Not had a positive experience at a kfc for about 3 years but tonight I had amazing service from this kfc. The food quality has really improved too. Friendly service from the cashier called, Latha , I highly recommend her.

It's fast food, it'll do. The front team was a single person on her own struggling to deal with a till queue, multiple deliveries and customer queries whilst the managers were wandering around. The milkshakes were broken, and some of the food was extra greasy, but it was good enough for a KFC. Shame on the managers.

This KFC is our local KFC and It's improving. We go regular and some of the staff are outstanding, but some aren't hence 3 stars. Defiantly a work in progress on the improvements. Finding ordering using the app to collect is working well.

Getting better this one. Used to get my order wrong a lot. One time I went at 7 pm they had no gravy and said no more untill tomorrow. They was not making any more with 3 hours left. I phoned the colonels hotline and complained. They have bacame less lazy here now or found better workers

Food is great though the drive through intercom has been broken on more than one occasion. Most of the time orders are fine but check you have what you ordered before driving off, I've had missing items on several occasions.

Great place and convenient next to some of the larger shops. The ordering via the app and sit down service was great and worked really well. Ordered on the app before getting to the venue, checked in when I sat down and entered the table number. Next minute food was served, so was a very good experience and rhe use of technology to minimise contact was superb. Keep up the good work guys.

As always i dont get paid for any of my reviews. My only motivation here is honesty and credit where its due ..KFC, well who doesnt like a decent bit of tasty fried chicken? I wont try to say i go there everyday but yo..when im in the mood for a tasty take away meal or snack there's only one destination. From a 'chicken burger and chips' to a box of 'golden deep fried southern'. If you havent been to a KFC or going for the first time make sure to also ask for one of their scrumptious golden hot 'apple pies' (when their available) or those delicious (hot sweet corn on the cob). Ive been to a few 'KFC branches' on my travels and ive always found the staff to be warm welcoming and friendly so do pay them a visit. Many branches these days also have a 'drive thru'. Also There's often a special promotional meal offer which includes for Example a free 'hot apple pie' and or a cold drink..Thanks for reading..Yo What'r you waiting for ? go on get down there...

They have good chicken wings and now new chips which are quite nice. Their drive way is quite small but the service is good. Sometimes they don't put everything you order but if you phone them up they are always happy to rectify the issue

Food and service were great, bit daughter went too the toilets and walked out. Tables sat full of discarded items for our entire visit. I know people should tidy after themselves, but the tables could also have done with a wipe.

Service is fast and food is nice and hot. Staff are very polite. I have never used the walk in to order so can't really go in detail as to how clean the establishment is inside. Would recommend as service is fast especially compared to other fast food restaurants in the area.

I've been to this KFC a few times when visiting Manchester, the service is dependant on whom you get to be honest, some of the staff even when there are no other customers waiting are extremely impatient and it's almost as if they don't like you having a look for what you want to order from the board and you should know before you get there. The food is ok at best and everything just seems rushed all the time. To be fair you are better floating up Broadway to the KFC on the Elk Mill retail park (I think it's called) if you have the time for the extra 10 minutes drive and it's not rush hour. Same company, a lot better.

Enjoy KFC every time we go. Nicely refurbished. Only problem is group's of youths congregate around and cause trouble. Says it all when a fast food place has to have security on the door in the evening.

It was Aaron that served me at the drive through. He was fantastic! Fast but not rude at it! Professional, polite and made me feel like a real valued customer. I phoned the manager 15 minutes later and told him all about it I was that impressed!

Failsworth lacked a KFC for years and I remember overhearing people say they wanted one more than once, so when it arrived it seemed both well received and well used. The problem is the staff, who are often incompetent, for me this is the only KFC I have used where drive thru orders get messed up. Counting to the correct number of chicken or hot wings needed to create the order seems to be the skill missing half of the times I've visited. It's so annoying as there is nothing you can do about it when you get home and realise. Ultimately for me this is an unreliable branch so I now avoid it.

Recently renovated inside, looks fresh and modern. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Our order of 3 meals was ready within about 6 mins which is decent. Food tasted as expected
