Good food taste, and very friendly staff. One of the best KFC's I have been to. In general, I am not a fan of fast food chains and I try to avoid them and I would advise everyone to do the same, but since I've been there, I have to give my honest opinion about the experience.

it’s ok , but unfortunately not very clean. Specially the floor could do with a proper mopping down. Otherwise the staff is friendly and food is prepared fresh. location on Google maps is a bit off. The KFC is located in Trafford Retail Park on your way to Urmston.

Last time took ages to get served but cashier was lovely, arrived quickly and food was good, today there was no queue food took forever, was really greasy and the cashier just couldn't be bothered to offer any kind of service at all.

Really quick service, unless its 4:30 - 6pm when the drive through gets too busy. Not a fault of the restaurant though, and just a case of too many people trying to use the services at the same time. I work at Selfridges, and so am only ever visiting briefly on a break, and timings everything. When it gets busy, I know now to just park up and collect, then go, rather than wait in the queue of multiple orders. The staff are fantastic friendly team and so accommodating. I just wish I had the same customer service and care at my more local branch on Hyde road.

Food is always good but the service is slow. If you go at the wrong time, like Friday evening, then you'll be queuing around the retail park to sue the drive through.

Wasn't very good food was incorrect. Had to return to the counter altho staff helped they used excuses about computer systems were to blame..the chicken was hard on 1 end ate the 1st half before couldn't bite into it any more. Use to be my KFC of choice won't be returning...

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at KFC in Trafford park, especially BRADLEY on the drive through for always serving with a smile. A genuinely friendly guy who remembers returning customers. He takes time to talk to customers while still remaining efficient enough to keep all the orders progressing through the drive through quickly. Looking forward to our next visit!

No popcorn chicken due to new deal unfortunately so couldn't get what I wanted, toilets weren't cleaned well at all and we're pretty disgusting, the chicken is way too salty and leaves wanted another drink, however, the customer service was excellent and the staff were lovely.

It's a KFC like any other, loads of parking, some of the chicken didn't taste freshly crisp but was all hot enough and ok. Like many others was a few bits missing but quickly corrected. Drive through area between the various places clustered together was insane.

Full menu now available again, service can be slow from both the drivethrough and inside though the drive through does seem to get priority. Staff seem to be polar opposites, they are either fast, efficient and happy or slow, miserable and incompetent. Apart from that it is a standard KFC.

There was a very long cue in the drive in so used the shop itself. The staff was very efficient and the deal of the day was 20 hot wings for £5.99 which was well worth money
