Wow, the customer service was outstanding. It was raining when we got there and this place was busy inside due to it being a bank holiday and Eid. The lovely lady at the counter went and got the tables and chairs from outside and sat us, a family of 8. The waffles and ice cream were delicious too. We will definitely come again.

So far tried the double cheeseburger, double chicken chicken burger and chicken wrap and I must say all were great. The chicken is crunchy and very tasty, and the prices are great. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back for more!

Been coming since it opened in 2020. Great place for desserts and food. Beef burger is one of the best in Manchester. Free parking right in front and super friendly staff. Outdoor Seating is great and very good hygiene.

This place might just be my new go to for cheese burgers and desserts. The food was fresh and really tasty, the kids really enjoyed it.

Some really good stuff, both the meals and desserts are tasty and a nice price. I enjoy the Milkshakes (Especially the Lotus Biscoff one). 11/10

Been coming here since it first opened. Tried double chicken burger from here at least 50 times, chicken tastes fresh and tender, seasoning on point (prefer half spicy with jalapeños) + best curly fries ive ever had.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly.

Great Atmosphere, very delicious ice cream and food, specially the Kulfi Faluda.

Good chicken burger and chips, however surprise disappointment on the cookie dough. Was expecting the best dessert, but it was dry and sticky rather than soft and gooey. Great service, really nice shop and cool packaging makes it feel special. Ice cream looks amazing😋. Just a few points of improvement. Still recommend 👍🏻

The ice creams are good, I tend to use this place as it's less busy then Moonlight on Wilmslow road and parking is easier. Only thing is I always get the chocolate cake (warmed up) along with ice cream to accompany it, but the size of the cake which is identical to Moonlight is smaller. It may be cheaper then Moonlight but the portion sizes of cakes are smaller.

Fast service. Loved the packaging it was delivered in,(recyclable and sturdy), cookie dough and ice cream were delicious. Chicken burger very good. I would say the beef burger was where it was let down slightly. Some constructive criticism, make it slightly fatter and also, there was a particular spice in it that didn't taste great to me personally. Wouldn't stop me from ordering again though.

During the first and second lockdown, I have ordered many times from Ice Paradise. The food tastes great, the service is friendly and welcoming and for people who have a sweet tooth this is “The Place”. On a side note, I love their packaging :) Will be ordering from them again & again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm amazed by the quality of everything in this place. I had a very delicious burger (you actually feel it's one of those homemade ones!). The falouda is top quality, and I think what makes it different than other ones you have in town is the tasty ice cream inside it (pistachio ice cream is to die for, yum!) Can't wait to try the cakes and waffles (it was difficult to put everything in on one go haha) Highly recommended!
