O. I.Massively hyped by YouTubers so came down for a visit. Nice seating available and not too busy. Fries are good, good portion and well seasoned. Péri wings were fantastic, soft and tender, good char and tasty. Pieces had a nice crispy texture and well seasoned - would also recommend these.
Spicy chicken burger - the spicy sauce was toooo spicy 🥵 It was also not that unique to me to be honest was a standard chicken burger spicy sauce. My friend felt it tasted off and judging by other reviews you’ll either love it or hate it
Overall definitely recommend a visit if you’re more local, and it’s worth a try if you’re travelling but unfortunately there are other chicken shops I prefer
I haven’t tried other items like péri grilled chicken and rice or pizza
I. B.As I am well into my spicy chicken burgers, I went for the spicy chicken fillet burger meal and also went for the half peri peri chicken with rice.
After, eating the food, I have to say food was average and not better than Miami's, philly's, new York Crispy and Cluck-A-Rito etc.
The spicy coating and sauce on chicken was ok, the sauce was too spicy and over powered the overall taste of burger.
The peri peri chicken was nicely cooked and lacked the spicy punch as I did ask for extra hot.
This is a very well run family business, where staff were very helpful and polite.
Reasonably priced but over hyped by certain you tubers and social media influencers.

I couldn't work out the menu as it all seems to be meal deals so I picked a chicken burger and fries at random and wasn't disappointed.

A. W.First of all I want to say very nice staff very friendly and really welcoming the atmosphere is very nice and the place is very clean and amazing seating the design very beautiful and stunning.
Now the food is very nice and is really worth it I have only tried the peri peri burger meal and the chicken sandwich also the chicken wings I would highly recommend both burgers as they were bothe delatiious and the chicken was very tender througout the whole thing but I would prefer the chicken sandwich over the peri burger next time but they are both really good the chips are amazing with the red salt in my opinion I would have preferred it even more spicy don't get me wrong great flavour and all but I'm just a guy who likes his food really spicy. The wings were okay but tbh I asked for spicy and they were not spicy maybe it was just me or something but I would just say when you ask for spicy they make it really spicy. Nevertheless it was amazing and very nice and the workers are kind respectful and very welcoming.
Overall I would highly recommend it as is really good and a top tier takeaway in my opinion the service was amazing and so were the staff so if you are hungry I would highly recommend you go to Fryd guys
