D. S.I’ve been to many KFC around the world. Many countries offer different kind of dishes and services. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Also, the rice-box menue is just right for me for a friendly price meal deal.
k. A.It's OK my daughter wanted chicken and chips and a crushem. I had an ice cream with chocolate sauce. I only ate less than half and threw away it was quite watery and sauce wasn't to my taste. Too rich.
My daughter picked at the chicken but ate the chips. Chicken was quite dry. She enjoyed the Crushem. I wouldn't go again (Personal preference).

Call whilst working local to this branch, Was as you would come expect from the KFC brand / Chain restuarnt, modern stylish, hip if ya will.!! Clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Would happily return.

Staff friendly who served us as we were leaving they were tidyng up so may have had a rush.
Food boxes not ticked to say if normal burger or Zinger so we had to taste and swap food.
Freezing cold uncomfortable to eat in.

One example
I was unwell so my partner ordered with Uber eats she paid for two meals almost £30 pound with delivery
When it came the order was not correct (missing gravy pots)I got out of my death bed to take it all back on arrival I explained the problem the manager she said can I come inside and wait I said no I’ll wait in the car
She said you’ll have to come inside we are understaffed I said sorry but no do you want me to infect all your customers she snatched the bag back and went away the young lad was polite and asked me to park up please
I received the food went home and was looking forward to our favourite takeaway only to find both meals tasted really heavy with salt could not eat it
Was this a vendetta for complaining we will never know but Iv never tasted anything like this in my life
If I don’t get a response soon this letter has been copied &pasted and will be spread all over social media
As I have said in the beginning of the letter we love kfc but always seem to get problems at prestwich

E. C.Systems went offline, so had to wait as needed to order at counter rather than at one of the self serve Kiosks as I have a Blue light Card and there is no option to use this at the Kiosk. Disappointed no salad available. Once ordered, the food arrived quickly and was nice.
A. L.We've had a great meal here with excellently cooked fresh chicken. The next meal was more what I'm used to at KFC and a bit over cooked. Same with the next plus soggy fries. In my opinion, the quality has fallen over time.

Customer Service wise was surprising normally you get mediocre Service on drive thru in any fast food place but not today! Elliot from the prestwich drive thru was exceptional and im not exaggerating, he was polite helpful and really friendly! Let us know offers to save is money and more importantly served us with q smile ! KFC of you read this ....this member of staff needs recognition for his amazing customer service skills! Cannot recommend highly enough! Other staff at payment and bringing to us were also great but elliot really stood out so thank you 😊

Ordered a the ice-cream which was good but they had no sauce for that. Everything else was great. Place was clean and staff were good.

Having not response from uber eats, we went to the KFC restaurant in Prestwich and fortunately the two ladies named Donna (Store Manager) and Becky were so helpful in solving our issue out!!🙂!

R. B.Drove straight up to the drive fru window but was waiting about 5 minutes before getting served. Ordered 3 kids meals 2 with ice cream 1 with a yoghurt. The ice cream tubs came with spoons but the yoghurt didn't have 1. Other than that the staff were friendly and polite. They just need to pay attention to detail and ensure they are paying attention to the drive fru also

R.I come in fairly regularly, on sunday I came in and had a queue almost to the door and was very under-staffed. could see that staff were stressed. some women were complaining to the young girl who put their order in bag + wereworking hard that place had run out of corn, she talked to them and offered them alternatives. These women were horrible to the young girl calling her lazy, bossy and saying had bad customer service skills but she wer calm and tolerant. reason for stars is only got 4 fries when I ordered 5 and was waiting 13 minutes for my order.
D. S.The best KFC I have been to. Clean, fresh and modern. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The service was quick and the food very hot and fresh. So much better than any other KFC i have visited.

Only issue is the new automated ordering system they recently put in place which in some place the price don't make sense.
For example the price of 2 wings cost 99p and price of 3 is £1.59
a. S.Typical of all KFC's I've ever been to when you have a big order they get it wrong. But the service was good, and sorted the order instantly. Wasn't very busy for a big KFC so plenty of room to sit and eat.

We fancied chicken but didn't fancy the fries as they're always cold but the time we get home.
Tried the self serve kiosks and couldn't find just chicken. Stared at the menu boards and likewise. Everything was as part of a meal.
Up step Ashley to help. He gave options of multiples of chicken portions or to swap the fries for sides in the meals and buckets.
Order placed for chicken, corn, gravy and coleslaw with a bottle of Pepsi Max.
No time to text home to say that I'm on the way before the order is ready to go.
Got home and demolished it.
After criticising them for years for substandard cleaning, apathetic staff and waiting times, I'm pleased to be able to give praise
