They are quite with not many people sitting in at this special time. I have been to this KFC several times lately. My food was always fresh ans tasty unlike some other KFC. This is my goto KFC. Love the wow box. I like it being quite.

Used this kfc a few times never had any issues food is to a good standard mostly drive through so couldn’t complain on service. Sometimes it looks a little messy outside but think that’s because of the COVID when no dine in was allowed as previously to this not been to bad. But if people decide to leave rubbish around the car park is it there job to go round and collect it? Would recommend this one.

Best KFC I have ever had in the UK so far , worst service I have ever seen so far , Ordered 2 extra hot wings , got home and they are not there , wnet back the following day to make another order and I mentioned the 2 hot wings and I had the receipt with me , they made it a big deal and said it's my fault , I had to come back the same day and there is a protocol they have to go through , for 2 hot wings !!! 99p It did happen before at other stores , they happily passed me what I they missed

There was a slight mishap with some missing chicken from my order, so I came back and asked about it. The staff immediately fixed the error and even gave me some extra chicken for the trouble, I am very impressed with the customer service! Definitely coming here again.

Food very hot. Just the way I like it .staff was excellent. We ordered 10 piece meal deal there was only 9 pieces left. They made it up with 2 chicken stripps. Still a bit disappointed we ended up with chicken drumsticks and the chicken thighs. Which seem to be going smaller and smaller. Don't think we will be rushing back.

This KFC has a massive car park shared with ALDI and a drive through. As with most KFCs it gets really busy so as always, check your order before your leave! Service was fast and the staff were stressed but friendly. Tables, chairs and floors needed a good clean and the bins were overflowing - maybe we just arrived at the wrong time?

Been here 8 times over the past two months. The service is ok with friendly staff. Sometimes there is a wait during the lunch time and tea time rush but it's worth the wait for fresh food. Most of the time the place is clean and tidy but not all the time again depends when you visit. There is a decent size car park which is shared with Aldi. There is alsp a drive through. The staff are friendly and will chat with you if the place is quiet.

Their way of controlling social distancing is to shut one entire side of the restaurant and cram everyone else in the other side. Rarely get your order right either.

I went over to this KFC on Monday, Bank Holiday but they were closed, the Web Site informing they were open till 9.00 pm. Went Tuesday and I found it alright, their wasn't a lot of drive through customers and I thought it was good, pleasant staff and I found it tasty.
