itself I'd give 5 stars the food/portion sizes are fabulous ...
American style burger place . If you want to splash out on a burger chips and a drink your looking at £16 for 1 person.... however as a treat it is well worth it and the milkshakes are sooo tasty , you can mix and match the drinks together for no extra price and burgers . Seating inside and outside the food restaurants... worth a visit if you can afford it . Staff are always full of energy and helpful in explaining as the menu's can be a little confusing. Always helpful . Very fast at cooking your burgers fresh may I add.
Enjoy your meal ... remember 5*stars for food and drinks
3* for the expensive prices
R. B.
Five Guys is always good. Usually the staff is friendly and very fast. The food is very good quality and usually well done. The price is a little bit too high, it could be a bit better looking from this perspective, but other than that was the place is great.
L. C.
Ok burgers I have had better. The meat was a littpe too chewy. But I like the part were you can pick as many toppings as you like on them. We got a large fries they didn't look to be a lot but there were loads and the bag the food come into had loads in to. The burgers were wrapped in a foil prob to keep them warm for longer. I think the chips were a little too salty like McDonald's ones.
C. H.
The service is outstanding. I ordered my food and went to fill my drink. I was only standing for about 5mins and the team told me they dropped my burger. They said they had a fresh one on and upgraded me for free to a large portion of Cajun fries. Two different employees apologised to me. I’d only been waiting about 8 or 9 mins! Amazing service! The food is great but a little pricey hence the slight markdown
J. S.
My favourite burger place of all times. If you haven't been yet, then you haven't tasted a "real" burger. The milkshakes are also great, although very filling! Service is fast and food always made to order, can't fault it!
C. G.
Best burger I've ever had!
J. C.
First time at five guys today at the Trafford centre Manchester. The staff were so lovely explained everything too us and also gave my son a free milkshake for his birthday. Deffo recommend it the burgers are delicious.
S. J.
Tasty but cost me near £17 quid for what tasted like a regular home cooked burger, fries and a shake. I was expecting heaven, instead it was meh. The burger was kind of over cooked/dry and under seasoned. Bun was not fresh enough. If I made it myself I would have saved £15 and I would have enjoyed it more. Fries tasted better than any fast food place I eat at. The shake was better than mcdonalds.
S. H.
Top burgers. Absolutely love it
L. M.
It's a bit pricey but the taste of the food, portion size and unlimited refills make up for it! No table service but the soft drinks station is straight from America! The burgers are gorgeous and the chips are cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere also, will be returning!
E.
Worth EVERY penny. Small fries is bigger than you'd expect. Burgers are outstanding.
B. G. H.
Amazing burgers and really friendly & helpful staff. Good outdoor seating area, but a bit of a long walk to get to it in order to comply with COVID-19 measures.
M.
Great food but looks like a food fight went off in there
G. T.
Absolutely love the burgers from here, they are so tasty. The chips are not as nice and sometimes don't taste great. Always quick service but the price is quite steep considering its a fast food restaurant.
E. J.
Amazing food and great service! Went with my boyfriend, had a burger each and shared a milkshake and fries - was plenty of food! The server was great, when we ordered a large portion of fries she let us know we should order a regular as a large portion is for 4 people - she could have just over charged us!
A. F.
Never had a bad experience here. Love that you can create your burger/dog the way you want it. So many soda choices, free refills too. Generous portions of fries. Yassss!!!!
S. B.
Good food, i like how you can afapt the burger by choosing exactly what you want on it, with toppings for free. Not the cheapest but tastes good.
C. L.
I love these burgers. They cost more than the usual burger chains but it is worth it. You select the toppings when you order so you get exactly what you want. As the saying goes, You get what you pay for, and these burgers are proof of that, top quality.
V. K.
Superb and chocolate milk shake was good 👍
T. W.
My first visit to Five Guys, after hearing so much hype. Have to be honest, it didn't disappoint. Only negative was that one drink machine was out of order, and the queue was too long for the working one, so we had to go without a drink.
C.
Soooo tastey.
Best milkshake I've ever had but not sure about trying it with bacon bits.
Burgers and chips are delicious and very filling.
L.
My wife and I travel nearly 2 hours for a Five Guys, sounds crazy yes, but its just so good! Never had a bad experience, even when an order was accidentally mixed up the staff member who dealt with us fixed the issue in such a professional yet lovely manner theres no way we could be mad! 🤷♂️😀 keep up the good work!
A. P.
Always very busy, but wait from ordering to getting food was only 12 minutes. Great for those who like a proper burger with some good toppings. More expensive than other burger places, but worth it for the quality I would suggest. Staff were polite and helpful, ensuring tables are cleaned quickly.
J. M.
Incredibly busy but good service and good food.
N. B.
First time I have been what a burger was really astonished at how good it was a real meaty beef burger an American dinner of quality fast food a cut above anything else Ive ever tasted in the UK. Shakes and the fries are also amazing. HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED!
M.
Had my first 5 Guys recently after everyone telling me that I should go.
Well, I wasn't disappointed. I had a plain bacon cheese burger and OMG it was Amazing. Most probably the best burger I've ever had.
The service was great. The dude who served us was really nice and friendly. The food was done and ready for us to collect in less than a couple of minutes (or at least it felt that way. I didn't have a stop watch). there is a wide selection of fizzy pop from the machines.
There is outdoor seating aswell.
All in all its a wonderful experience and I would love to go again. Only downside is the price. It isn't cheap. But it's absolutely worth its price tag.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone. you really do have to go to a 5 Guys at some point.
Thanks
J. S.
I have to say I really like the burgers and shakes from here. You really only need to order a small burger though, they fill the entire bag with chips aswell. The buns are quite sweet and the free refill are welcome. You can choose from literally hundreds of flavours and combinations of flavours. Definitely try it out! (it's quite expensive here)
M. G.
This place has the best cajun spiced fries which are made in peanut oil so beware if your allergic. The service is prompt and it's all do fresh and delicious. The staff and fabulous and friendly. Enjoy!
k. w.
Best burger joint I've ever been to in the UK. Gorgeous juicy burgers accompanied by beautiful home style chips. It's not cheap but we'll worth the money. I wish there were more 5guys restaurants.
M. F.
One of the best burgers I've ever had. It is just so tasty and the chips are phenomenal. I come quite often with my girlfriend. We love the food here
K. F.
First time visiting this place after being told about it so many times. Price wise I'll be honest it is a bit steep was it was worth it? I'd probably have to go again to judge this. I'd just been to the rugby at Salford and had walked to and from the Trafford centre between the ground so was very hungry and everything tastes good when your hungry!! I did enjoy it though a lot!
J. T.
Fantastic and consistently good. Five Guys is the only burger place my girlfriend can go to and always enjoy. I ask for the Bacon Cheese Burger All the way, and it's always superb!
B. K.
Very delicious. Very fresh. Very expensive. Be warned- about 850 calories just for the cheeseburger. Get one portion of fries and share because you'll never finish them all.
A. C.
I wenbt to the counter and saw humanoid dongaloids spreading propoganda and I freaked it.
D. N. o. a.
Best frikin burger I've ever had
This type of burger is not what you would see at McDonald's or burger king, this burger is just amazing since the beef is not your 30% beef from McDonald's. It is pure beef, I also like the fries because they are also made of real POTATOES the shake is no exception
A. W.
Fantastic burgers, lovely hot dogs, great fries. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit of a wait and it's not cheap but definitely a cut above most fast food.
L. M.
Best burger place by far. Haven't visited a bad one yet. They always seem to play good music too. If you order fries make sure you have someone to share them with or a big appetite.
C. D.
Really enjoyed coming here the burgers are amazingly tasty! I would say it is easily as good as the one's in America. Fries come in huge portions so its easy to overorder, an obscene amount of soda flavours to choose from my favourite is Fanta grape. Only thing that let's it down is the price but its totally worth it for a treat!
M. L.
Genuinely the best fast food out there in my opinion. Probably prefer this to a lot of dine in restaurants too. Enough food to fill you up for the day, but not leave you feeling like you can’t move (like after a McDonald’s) 10/10 recommend.
N. P.
Coffee shop style ordering and picking up food. No trays, food comes in paper bag. I have ordered 3 meals for myself and my children. So I had to go back from the table a few times to get all my order, drinks and sauces.
Chips are homemade with the skin on, but oversalted.
I have ordered beef hot dog and it was kind of falling apart while eating and not the best taste.
Burger and strawberry milkshake were very nice.
R. B.
It's a lot more expensive than it should be. Over £40 for what is basically fast food and basic setting and service. The staff were very nice so that's good, and I left feeling really full, cos I'm a fat pig, so that's why it gets three stars, but still too expensive!
R. B.
Burger was lovely, chips were nice, had to queue a bit for drinks as machines were out if order, a bit pricey if I'm being honest seeing as you have to collect your own stuff etc, but the burger was really good
S. D.
This is one of the best burger chain restaurants in Manchester at the moment, although you cant have the burgers cooked medium they only cook it one way, their way. I especially love the fact that you can get all of the toppings for free. Its a shame they don't give you free monkey nuts like they do at the other branches. Its worth the £9 price tag for the burger!
H.
Best burgers ever! I know everyone complains about the price, but it's way better than GBK which is a similar price and it tastes a lot more real than mcdonalds, thus proving you get what you pay for...! Honestly the nicest burgers around! Meaty and saucey, the way burgers should be! Love the refillable drinks! And love watching the kitchen system, the staff always look like they're having fun and enjoying themselves. They're always smiley and helpful. And they always keep the place looking clean
A. K.
Great burgers and cajun fries. A little on the expensive side but definately worth it! I didn't realise until we got there however that it is a fast food place more than a sit in reataurant. Will definitely go again!
M. H.
I generally really like five guys, the burgers are good quality and you can customise your topping to suit your preferences. The last couple of times though the bacon has been cremated, I like well done bacon but not that well done.
W. R.
Great burgers and the best fries!!
D. W.
Some excellent food cooked right in front of your eyes! I came to the Five Guys in Manchester as i'd been to one of the ones in New York and wanted to see if it was just as delicious and I wasn't let down.
The food is sublime and the milkshakes are amazing. The only reason i haven't 5 starred this is literally the price of it all. It's almost identical to the American price which turns out costs a lot more.
Very good food, but at a price.
C. L.
Tin Lay has an appalling palette, take his review with a pinch of salt. Firstly, the fries are beyond anything that you will ever get at Burger King or elsewhere; at a regular fast food joint, you can somehow taste the preservatives and chemicals in the fries. Five Guys fries are piping hot, very crispy and taste extremely fresh and flavourful.
I've had a bacon cheeseburger and bacon hot dog from Five Guys. I am not exaggerating when I say they are the best cheeseburger and hotdog I have ever eaten. The bacon is perfectly crunchy, the meat is exceptionally juicy and the bun is soft and sweet. I implore that everyone who likes burgers must try Five Guys. You wont be disappointed.
C. C.
The burger and hot dog were hot and tasty, as were the chips. The only niggle I had was that the prices on display don't include vat, so my bill cost approx £5 more than I expected
T. A.
Wow! The food here was delicious, well worth the cost! So busy in the restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere! The service was professional and quick which made the visit even better! The manager there was very friendly too and made us feel welcome.
J. M.
Absolutely delicious!I have been there a lot of times and it always surprises me!It' s like to be in an american burger shop like you see in the movies.Everything, from the decorations to the staff's uniform let you think about fresh ingredients.Potatoes are from england and local farms and you can taste the difference of the quality immediately. And the burgers.. are just the best in town! Really fresh ingredients.. really taste and good to see. I am from Florence and i know a lot about meat and i can guarantee to you that it' s really good beef quality meat. You can choose a lot of different toppings and i raccomand onions chillies and tomatoes. The average price for a complete menu like, bacon cheeseburger, fries and cola it's around 12- 15 pounds.So.. more expansive than macdonald but at the same time..delicious burgers!Top Class!
M. B.
Take no notice of the negative reviews, this is the best burger place I've eaten at anywhere in the UK. Expensive when compared with a large fast food chain, yes, but this is real food.
Chris Daniels - the fries are in the bag because they throw an extra tray in there along with the cup you get as a portion.
Tom Jeffs - if you had looked at the bag you would have seen a 1 and a 2 on the receipt to identify which burger was which.
b. c.
First visit and will not be my last had Cheeseburger with Mushrooms and Banana Milkshake beats any other Burger Outlet hands down cooked fresh service was excellent all in all lovely experience....
E. F.
Amazing food, the milkshakes are awesome. Highly recommend for a lockdown treat! Staff really friendly and efficient and everywhere looks really clean
D. G.
Really tasty burgers, I didn't try their hot dogs or sandwiches but the the burgers are fantastic. Open kitchen so you can see what is going on in the back. You can choose what toppings go on your burger at no extra cost.
A. N.
Five guys never disappoints, great burgers and nice staff
B. S.
We've been told this was the place to go for Super tasty berger. We'll we were disappointed the berger on its own had no taste. The chips were great and the milk shake was good. But the best burger in town no WAY
N. M. (.
As others have said, it's a better quality burger than your average fast food chain, but you'll pay double what you would at a BK or McDonald's. Would not recommend ordering online as we've had multiple incorrect orders and it's a real inconvenience to get corrected.
C. V.
It's the fresh jalapenos on an already mighty burger that makes this place 5 star.
Be warned, you pay for the quality here.
Is it worth it? Yes, but don't bankrupt yourself
S. G.
This place is my all time favourite burger restaurant. We visit this chain in particular every time we see a man u match, as who doesn't love a pre-match burger? This isn't the only chain i've been to and this place is da best. It beats Mcdonalds or Burger King any day. But dont go here if u have a nut allergy
j. p.
The food here was amazing, nothing frozen, the menu is a little pricey for a fast food place but you get massive portions and the chips are real not frozen. The staff were lovely and really friendly and helpful.
D. G.
Reassuringly expensive, missing a star for price and broken drinks machines
C. M.
You order then stand in a huddle waiting for your number to be called out. Then it's the mad scramble to find a seat which will allow you to eat the best burger going in three bites. It's tense AF. I love it.
G. O.
I love Five Guys! Food is tasty and soft drink choice is good. A little pricey if there are a few of you but that wouldn't stop me from going there
W. L.
Delicious burger. Great portion. But £9.00 for a double cheese burger means this is one off treat not your value fast food joint.
G. C.
Seriously generous fries portions, ordered regular and the carton and bag were overflowing
J. B.
Only been once a long time ago. The guy that served me and my partner at the end next to the wall I don’t know his name (dark hair maybe curly) he was fabulous great customer service he does five guys proud. The food was good too
D. M.
I always find the burgers are bland (under seasoned), which is why they offer to put so many toppings on for you.
The staff are always helpful, even if they're always very busy :)
T. L.
I had a bacon burger. Nothing special. Had regular fries with it. I wasn't feeling it. Stumpy overcooked potatoes describes them better.
I would have gone across to burger king and paid them more to give me tastier fries.
Music was way too loud. Couldn't hear myself think.
v.
guilty pleasure. always the best chips!!! love the option to not have a bun if you don't want one.
A. B.
Good food but slow service.
D.
What Five Guys do is simple, but they do it well. Yes, for what is essentially a burger, it is overpriced, but you get what you pay for, a fresh tasting quality burger with a range of free toppings. The fries are to die for, and even a small is enough to be split between two.
M. H.
Standard Five guys burgers, but this location has none of the usual peanuts and the fries don't seem to be as crisp or cajun coated as other locations - this is probably due to them having to pull the fries from the fryer quicker due to customer numbers, but it's just not as good.
B. J.
The burgers are fantastic. The fries are amazing! All the portions are bigger than what you would've expected. Normal cheese burger is called Little Cheese Burger; and their Cheese Burger is a half-pounder.
K.
The hot dogs and salted caramel milkshake were delicious. The staff felt with the restrictions very well. The restaurant was spotless.
E. S.
It was an amazing experience for the whole family and the burgers were full of delicous but also healthy ingredients. There was a large range of choice and an all round fantastic meal.
D. B.
The BEST burgers around. My only issue is it has a fast food vibe, yet the prices are a lot higher than fast food standard. But it is worth every penny.
S. E.
Best Takeaway Burger in the Trafford Centre by miles with fantastic choices of toppings and cabin chips are Brilliant the staff are very friendly and helpful and always on the ball 👍👍
A. S.
Really good food, nice staff, pricey but never complain about good food at any price
t. f.
UMEIIIIII!!!!! That's Japanese for delicious af lol great service great food great fries great burgers great milkshakes because they definitely deserve to be classed on their own. Just wish they lowered the price a wee bit. Then I would be happy to come here more often but atm its more of a once or twice a month treat.
J.
Not cheap but well worth treating yourself to! Burgers are amazing, the staff can't help enough, and the milkshake mixes are top notch. Flavour all the way!
A. B.
I just love this place, the burgers are amazing. Never leave hungry that's for sure. Visited a week or so ago with a friend, they also loved it.
W. H.
Very nice food wait time wasnt too long to say social distance and eat out to help out was on, overally worth it but once the offer finished then its too expensive for what it is. I love the multi choice drink machine always my favourite.
M. C.
I love 5 Guys! In my meat eating days I was here regularly. Fries are a winner and portion sizes are ridiculous so stick to the small fries! Variety of soft drinks is the best I have come across too!
E. S.
Burger, fries and a drink is the thick end of £15. Very expensive for fast food. The portions appear to have shrunk from when they first opened. Apart from that the staff are always friendly.
D. G.
Decent food (a big step up from a Mcdonalds or BK) but so expensive for what you get. A good burger restaurant in Manchester (Reds, Almost Famous, Solita etc) would give you vastly superior food for not much more money.
d. w.
Food is really nice but at nearly £9 a burger and £4 for a drink it's a bit pricey for a quick snack
J. j. e.
The burgers & fries are very tasty but the winner is the banana milkshake, Best milkshake I have ever had! Did not give it 5 stars due to the inflated prices, I mean how can burger & chips be so expensive?!?
s. j. p.
Went to the one at the Trafford centre really tasty hotdog and coffee milkshake definitely recommend
L. D.
Love love love this place...fresh burgers, nothing frozen, fries are gorgeous and I mean gorgeous, but they are fried in PEANUT oil...so I wouldn't reccomend for those with an allergy I'm afraid. Very friendly too.
g. E.
Good food but ridiculously overpriced
B. G.
I really enjoy five guys, the food is fresh and well cooked. The drinks are fun as you can make a huge amount of unusual combinations such as raspberry coke or peach Fanta. This branch can get very busy at times being in a prime spot at the trafford centre. As with all five guys the prices are a little steep considering it's basically a better quality McDonald's however I feel the quality is worth a bit more. Be wary of where you sit as it gets a little breezy at the end near the doors!
R. J. F. (.
Best fries I've ever had and the range in variety of the drinks is very welcome. Can get really busy but I say Take her to Five Guys not Nando's
M. C.
If you want a burger this is the place
Expensive but you pay for quality
Plus *free* drink refills till your cup falls apart.
Great place
five guys five stars*****
C. K.
The best burger I had in Manchester so far. And believe me I had more than a few! Loved the "choose your own topping" option and the fries are lovely.
S. T.
Always good burgers here, not the best in the world but for a quick greasy fix, a much better option than the usual chains. Go for the fresh jalapeño slices!
S. P.
Good burgers quick service
G. H.
My 2 sons aged 7 & 10 absolutely rave about this place ! I'm recommending on their behalf & would be quite sure your children would enjoy! I can vouch the milkshakes are good!
S. M.
Always excellent food. A great burger place.
J. T.
Love this place, not very often you can buy a burger and chips and be full. Cant go wrong with a little cheeseburger and small cajun fries
P. W.
Lovely burger and fries, but at nearly £20 for a meal it doesn't taste much better than a Burger King for half the price, save your money.
j. f.
REALLY expensive for burgers and chips but OMG delicious. the Cajun chips are so GOOD and the burger with relish and all the toppings you desire is amazing.
A. B.
Nice burger restaurant. Expensive for what it is, but the food is nice. I presume part of the job requirement is to act American. The staff although pleasant scream orders out and god forbid you don’t arrive immediately they just scream louder.
K. M.
Best Burgers and Fries in town. Just like you get in the good old US of A.
t. u.
Although I had only large chips It was delicious 🙊
L. J.
A good burger. Cajun chips slightly too salty. Peanut butter milkshake fantastic.....
Enjoyed it overall, but I'd way too expensive.
a. c.
Best burger you will ever have . well worth the money. Huge portions of chips.
J. P.
Good food but the burgers are quite small. Would be better with less fries and more burger. Also quite pricey but the food is delicious
K. B.
It is a great burger but it's really expensive and so busy and chaotic. The children love it but personally I would rather spend that money on a pub lunch.
A.
Sure it's expensive for a burger but look past that and experience what a burger should be. There is a reason it's always so busy. I can't wait for my next visit.
C. R.
Best burger around that area only one place I would consider going for a burger if they were side by side would be reds true barbecue! Staff is amazing!!!
j.
Stopped off for a bite to eat mainly because of an upcoming trip to America and we really wanted to see what it was like for when we go, we weren't disappointed the fries omg cooked in peanut oil the most beautiful fries I've ever tasted, hotdogs were nice bit on the small side for the price you pay but would definitely go again.
P. O.
Best burgersand fries whether you're halfway around the world or in the DC area. Bags of flavour. Fix the drink machines and add more drink machines.
M. M.
Superb food as always. On the pricey side, £25 for two burgers, fries and a drink, but not to be compared to the same from McDonald's for example. Total different league of burger joint
K. W.
Great Service, Great Burgers, but when it got busy there wasn't enough standing positions for waiting for takeout orders.
M. E.
Decent five guys branch, due to the space restrictions it can get chaotic as the queues can extend beyond the seating area, also a lot of people don't realise there is a second drinks vending machine on the other side, as there is one near the collection area this gets congested with people waiting due their order and queuing to get a drink. There's plenty of seating and toilets are nearby.
D. K.
Food is fantastic as usual but the layout of social distancing is all wrong, When you click and collect your made to stand in the cordoned off seating area only to leave it and go to the collection area.
L. H.
Good burgers but expansive. Except to queue.
R. m.
Burgers are so nice the chips are also really good the milkshake was the best I've ever had I would definitely recommend
H. C.
Great food as always, burgers, hotdogs, fries and milkshakes.
Huge portions and choice.
Fantastic Coke machines with over 100 combinations.
Highly recommended
I. B.
Absolutely the best burgers in Trafford Centre. The staff are friendly, helpful and give good advice on what goes well with what when designing your own burger.
J.
Top tier burger and cajun fries, the absolute nicest!
H.
Very busy, had to wait to for a long time for the order. Food was great though and staff friendly.
R. T.
*drools* best burgers and chips ever! Nothing beats Five Guys, especially with the fries being cooked in peanut oil and the refillable drinks machine!
J. c.
This place makes my favourite burger by far! The hot dogs are good too, but I’m always drawn to the burgers
M. W.
You can't beat Five Guys for a good burger. It ain't cheap but you're paying for quality when compared to other fast food places. Only gripe with this one was it was difficult to hear your order number in the busy Trafford Centre
J. “. R.
Grilled cheese sandwich everytime, a milkshake with whipped cream is mandatory too.
A. S.
Burgers are so nice and the chips also, Cajun fries are a bit on the salty side but still really nice, medium fries you get loads so will definitely get a small next time as it’s too many, seating was pretty much full when went, food is expensive, two burgers, two fries and a drink came to around £30 but it is worth the money, service is fairly quick
A. H.
Had cheese and bacon burger was amazing
Always reckonmend this place to anyone
Friendly staff always clean tables and always stocked condiments
Fast service and staff look happy doing their job
S. B.
This was our first lockdown takeout. It was worth the wait, we had to go to a local job so we decided to stop off for some lunch.
5 Guys gets a 5/5
D. B.
Great burgers considering it's fast food, decent seating and prices are ok. Much prefer eating here than McDonald's etc
A. M.
A little expensive but nice food lovely atmosphere great staff
H. D.
The Magnificent Five. Tasty burgers & chips. Come on down with your
cowboy/girl hat & boots.
J. M.
What can I say? It's five guys. If you haven't ordered one before, beware of the fries! A small is equivalent to a small chip factory:D
P. P.
Five Guys... keep the high standard, you guys are FANTASTIC
A. C.
Good food but very over priced and portion sizes dont even scrape what they are in America. Also soda machine was out of pretty much every drink they usually have on offer
R. L.
Five guys is fantastic, no freezer in sight, fresh chips and burgers everyday, sooo many chips too, plus freestyle drinks machine is always a win, just don't expect it to be cheap
G. W. L.
Really Great Burgers, the best of the chains burgers.
You'd still get better at specialist burger places, but these are a lovely treat.
I. B.
Juicy burgers and hot dogs. Saying that it is fries that seal the deal.
J. T.
Great burgers, lots of flavours, all from local farms, great staff.
S. C.
Best burgers in town. A chain place, but toy know where you stand every time. Delicious burgers, fries and shakes.
R. P.
Great burgers, great quality. A tad more expensive than other fast food places but we'll worth it!
L.
Best burger I've ever bad, I love this place!
Drinks machines constantly breaks down though, creating big queues to 1 out of 4 machines.
M. S.
Well managed and organised ordering system in place due to covid .... burger was absolutely scrumptious 👍
B. D.
Great customization options (like fresh chilies and cooked onions) oh and grape soda... Who wouldn't like it.
It's a cinema treat for us when at the Trafford Centre.
R. E.
Nice hot food friendly staff , expensive though looking around £40 for three burgers drinks and some fries . For the style of restaurant it is that's too much really, hence the three starts and not four.
C. W.
Never had bad experience...great burgers and dont know of anywhere else I can get a Cherry and Vanilla Dr Peppers!!!
V. K.
I give it 5 stars because after weeks of home cooking it is great to have a chain burger once again!
M. A.
Delicious burgers.. the fries are fresh and you can refill your drinks .. however it is a little expensive compared to other burger joints.
E. P.
As always my visit to Five Guys was amazing. The burger and the fries were just fabulous and the attendant was very polite...
D. B.
Lovely always cooked fresh to order and srvice staff were very pleasant, much better food thsn burger King or McDonald's..
K. M.
Great place with very delicious and tasty food. The chips are great with the coconut oil and everytime I go and visit, it's the same quality, cleanliness, and standard.
P. E.
Apart from the pricing, there's not much to complain about. Consistent and tasty food, but usually a meal for 1 person will be close to £15
R. K.
Better burger I have had for ages. Absolutely stuff. Thanks. Will keep coming again, milkshakes are the best ever
C. S.
Tasty burger, at least 3 levels above McDonalds etc, but maybe a bit too pricey, the burgers are messy so take wipes, or go and find some elsewhere, like KFC, they do wipes and their burgers are half the price, how many guys does it take to get wipes?
S. W.
Only had a milkshake but it WAS very tasty. Bit expensive like! And the whole place was a bit hectic with people standing and crowding about.
I.
Always nice burgers here! But the price is on the high/ steep side for a burger meal.
N. P.
Fantastic burger. Best I have had in years.
Staff are great as well..very friendly and helpful. Recommended 5*
J. K.
Deffo the best place to go for burgers over KFC Burger King or McDonalds. Without doubt best place inside Trafford centre for burgers out of KFC and mcdoanlds you get what you pay for. Fresh food fresh meat
S. C.
One of the nicest burgers and fries iv had. Well worth paying that bit extra. The potatoes and meat are from local farms.
S. R.
Expensive but worth it. Quality Quantity fantastic.
Amazing chips and as for the extra 5opping 👍
G. B.
Really great service burgers are amazing. Staff really friendly adja Oly was really helpful and so was the manager. Can't wait to try another burger
O. H.
Definitely the best burger ive ever had. I would have given it 5 star if it weren't for the price.
C. S.
Fast service and nice food. Just seems expensive for how small the servings are. The soft drinks are worth it as there’s free refills
P. S.
Not cheap but you get your money's worth in volume of fries and a meaty burger. The burger is very greasy but I liked that personally.
P. W.
Been in the UK for 8yrs now, and Five Guys has brought me home, at least briefly. It’s now my go to burger joint. Side note: as a SoCal boy, it’s no In-N-Out, but it’ll do.
C. T. R.
££££ overpriced but the food is great
Good bits;
- free soda refills
- super soda machines that seem to have every & any imaginable drink
- hot dogs amazing
- burgers fresh & super tasty
Bad bits;
- usually large queues
- can take a while getting drinks
- very very expensive
B. P.
Amazing as ever my fav eating place
D. M.
The hamburger and cheese burger were bland the fries and milk shake was amazing. Please give the meat some flavouing.
L. D.
No relish on my burger. After paying a high price for a burger I was very disappointed
C.
The food is absolutely delicious but it's really expensive for what it is...worth it but afterwards you go whaaaat £13 for burger fries and drink?!
S. K.
Expensive, the hot dog was very mediocre, burger and chips were both nice but nothing special.
K. R.
The burgers are nice and the fries are addictive. Little pricey but you can taste the quality.
S. M.
in the top 5 of my favorite burgers ever. Some say its a little expensive for a burger, but you get what you pay for, go to McD of you want cheap
J. H.
Foods good but really pricey for what it is.
A. M.
Nice burger, like the idea of creating your own toppings.
A. B.
Foods always good
Ques in Trafford centre for food is ridiculous
P. L. C.
Fast and extremely competent service. Solid food. As always a little pricey but thats what you expect at 5 guys
N. J.
Lovely food. Plenty to eat and great atmosphere. Only down side it's a little pricey for fast food.
D. S.
Been to three now overpriced but the burgers and fries to die for would recommend to any body would prefer MacDonald pricing Which is brilliant and fills you as well but spoil yourself now and again
C. S.
They found out it was my lads birthday and gave him a free smoothy, they were friendly and polite and the service was very good 👍
J. T.
Really good food and plenty of it. Wait time not too bad. Little bit expensive to go often but nice a treat every now and then
O. a.
Their burgers melts in your mouth. Their cajun fries is magical. I would give it 6 stars if I can.
P. H.
Absolutely the only place I'll spend £15 on burger fries and a shake. Worth every penny, trust me.
P. F.
Had the hotdog and was disappointed it was tiny, only giving it a 3 because my wife's burger looked nice, might change review if I ever gave one
C. W.
Amazing quality but remember to get the small chips 🍟
M. K.
Really nice burgers that you can completely customise. It's a bit pricey and they can be a bit greasy but it's a nice experience overall.
J. L.
constantly good burgers so tasty from the first bite and lovely on skin fries
D. L.
Nice burgers great shakes liked the cajun fries. Bit expensive
E. G. V.
The most unique burger you will ever taste. Expensive for what it is but as a one-off it's beautiful
S. B.
Great burgers and shakes, click and collect is the best option, no queuing
M.
I had to remortgage my house to buy some fries. They were alright but not worth the ridiculous mark up
J. C.
Always excellent food. Bit pricey for a meal package but burgers are to die for.
C. H.
The best all beef hot dogs and Cajun fries. My youngest son's favourite place to eat.
C. C.
Great cajun fries. Amazing shakes. Awful burgers.
D. B.
Wonderful service. Great food and amazing shakes. The family loved it. Joanne was really helpful in explaining how to order.
N. C.
This place is an amazing food place the drinks machine is the best ever and the Spicy fries are amazing too and come in large portion only thing is a bit pricy!
M. A.
Love 5 guys yes the food is dear but by god they are some of the best burgers and dogs u can get
S. C.
The Burgers are excellent a good all round experience. But they don't do child's portions
Z. D.
Enjoyed the experience, great burgers & really tasty fries, try the paprika fries, yummy.
A. G.
The best fast food chain ever. Built your own burger. A little pricey in UK.
p. j.
Burgers and chips were lovely a bit expensive but so nice were worth it 5 star
H. R.
Great service, a decent burger. The freestyle machine is usually out of syrup.
K. T.
Awesome awesome awesome. The burgers just melt in your mouth and the chips are very nice. Would recommend to all
T. M.
Best burger I've ever tasted but sticking the arm in when it comes to pricing
m. b.
Best burgers around at the moment... And banana, peanut butter & bacon milkshake! OMFG! Amazing...
K. A.
Great bacon dogs, fries fill you up and you leave feeling well fed and refreshed. A great place to eat at the trafford center
H. M.
Food was excellent-ideal if you love big portions. Quick efficient service too
T. R.
Excellent Burgers and Fries! well worth the extra money for fresh fast food!
M. F.
Anywhere that does real fresh burger's and milkshakes that you can have bacon in is gonna be great. A bit pricey but you get what you party for.
J. M.
Burgers with a great selection of toppings. Serving traditional American shakes. Worth a visit!
M. B.
Very nice burgers but not cheap. You get loads of chips 🍟
G. C.
I like so much the burger of this fast food, the only problem is the price, which is quite high compared to other fast food.
N. F.
A great burger meal from five guy's. All toppings are free. And unlimited soft drinks.
A. N.
Quality ingredients and a delicious burgers (basic but delicious), and the fries is the best there is
A. S.
Good burgers, but not good enough to justify the price. This store is in trafford mall so perhaps that adds a premium
M. D.
the price is worth it, and the service ist quick and the working atmosphere seems very well-arranged. there are no peanuts as in the regular branches though
M. F. I. B.
Best burgers absolute love them.
T. M.
Really good food. Brilliant milkshakes. You actually go away feeling full. 5 stars.
A. W.
A damn good burger. Cures hangovers. Large chips are enough for 3. Good drink varieties, and good burger varieties.
J. C.
It's a little pricey but cannot fault the food, it's delicious. Also the soda selections are fantastic, with over 100 options!
M. H.
Usual made to measure burger and chips. Surprisingly (for me) hard to get seats at 8pm on a Saturday night but maybe that's an age thing.
C. L.
Pretty standard. Didn't realise that the hotdog was beef, but that's on me! It's getting 4 stars as it's a tad expensive
G. H.
Love Five Guys it's very expensive but also very delicious and one of the few eateries at the Trafford Centre that we have never struggled to get a seat for.
P. G.
Best burgers ever!
H. D.
Love this place, bit on the pricey side for a burger but well worth it
M. B.
Yep pretty good salads, but the selection of hand soaps in the bathroom was lacking would come again?
M. C.
Awesome burgers. Amazing fries. Incredible selection of drinks. Perfect!
J. B.
Food is great, lengthy wait. Cajun fries cheesy dog with onions. Great customer service
J. H.
Not cheap or fast but the best burgers and milkshakes I've ever had.
E. G.
Love this place wish there was one in Southport the peanut butter shakes are to die for
The burgers are so yummy
D. B.
Quick service big american burgers with a lot of customisation. Lovely crispy chips. Very filling.
t.
Friendly staff, great food and the best milkshake I've had to date.
B. C.
Fresh, good quality burgers and fries... Pretty much what you'd expect from Five Guys

Our first visit. The staff were super and the milkshakes amazing, but the hotdogs were very mediocre. Sorry

Nice burgers but the prices are getting silly for fast food. Over £5 for a milkshake alone

Best fast food burger joint in the country by far. Everything about it is great.

Burger was good but the chips where really overseasoned and too salty to eat.

Staff are great, food is 8/10 - and the only reason it's not a 10 is the price

Considering its in one of the busiest shopping centre the service was extremely quick while still with a high standard, food was perfectly cooked as always

Huge fan of Five Guys, every time I come to Trafford Centre this is the place I choose to eat at, prices are very steep admittedly however the taste is worth it and the free refills on the drinks machine always makes up for the price of the food.
