A. B.Food was good bit of a wait while being served as popcorn chicken was being cooked friendly staff
C. B.Like most KFC's. Happy with my order. Actually all present and correct for once. Most KFC locations appear to struggle with this. But the food was great and fresh. One small point. And this won't apply for a lot of the year. But they don't have air conditioning and when I visited it was incredibly hot outside. But sadly probably more hot inside. So when it's hot, i wouldn't recommend eating in, it was very uncomfortable. Small detail for summer time only
B.Order was ready immediately (wasn't fresh at all e.g soggy fries and dry chicken twister).
Loads of tables weren't clean.
Sat down, and decided I wanted some ketchup but took a while for anyone to notice me.
Sorry but I can't recommend this location as I've been to other KFC's with a much better overall experience. :/
Edit: Hand dryer in the men's toilet didn't even work!
S. H.I love KFC so I'll try to be realistic the service was not great order took some time. My order was ok and complete. But saw a few unhappy customers complaining about missing items. Wasn't particularly busy so that is a concern.
D. n.Was ok. I usually go to this kfc in Chester road as when you request something, they always seem to be able to provide the request. I use to find service really good but this time I made a request which was not unreasonable but got a basic NO and didn’t even try to be considerate despite saying the food was for kids.
I went to this kfc on a weekly basis as they always went above and beyond what other kfc offers but sadly was very disappointing that they chose to change how they do things
