J. C.best kfc in manchester definately the cleanest, however they removed all the seats and it is so incovenient to a point that i have to eat whilst standing up

I had bought: 20 wing bucket, zinger tower, salad, fries which came with extra sides and pieces which would have been £28 but was £23 due to the guy's good maths and helped money saving.
The only thing I would say is that the gravy needs to be thicker otherwise it's too runny and tasteless.

M. S.I don't like closing the seating area before the restaurant closes. I also don't like "the policy" that prevents you from replacing my fountain drink with a bottle even if I pay the difference!
H.Honestly I feel for these employees. They were understaffed and understocked. I got in half an hour before closing and it was incredibly busy. About five orders after mine they ran out of a lot of food. Sadly at 10:30 on a Friday night it was full of drunk and high people. They dealt brilliantly with the pressure and you could tell they were trying their best. A lot of people were causing unnecessary trouble even before they ran out of specific stock and even more after that. However, they continued to provide excellent customer service and tried beyond what's expected of them to please customers. So thank you Joe, Dale and the female manager I didn't catch the name of. Even when customers were trying to provoke others in the line to cause a scene you held out well and I wanted you to know. It's not your fault that you've ran out of stock or that it's busy just before closing and some people need to realise that the employees are not to blame. I've worked in customer service and know it's a thankless job but you are appreciated.

M. K. P.Very neat and pleasant store. Has a disabled toilet that you can use if you request the key. I hear fries and they were served fresh from the frier. Generally well kept, kitchen looked neat and clean comfortable seating but with a roomy feel for such a compact place. Handy if you're on your way to the station would visit again. They accept contactless too.

j.They didn't have any rice for the rice box even though they were still advertising it but the box meal I got instead was delicious as always. Bev, the cleaner, is really friendly and offers to open the door for you, welcomes you, offers to throw your rubbish away and even says goodbye as well as doing her regular duties. Its rare to find such a happy and helpful worker. Good job KFC employment team
