Came in when it just opened and we didn't book so we had to use the qr queue system which isn't complicated and pretty good which was shown by the host but wasn't given any instructions of what to do or what to put in at first. The door host on that day's attitude wasn't great with first impressions as she told my sister quite bluntly and rudely "you havent booked babes" would have been better if she said "I don't see your name on the system, have you booked on the system or would you like any assistance?" Then we figured it out on our own and the host seated us down and she did communicate well on how to order and saying we will take your drinks, cutlery etc. The drinks however took 15 minutes to make and bring to our table and we only had a Coke and Fanta. The food came and I had the Chicken pitta and the BBQ and garlic sauce and my sister had the chicken burger. It was so nice but the peri peri chips were slightly bland on both plates. The Front Of House servers were polite and would ask if we'd like re fills and would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in the restaurant. The App is very easy to order from and the tables were nice and clean and covid safe especially with tables being socially distanced. However with the door host's attitude it has put us off this Nando's and will be going to the one in printworks in the future.

Great restaurant, one of my "go to" places, sometimes multiple times a week! Always tasty, quick service, staff always pleasant. They cater for everyone, even have a children's menu, which is great as some of the other items on the menu are quite big. If chicken is your thing then this place is must. TIP: If you know anyone who works in the Arndale you can get 10% off (with proof via the Arndale Hive app) your whole order, or if you takeaway 20%!

From the start, she allocated our table, when ordering our foods she was more than accommodating offering other specials on the menu and finally check if everything was ok during our meals. Lovely food can't complain but you get what you expect when entering. Does feel a little rushed however like they are waiting for you to finish and leave to allow the next couple on. I do however totally understand they need to do this and don't fault them at all. Food came out in a great time so if your in a rush don't hesitate about eating here. One negative however, and this seem to be a case in a lot of Nandos I visit, the drink machine is always flat like too flat for anyone to drink. Would advise just getting a glass of water or some other form of drink and you don't get your money's worth on the refillable flat drinks

Who doesn't love nandos? Great place to go for affordable chicken that's fresh off the grill. Love the range of salads too for the days you don't want a 'heavy' meal. Usually a brilliant atmosphere so it's a great place to take kids without worrying about them making noise!

First visit to this particular Nandos and took 3 of my grandchildren. The front of house staff were excellent! The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed and staff are very attentive. The food was very good and we all left feeling full and content. I'd like to mention a certain member of staff...Olivia who gave 5* service , she was very friendly, helpful and kind without being intrusive. We all really enjoyed our visit and will be returning soon. Excellent value for money as everything was eaten and enjoyed by all !

Service was really great despite being very busy when we went last. Food is the always decent at Nando's, it doesn't vary much but it's a reasonably healthy meal out if you choose carefully. Avoid it when it's not as busy, the wait times seem to be inversely linked to the number of customers.

The food as always is good. But the manager came to us assuming that the free chicken voucher we were given from another branch(fallowfield) as loyalty customers is fraudulent and not genuine, I was with my family and did not like this method, if he had any doubt for any reason he should have been 100% sure before approaching us, instead of making us feel cheap, we didnt pay for that voucher but felt bad. I think that was an incorrect decision by the Nandos manager.

Do Nandos ever get bad reviews?? highly doubt it. I have to say the Arndale restaurant never ceases to deliver on quality. The meals are always hot (heat, but spice too if that's what you're after) and the staff definitely don't scrimp when it comes to portion size. I don't think we've ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table either which is rather wonderful.

Great Nando's to quickly go an have a meal for if you have parked in the built in NCP with hours left on your early bird 12 hour parking. I did have an issue with a bottled drink being warm but they exchanged that for a colder one with no issues.

Prompt lunch on a goegraphy field trip : Great selection on the menu as long as you like chicken. Varying levels of spice so that we can all cope, even Gabe! Temperature was slightly colder than we expected, Gabe started shivering, serves him right for going for extra mild wimp spice level. Food came very quickly in our tight situation with getting back to the tram. Food however was nice and hot, except for Gabe's spice, moist chicken and very flavoursome Peri Peri chips. Gabe utilised refillable drinks to wash down his wimpy level of spice. Overall a pleasant eating experience, thanks Nandos! 🐓👍
