Lovely staff, will visit here whenever we go to Salford Quays. They always are friendly and chat with customers- really personable. Food is always freshly done and tastes good.

Fresh and tasty fish, had to pay for all condiments. Overpriced as everything is charged separately (mashy peas, chips etc). Very clean but needs redecorating.

A fairly decent portion of fish and chips but damn expensive for what it is. The chips were nice and crispy but a little overdone. I imagine they are dipped again when order placed. Dear fish frying technicians - I love double cooked chips but perhaps you need to adjust the cooking temperature as we’re not cooking crisps here. The fish in the Legendary (XXL) was just the right size to fill the large black hole like void I had in my abdomen and comes highly recommended. To summarise £10 for fish and chips is dear no matter where you’re from but reasonable quality / price ratio

One of my favourite places to eat. Staff are lovely. Very patient and polite. Food is made to order. Piping hot and very tasty. For me it's either the Fish bites or the best chicken burger ever and chips. Ironic it's across the way from Burger King with their excuse for food.

I really need to say the man who serves with white hair has a fantastic customer service, he is very friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable, it’s a shame he has to deal with awkward customers especially as he is on his own mostly I have just read a review about someone complaining that someone called her sweetheart, well I think she should be grateful there is still some genuine gentleman about instead of arrogance Well done to the man on the counter

Absolutely best fish & chips you could ask for. The fish was amazing, more fish than batter, no grease, the chips too were fantastic not greasy at all. Great choice even for the kids and everyone was happy. The gentleman who served us ( wore glasses ) was brilliant, his customer service was second to none and went above and beyond. He truly put pizza express and Bella Italia to shame and they should take a page from his book as he knew how to treat customers and was a great pleasure to be served by him. The food was fresh and could not fault it one bit, but the guy serving us certainly made it. He is an amazing asset to Harry Ramsdens and I would highly recommend going here than the other places mentioned any day of week. We shall certainly be back. i went with my mum on Sunday and was more than impressed. It might be a bit pricey yet it's well worth it for the scrumptious chips and the fish was excellent, the mushy peas too and all piping hot as it should be. It was lunch and was only one guy serving id say in his 40s. He was so polite even though the customers were racking up yet I thought what a great customer service he was giving, really made the experience special! My only annoyance is the tartar sauce is 25p a sachet i think it should be free. Instead i saturated the meal with loads of salt n vinegar as a proud Northerner I was in my element. Great place.

Really good fish and chips. In the Lowry Centre on the top floor All orders of fish is freshly made. Glutton free is also available They now do fish bites aswell for those who like more batter than having a full fish. Love it. Its a proper fish and chip shop. Its an institution. The original takeaway.

Was cooked well and portion for the regular Fish and Chips was enough, but they didnt have a number of items when we were ordering. Including curry sauce , which just took the edge of what was good food.

Me and my friend go to the lowry often, the man that serves us is always very friendly and helpful, he even recognises us and remembers what we want. Never had a bad meal. Childrens fish bites we have good portion for the price.

Love Harrys fish and chips. This pic is the kids meal of fish bites and has you can see you get a fair amount and the bites are quite large. The curry pot has shrunk since we lasted visited but still a lovely side dip for the fish or chips. Delicious and filling.
