S. K.Staff were friendly and welcoming. Helpful descriptions of food. Food was freshly cooked and tasty and good value for money.
Outside doesn't do the place justice.
We were disappointed no Indian on menu when we went but plenty of other options for us
M. G.Great place to grab a bite to eat. Parking is available. Spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. The food portions are a good size. The steaks can range from approximately £24 to around £30. There is a good selection of sides, including chips, vegetables, mushrooms etc.

It was only when I got there that I realised it was a hotel restaurant. Sometimes I worry hotel restaurants are a little more expensive than they should be, counting on tired guests to pay the difference rather than shop around but I didn't get that sense from K.rave.
I had my first fried chicken waffles here. The fried chicken was great and waffles just about okay. I think I would have preferred to go all in on the chicken with 6 tenders or even gone from the healthier option of cornfed chicken breast from the local menu. Nevertheless, waffles a little more dense than I'd like isn't much of a problem.
My main concern was the state of the carpet, which was filthy. They really need to get under the tables in their next clean and along the sideboard.
Overall, I was pleased to find K.rave and surprised by how little local choice there seemed to be in this part of Manchester. I'd go back.

Nice quiet, relaxed environment. Good service. Wait time was a little long. Starters and food were lovely.
I'm no steak connoisseur but I ordered a medium sirloin and it was a little on the dry side. I would recommend this place and would try again... Maybe with advice from the staff on the steak choice next time!
A. A.Best experience in Manchester! The service was friendly, professional and lively; it was simply excellent, the food was the best and the atmosphere was extremely cozy. Btw it was pancake day and I literally had the BEST PANCAKE EVER!! Everything was perfect but it’s a four star because pancakes are not on the menu! Please can you add pancakes on to your menu!!!
K. N.I can safely say that I just had the best steak I have ever tried (and I have tried many, including the famous Nusret!). And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).
M. A.Even if you’ve been to plenty of stakehouses in your life, you will be hard pressed to find a better quality meat anywhere else in the world cooked to such perfection!!! The food and drinks are truly five star! Everything is perfection! Especially the high quality steak with its unique texture and delicate flavour, a taste that will linger in your memory! Overall a must place for steaks. Go try it, you certainly won’t be disappointed!
P. F.Absolutely fabulous. All the steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked to our requirements, generous in size and melt-in-the-mouth, honestly, the best steaks I have ever tasted. Chicken wings unctuous and vanished in moments accompanied by big, fat crispy chips. The sticky toffee pudding rounded it all off, cooked like my Mother used to make it. Service was speedy and friendly; our server, Gladstone, couldn't do enough for us and did it with a smile. They offer a great selection of drinks, my companions enjoyed a lovely red wine while I washed mine down with an ice-cold beer! I would go back in a heartbeat, am looking forward to trying their afternoon tea some time soon; if it's half as good as their steaks, this will be my go-to for birthdays and for my great grandchild's christening party. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
