V.I've been to Maray Liverpool and been looking forward to their opening in Manchester. There is a fabulous vegan menu with vegan wines clearly labelled on the wine list. The attention to detail as regards my allergies was exceptional. The food was exceptional too...loved every mouthful...so good. Service was excellent and Jules went the extra mile. Loved the whole experience and will definitely revisit... Highly recommended.

Very much a different vibe to the Liverpool site, much bigger and modern.
The usual favourites on the menu, staff were attentive, nice wine and a good evening had.
Great for vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores.
N.We went to this lovely restaurant for my daughter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.. service was was very quick and was recommended at least 5 or 6 plates to share. The food was lovely and hot. We had the chicken, lamb, sweet potato, chips, Halloween and bread, and cauliflower, all was very tasty. I would however recommend more meat dishes to uour menu. Would definitely come back. The staff were awesome👏👏
K. T.Lovely new restaurant in the heart of Manchester and would recommend highly for vegetarians! The food was fantastic, especially the disco cauliflower.
It's worth noting that food is served across a 45-minute time period and this is the only downfall as the staff did not inform us when ordering. So my Halloumi main came out 35 minutes before my partners Lamb dish.
Now that I understand the food will come out as and when and not to expect a traditional service I will be returning with friends!
M. S.We’ve been to the Liverpool location, and it blew our mind. The Manchester location didn’t disappoint! So fresh, everything is on point, great staff. Do not miss this place! Great meat, veg, and vegan options. Recommend the Cherry Cherry cocktail or the Kombucha if you’re not drinking. Thanks Maray team, it was dreamy!
A. M.Absolutely exquisite. First visit and it instantly became one of my favourite places in the city. Up there with the best Manchester has to offer. I’d like to pick my favourite thing but it’s hard. The cauliflower is very memorable though.

Just a lovely evening for our anniversary as we also enjoyed drinks outside in the fully pedestrianised area of Manchester which I can only imagine will get better and better as they finish the town hall. Nice, clean and warm atmosphere
Strong drinks choice - good beer and wine choices, very nicely done and it's obvious some thought has gone into it
Lamb koftas were delicious and moist. Pickled melon was inspired with the whipped cheese. Nice all round.

Flatbreads were really stale and pretty cold
I find the move to small plates a bit irritating generally but especially for this cuisine it was a bit annoying. Slightly too little bits of everything and it did all blend in a bit taste-wise
