It's another Five Guys. It's fine. Food tastes consistent and good, toppings are reliable. Sadly you sometimes have to encourage them to actually pour on a decent amount of hot sauce... Tip: order Cajun fries but ask for the seasoning in a separate plastic pot. It's super salty so you may prefer to just selectively sprinkle it over some fries and leave the rest plain. A few dedicated parking spaces for customers at this branch is handy, as it shares the corner of the retail park with a very busy McDonald's. The restaurant is a loud prefab box with the music turned up a little bit too loud, you can struggle to hear yourself think never mind place an order. Obviously it's all cooked fresh so expect to wait upwards of 20-25 minutes at busy periods. It's also not cheap; expect to pay at least £30 for two burgers and fries, more if you also get a ludicrously overpriced milkshake. Convenient if you don't want to go into the Trafford Centre or you want takeaway. However the upstairs seating above the TC five guys is much more cosy and often quiet enough that you have the space to yourself.

Love 5 Guys, the shakes are just the best. Burgers very tasty and lots of super extras to cover your burger. My only thing is it's a little bit dear. But you get what you pay for. If your anywhere near one today, go in and get a shake you won't be disappointed.

Good place to get your burger with fries or nice milkshake. Usually wait is 10-15 mins and food is nice. The only issue is the price, as you can end up spending £15 for a burger with fries...

Gave this place one star when I first went due to £38 for two drinks burgers and fries. but changed this to four star as iv been back four times since then because its yum 🙂 Wish they had a TV in the front window showing when your order is ready so you can chill in the car while waiting for take away order

It's Five Guys! Best burgers in the UK hands down. This place is easy to access off the M60 and is really clean as you would expect. Prompt service and the ability to have vanilla cherry diet Coke make this place perfect.

My first time at this five guys! Outstanding customer service particularly from Joel and another person who served us! They explained how five guys stands out compared to other restaurants to my dad who isn't a fast food fan but the quality of the burgers he couldn't resist! Joel was incredibly kind and really made us feel welcome! I came away with amazing quality food and very happy that I chose five guys. Definitely the best five guys I've ever been to! Don't be put off by the higher price. The food is fresher and better quality and you get more! 10/10!!!!

Haven't treated ourselves to 5 Guys in a long time. The fries are a treat. They fill the cup and add so many more to the bag. The large feeds our family of 4. There is a sign near where you order that tells you where today's potatoes are from. County and name of the farm. Burgers are all doubles. For those who low carb or are paleo or gluten free, you can go bunless and have it as a lettuce wrap or in a 'bowl'. I highly recommend the bowl as it's much easier to manage and additionally, you get a bigger portion of your toppings. The grilled onions, mushrooms, pickles, and more get piled on top. As an American expat, it gives me a little taste of home. Darn good burger, yes it's pricey, but great when you want a better than traditional fast food. It's not quite as good as In-and-Out but best I've had in a long time.

forget McDonald's these burgers are just the very best . if you need that burger fix these hit the spot ....its quality on a grand scale ...uncomplicated and pure indulgence in quality meat patties with rich cheese plus toppings of choice. A total satisfaction with great tasty fries burgers don't cone any better than this... price reflects the quality and well worth it . A 5 star burger , try it and you won't look back ...

I love Five Guys, but have never been to this one before. Food was much slower than usual arriving, they forgot the fries and I got green peppers on my burger which I didn't ask for. Also the mayo dispencer was empty.Overall, not to the usual high standards I would expect from Five Guys.

What a nice surprise a 5 guys now at the retail park! Good quality food, freshly cooked to order and amazing fries! The milkshake peanut butter and orio is to die for! The staff were friendly and didn't rush me. I will definitely be calling again when shopping!
