Just make sure you ask for every last item you may need.... They will serve you beans with no spoon Drinks with no straws And swap what they don't have in your meal without telling you... But apart from that it's KFC

Nice helpful staff, big dining area with numerous choices of seat/table height & arrangement. What loses a few points here is the fact on most occasions I've contemplated ordering I ended up leaving due to some of the lunchtime diners being loud/arrogant/irritating; I'd have to guess 16-18 years old with the outward composure of primary school dropouts. Can't blame this on the staff but it's not exactly attracted many customers. The main theme of the menu seems to be poultry prepared in a traditional Southern United States of American style, rather nichè and pleasant enough to render ones digits coated with flavour. Hope this brand does well in the long run.

Love KFC in moderation, but our local one in Walkden is hit and miss. There have been several occasions they got orders wrong on the Drive-Thru. You often notice it too late. On several occasions, points have not been registered on the App.

Surprisingly, woefully overpriced. However, the staff were nice, so that gains an extra 2 stars. Thank you to the staff 👍🏼 They're very pleasant. I wouldn't return to KFC with prices like that, though. I only went for the new Vegan Burger. Which is really good, but doesn't justify the price, sadly.

Great place, they don't always get the order right but when they do its a much better experience. I do however always check my order in front of them before I even leave. If you leave and call them, the response isn't the best and the results are worse. So, check your order!!!

Every single time I come here the chicken is always freshly cooked. This place never lets me down. Fast checkout as well on the drive through. Don't know why so many negative reviews. When I've been here at least 20 times over the past few years and at different times and it's always been consistently good.

Boneless Banquet Didn't manage all the food

Need to keep an eye on the food so it doesn't go burnt to hell and too crispy so rock solid and start putting gravy with most meals. They also need to upgrade some off there equipment inside off KFC as every time I go the don't have at least 1 thing that I want and that are there crushems so please deal with this they are quality at taking orders and serving us very kind and some are well mannered. Sorry no pics as camera is broken.

This is our local KFC and we have had many good experiences here. The last visit we made here a few weeks ago wasn't terrible; the food was great and staff were friendly. However, we were waiting in the drive-thru for around 40 minutes. This is unusual for this particular KFC store and we weren't in a rush (hence the 4 stars) but it wasn't quick service.

They told me that they had no milk for my coffee so, I had mine black. They cooked my zinger from scratch and served me cold chips with it. I brought back the chips and they gave me fresh ones, then when I went for a serviette I noticed there were individual portions of milk by the serviettes. Maybe the staff there might give their heads a bit if a wobble and cop themselves on a bit. It wasn't as if there was any other customers in there.

Seemed to wait for a very long time whilst many delivery people were served before us. Also didn't really get what we wanted or ordered. Food actually received was usual KFC standard.

Called in mid-evening for a 6 piece family feast bucket and chose gravy as sides and a bottle of Pepsi Max to eat at home. The premises were clean with about 10-15 customers sat inside the building. I was served right away and was in and out of there in less than five minutes and went home to enjoy the meal. The chicken and gravy were fine, the drink ice cold, however, the fries were inedible. They were overcooked and all taste and flavour was gone. Even pouring the gravy over the fries couldn't save them, Due to other commitments, couldn't return to exchange the fries for new ones.

For some reason the card machine would not accept my card no matter how many times I tried and although I'd literally used it successfully less than 10 minutes previous, the cashier was adamant there was something wrong with it. Being in the drive through lane, with a big queue behind me, I was forced to leave and draw some money out (from the card that apparently didn't work) so I could pay for the food ordered. The food and service here are both hit and miss; often the wait times are quite long, sometimes the food is just as you ordered it, other times it's wrong entirely, there are items missing or there are some items on the menu that aren't available.

I'm a very fussy eater so when it comes to chicken on a bone I'll have none off it. That's why I'm glad for the variety off food in which has no bones, from boneless pieces of chicken, burgers, wraps, rice's boxes and salad boxes, you're never going home hungry. My often purchased meal is the boneless banquet, which consists of pop corn chicken, three mini breast fillets, fries, side of your choice and a drink of your choice, all for £6.19. The waiting often varies for just a minute to 10, sometimes often more depending the number of staff on at the time and whether or not you went through the drive through or in store. But once the wait is finally over, you'll receive a piping hot meal and ice cold drink, depending on your choice, which will gradually cool down to a more reasonable temperature when returning home. If you are eating in I suggest you let it cool a little first, I can't explain how many times I've burned parts of my mouth because I was to eager. Once your meal has cooled down enough, you'll be greeted with a mouth full of flavor and juices. The meat just melting in your mouth. It has been very rare I have ever received a meal that has been dry and tough to eat. Though I am always disappointed with the poppers because they always seem bland and tasteless. The most disappointing aspect of KFC Walkden is the drive through and the lack of signs posted when an item is unavailable. Sadly once you have entered the drive through there is no getting back out with its tight passage and a small drop off to the side which is only guarded by a curb and plants. Once you do finally manage to get out you then have the struggle of turning out if the car park onto the main road, which usually consists of a wide turn, or going to the other exit.

First thing. Drive thru was closed during rush hour on a Friday night. Bad start. Went in ordered my food with extra hot wings and when I got home. Apart from the drink I ended up with a medium meal after paying for a large. Didn't even put hot wings in the meal and no extra what I ordered. At least the food was warm

Went in today 13.30 my order was £27.02 , on checking order at home I was short of 1 mini fillet burger , too far to go back , so I rang above telephone number no answer, still tried to ring to inform them my order was incomplete! Not a happy customer when you cant speak to somebody!
