L. T.The food was piping hot, which was great as the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The service was quick and the young lady was friendly and polite. I will definitely go here again.
R. P.Classic KFC food, but: slow service, staff forgets the sauces and dips all the time, there aren’t straws, spoons, forks, salt, napkins all the time. Machines for orders broken
G. D.Food was hot when we eventually got it. Priority seemed to be given to deliveroo and other app ordering services. Air conditioning turned up way too high so store was cold to sit in comfortably.
t.had some great chicken but extremely slow and bad service, staff were more keen to chat than take orders given the order machines were broken.

A. M.Staff helpful and friendly. However, no-one came out to wipe any of the tables and the bins were full and overflowing. Not acceptable at all!

W.Always hot aways quick and for people who dont know a party bucket is £26.99 when you go and get it but order it through deliveroo or uber and you pay £33.99 plus £2.49 delivery fee and £1.69 service charge so totalling £38.17 its the same with all the menu items they add a premium and charge delivery. I give 5 stars to kfc for the food and service

Then received my rice in a oily container.
H. E.Called in to pickup a 10 piece bargain bucket, large gravey, 20 hot wings and a bottle of Coke. Apart from queuing up in the drive thru it was okay, the food was nicely packed also the time I got home, the food was still hot. Staff were pleasant enough. Overall not a bad experience will call again.
R. R.Always good service and decent (if you like KFC ) food. Unfortunately because it shares the same entrance as McDonald's it can be difficult to get to the car park / drive thru.

R. P.Waited 5 mins they where busy doing deliveries I ordered boneless meal for one (my son) when I got home which is a 4 min walk chips were hard and cold the chicken was dry and cold. very dissatisfied it doesn't take long to make fresh for walk in customers
J. W.Food is as you'd expect from any KFC. The service is incredibly slow, especially in the drive thru. The friendliness of the staff is very hit and miss, some are lovely and some need to go and find a job that doesn't involve face to face customer interaction. The cleanliness of the place is also up and down.
E. L. F.Quite fast service.. they recently added in some machines that let you order food and collect it without speaking to the person at the till. The food it tasty but not quite 'finger licking good' as they would like you to believe. The parking is fine at best and the speed of service greatly depends on the amount of people in the restruant and the number of staff working there.
T.This KFC is easy to find because it is next to a main road. The interior is nice and it was made with an open-plan (making it easy to move around.) The chicken has a high quality taste and in my experience it's always at a high standard. Even the chips have grown on me now, and I must admit, when you sit down to eat soon after recieving your order, the food tastes fantastic.

A.A bit mad service from the women team seemed like no one knew what they did no coleslaw! This is 12pm on a Tuesday!?! Chicken and cheese burger literally was a cheese slice and a small rasher of bacon. The guy who served me on the till was great at his job though

D. R.Food was OK but made the mistake of going through the drive through! Went off to park and had no napkins in the bag and no spoon for the kids meal ice cream. This isn't rocket science! Will go inside and order next time.
