Came here on my own for tea around 4.30pm as my car was being serviced in a nearby garage. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was shown to my seat where it was explained I could order through an app by scanning the QR code on the table. This I did. The food came quickly was was hot and fresh with great flavours. The restaurant was clean and the decor and music was nice. I would come back again.

Food was snappy and arrived quickly. The app ordering is certainly easier and more convenient than waiting in a queue of people who’ve forgotten what their family and friends actually asked for! It’s a nice place but does have a bit of a canteen vibe, a bit noisy and there’s dust everywhere as the decorations are so high none of the staff seem to reach. That or they’re too small to see it’s dusty to begin with, I hate being 6ft 8 sometimes!

Good food, nice environment but let down by poor staff and attention to detail. The toilets were dirty, broken and unhygienic, salt cellars empty and the 10 I checked hadn't even bottoms on them! When I asked if I could get salt (fries without salt?) The response was "oh we probably run out". Not good enough........

Served by a peculiar and somewhat condescending staff member today. Probably not reflective of the entire branch! However she was passive aggressive when asked about a confusion over some chips we had ordered... Got sorted in the end but really didn’t appreciate her approach. The food itself was nice!

Every single time me and my family go to eat here..a lovely staff member named Nerice is here, she can not do enough for you..always pleasant, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.. would I employ her? Absolutely 100%. Nandos are very lucky to have such a lovely staff member!

Nandos Denton, Manchester, went the extra mile for me & my company! We were hosting a sales meeting within our branch and were trying to place a large lunch order for the meeting online - we were struggling to process online and called Nikki and her team at Denton for assistance... she so very kindly let us come up to the store prior to opening, place/pay for our order in advance over the counter and called me to come back and collect when ready - the team on the counter and kitchen were so helpful, polite and friendly, I cannot thank her and her team enough! :)

Friendly and helpful staff who are always flat out busy very welcoming and sorted my order in good time. The atmosphere of this nandos location is nice and chilled and with every nandos busy, the food was cooked very well and was delicious as always, I like this nandos always a good spot to go eat if you on the crown point shopping precinct and well done to the staff of Denton nandos, I will be back.

We had a party of 8 there on Saturday night, obviously there was a wait for the table, we were greeted by Melissa (who oddly had a name badge with Fringe on it) she was 1st class, really keen to help and found us a space. The other girls we spoke to were also really helpful and I thought it should be mentioned in this review. I had a slight issue with the order, in that I couldn’t use Apple Pay, the girl on the till and, I assume the manager were all brilliant. Well done all and thank you, they’re a credit to you. Matt.

I'll start with that it was decent. Great food. However, no physical menu's and we had to scan a QR code with our phones. Not sure how that will with the older gen. Floor's a bit messy and we witnessed a server dropping salad and just walking back across it. I had to dance over it when we left. The staff were really pleasant but didn't look happy to be fair. Crown Point is getting better, so hopefully, as it grows, so does the morale of Nandos staff. Hopefully management reads this before they quit. Keep strong guys.

Food was really good n tasty. There was a 45 minute wait but got sat down after 30. The service wasn't the best, had to ask several times for cutlery n salt ect.. and asked for a starter to come out as a side to the main but it didn't so we all sat n watched 1 person eat there starter while we were all starving.

Visited with my family as a treat for the kids during exam time. Tried Denton as the Ashton branch was closed for refurbishment when we tried to go during half-term. We were positioned at Table 13. There is a row of spotlights above, 2 of which shine directly down & are very bright. Because it was so bright, this area of the restaurant looked a bit tatty & not as inviting as the other side of the restaurant which seemed to look cosier. Ordered through the app & it was 30 minutes between finalising the order to the food arriving which seemed excessive compared to other Nandos we've visited. What ruined the whole visit was the fact we were sat next to a family with a young child who was watching cartoons/films on a mobile phone at FULL VOLUME presumably so he could hear it over the Nandos music playing in the restaurant. It was. It was like he had a TV on the table. I mentioned it to a staff member who in turn relayed it to the manager. Nothing could be done so I suppose it was just our misfortune to be sat next to one of those families who go out for family meals, but all sit using mobile devices & don't actually interact with one another. On the plus side, parking is plentiful, staff were polite & courteous & the food was good, when it arrived.

Staff are lovely, food was really nice, a bit hotter is my only criticism, staff were constantly cleaning toilets and tables, set out very easy for customers to get sauces and other condiments, definately return. I like my food on warm plates so food stays warm longer,, and chips were expensive at 5.50 a portion, could get better and crispy at the chippy. But staff were so warm and welcoming and frankie and bennies could learn from this place.

We were made to wait 15 mins to be seated in a half empty restaurant on a table that was 10 steps away. An was empty all the time we were waiting. The waitress look uninterested in her job. Food was good though.

Food was consistent. Service was higher than usual. Just one thing to note, if you sit outside you will see rats! We sat in the car watching as passersby were freaked out. Not saying this is any reflection on the restaurant, but certainly disturbing.

The food is always spot on whenever we order from here. We ordered through the app for takeaway and as soon as we walked in to collect it at the time it said, it was there and ready to be picked up. It was still hot when we arrived home with it and it was delicious as always.

If I was to describe this Nandos as in one word, it is Okay. Normally is meant to be pretty decent in terms of food and service but it was okay. Okay means can do better, okay means it needs room for improvement. Besides, what restaurant only serves cold drinks???

Drove up yesterday to enjoy a long awaited Nando's indulgence session only to find a sign on door 'Open at 4pm'. We hung around the shopping area killing time & returned to Nando's at 4pm then to be told by Nando's door staff 'its take out only'. 😖. Would appreciate in future if there was a notification sign on door informing of this. We did eventually enjoy Nando's food but it was sat in our car outside the shop! Hopefully we can dine inside very soon. 😊

Nandos is nandos, they're all good at keeping things consistent throughout the chains BUT there's a few things I particularly liked and thought was better than others: *No wait! It was a Sunday afternoon and managed to park right outside it, walk over and get a table straight away. A rarity for nandos. *Fast service and steaming hot food. *Lovely staff. Not that others don't have nice staff but I think during particularly busy ones the staff must get burnt out. I'll definitely be using this one as my new go to.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Alex and his Team at Nando's Denton! I ordered a large order today for my work employees. I ordered for 12:20 to collect. When I got to the restaurant Alex and his team had bagged up every order in separate bags, and placed in large boxes , he even printed off the receipts and highlighted each individual meal and stapled that receipt to each bag, he included all types of sauces, cutlery, napkins etc. Everything was all ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Him and his team even helped me carry the box's of food out to my car in the pouring down rain! I could not be more happy with everything, one of the best services I have received, talk about going the extra mile!!!!! Everyone's food was nice and hot and nothing was missed! A Massive thank you from me and my colleagues!

6th Dec 2020. Takeaway, 20min delay and missing sides. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Staff working hard, just poorly organised. 3rd Jan 2021. Much improved, service on time and food was complete. Still warm enough to eat at home.

New restaurant has in Denton! Firstly server told us we have to wait 30mins for our food. Not usual speed for Nando’s HOWEVER the portion we got was brilliant! Fresh fries, chicken, vegetables, enjoyed every bit of that! You can see that employees here are following standards when it comes to portion sizes - I wish every Nando’s would do the same! Nice atmosphere, many young servers with smile on their face-both Megans were super sweet! We really did enjoy our visit here and will definitely come back (as long as food and service stays the same!)

The sprite was either off or a knock off brand in the self serve drinks area. Staff were okay but I dropped my coat on the floor and didn't realise and not one member of staff told me about it and pretty sure someone stood on it. Anyroad a goodbye too would be nice but nothing... Guess the staff were tired after a long day. Polite note, don't throw leftovers and overcooked, undercooked food or whatever the poor thing was in the bin from off eating patrons please. Thanks
