This was an amazing restaurant to dine in at, featuring various displays in pots and frames plus situated appropriately in Beyond! The service time was fine from the lovely staff and my chicken burger had a proper level of spice with a yummy and fresh taste, like the rest of the food. I also had a refreshing glass of Coke and the seating is comfortable, where cleanliness had been maintained!

Nice food.A Lots of sauce choices. I love the Chicken Wings and corns. However, choices of drinks are not very much. All staffs are nice. Quite a lot of space for seating, a good choice for family with kids after having fun at play factore or chill factore.

Came to Nandos as we was out and it was the closest place to eat. The food in itself was good, no real complain about that quality. But the price is insane. We got a SHARERS platter that could barely feed 1 person and it was not cheap. 5 pieces of chicken and 2 large chips and we were still hungry after it. Kids meals were just as bad really, a couple chicken wings and some fries. There's barely any meat on chicken wings as it is, so the kids were still hungry too. All in all, it's was ok. Food taste good, but way over priced. Staff were barely there aswell so you had to wait a while or go back up to the tills to ask for something. I don't think I'll be going again to be honest, rather go KFC. It's basically the exact same thing but better value for money.

Fast service, though this is often the case at Nandos in general, clean and no issues with the food. If youve been to one Nandos youve been to them all. And it's handy for visiting after going the Chill FactorE next door.

Went there under covid restrictions which could have been a problem. But no, the service couldn't have been more attentive and friendly and they served up lovely Nando chicken the same as ever. Well done! PS: If there's a queue you are asked to scan a QR code, with your mobile, fill in your details and then you're alerted when a table is ready. Then you order and pay from your mobile too.

We always go to this branch as it's always quicker, as it is larger, and easier to park. The staff are friendly and always have good attitudes with the customer's.

We where greeted by a girl called Erin, She was so happy, made us feel welcome, explained the ordering system, had a little chat and made full eye contact. She double checked everything was ok and was just great. She made it feel welcoming and more friendly. perfect

The food itself was tasty, though it was not reminiscent of actual Nando's. The grilled chicken burger was rather anaemic and was as small as the children's burger. We'll wait until we're in SA to have proper Nando's again.

Unfortunately bit of a wait for table...starters fine but chicken cold in pitta bread with soggy salad. Our visit was enhanced by your waitress Erin..so helpful nothing too much trouble..handled her customers politely and calmly, very professional young lady. Nandos is lucky to have the privilege of her services...promotion definitely on the cards...well done Erin.

Always good. Do not like the fact there is no ordering at the till anymore, all orders on the app so if you miss one thing (ie perinaise or a drink) it's a faff to reorder. 4 stars given as no evidence of seats being wiped down, bits of food on the bench which also means potential covid!

I was at Nandos on sunday around mid day and enjoyed a delicious meal👍🏻 definately worthy 5 star rating, Mainly goes to the lad who took my orders and served me. I believe his name was sonny and he did a brilliant job. Definately will be back soon👍🏻

Hardly anh chips, hardly any sauce on my sunset burger, a bit dry. The Broccoli was overcooked and not as flavoursome as per previous occasions.

Staff were super friendly, I even changed my order 3 times ( had a big group and ordered a few wrong things no fault of nandos) and the manager changed it with no issue. It was my daughter's birthday and he even offered to try and find candles as I had forgotten my own. Food was cooked properly and came to the table quick and piping hot.

Who doesn't like a cheeky Nandos! No issues with this place it's just like the rest. Love the food and it's nice quick service so can't really complain. Butterfly chicken burger, peri salted chips and some peas....winning formula. Don't be soft and go for Hot, or even hotter if you prefer.

Good food with great sauces. Bottomless drinks make spicier dishes easy to eat. Little pricy (only £1 or £2 over what you would expect) for the food but definetly enough to get you filled up.

Quite sad to give this place 3* as it is much better than the Trafford centre and Trafford retail park restaurants which are all just a stone's throw away. Both meals arrived cold after quite a wait. We sent them back and then my meal arrived with the wrong sides. By the time my meal was correctly brought to the table my partner had almost finished. Food was ... Eventually very good.

One of the best Nandos in Manchester - everyone flocks to the Trafford Centre, so this is a little gem, much quieter and a great setting next to the ski slope! Always great food and service.

Always good, it's nandos innit. If you're looking for a Portuguese/South African food adopted by the British as one of their own, get yourselves to Nandos and try some spicy chicken. Much better than KFC, McDonald's etc, and about the same price!
