As always Nandos is a hit! Tried the platters for 2 to 3 people with my friends and we all had our fill. Went for the Extra hot on most of our options and we found that particularly delightful as we are Africans and are used to spicy food. I was initially concerned that it would be too busy around the time of day that we were considering going there but we were able to get a seat instantly and the service was also very lovely.

Arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday night and had no booking but they took our number and told us to wait 30min which was fine. Got the text our table ready about 20mins later. Sat down and ordered and was served our food within 10mins was great. They have about 20 staff working there which was great to see as it was all hands on deck and looks well managed. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and the service was very fast. Defo go back here when in Manchester again.

Easily my favourite chicken place in the whole of the uk. If you havent been Nandos you seriously missing out. Got the full platter with 4 sides creamy mash, spicy rice an 2 portions of chips as was with my family. Staff brilliant, location amazing, food fresh as you can imagine.

Always recommended for Halal choices and I have tried many other Nando’s as well but this is something special because they have friendly staff, i remember (Veronica) served us n she was superb welcoming n very friendly n we have been given side table with service on the table which is always soothing because while Covid it went to self service.. they always make you feel like home..!!

Went out to eat after a while and I have to say from the minute we walked in till we left me and the wife were very impressed with the service. There was a bit of a wait for food but that was due to it being busy and I dont mind waiting a little extra for great service and food. The staff were very accommodating with my child and made sure we were comfortable with seating, baby seat etc. Food was great. I will be visiting again very soon. Keep up the great work people. There was a wait time of 30 minutes when we arrived, however the mobile app told us when it was our turn to be seated. The service inside was extremely fast and the waiters were friendly. We ordered the food from our table which was convenient and the food was tasty as always. Will be back for definite 👍

Food is amazing, it's Halal so the chickens taste almost organic. The welcoming staff at reception are welcoming. The team supervisor are in charge and help manage the backlogs well. Overall its a good well run restaurant

Friendly service. Small halal Nando’s. Until I tried to order yesterday: “Can I have houmous starter?” “We don’t have peri drizzle” “Oh well. Can I please also have the halloumi sticks?” “We don’t have them” “Oh haha. What about sweet potato wedges?” “We don’t have those either” “Fine, can I have 1/2 chicken…and chips” “We don’t have any chips sorry” Come on guys this was embarrassing. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant in my life where I’ve tried to order 4 items that they didn’t have. I can understand issues with stock and equipment. But please tell customers what you don’t have when you walk in, or as a bare minimum when they sit down? Wouldn’t have wasted to much time waiting if I knew the menu was so bare. For what it’s worth the chicken was cooked and seasoned excellently but the mash was old and solidified. Very unhappy with this experience. Edit: After complaining received a £15 voucher which was well appreciated

My family love the restaurant chain more than me but it's a good place for anything chicken with peri peri chips dipped in their various strength chilli and garlic sauces. Easy ample parking so handy to get 8n and out as quickly as you wish!

Years ago I used to love going to Nandos. The food seemed much tastier back then. When I tried it here it just seemed very mundane and uninteresting... It's not the branch itself, I've been to others and they all feel just a little bit boring and a bit dated. Company needs a bit of a makeover. Also the music they play should stay true to its origins and keep that vibe. It's something quite simple and easy to ignore but quite key imo.

Although since it's part of a retail park, it does get rather busy and you could be waiting a while to get a table during busy periods. Out side of that its normally quite easy to grab a table!

Big shout out for Jamie at Manchester Fort Nandos who went above and beyond to make our dining experience a good one. I'm vegetarian and came here with my son who's a Nandos lover. I ordered the beanie burger but didn't like the taste of it and it was really mushy so ended up leaving most if it. I didn't complain and didn't want fuss but Jamie noticed I'd left it. He said he would replace with the great imitator which he recommended. I explained we were about to leave so didn't have time for more food but he then went on to give me a take-out instead. I really appreciate this gesture and what he recommended was tasty. Thank you

Its always a lovley experience to visit nandos at Fort its been like 8 years now we are having family dinners there, delicious chicken and lovely staff ready to help Kids love this place. Due to this covid-19 we dine out first time last night since lockdown start, it wasn't same as before, sitting in cube makes kids a bit uncomfortable though we understnad its for safety reason indeed food was as same before and staff was well coming and helpful. Hope things will get normal soon so we can have joyful family dinner as we use to have.

Nandos is always a popular choice, but this branch in particular isn't the best one. The food and service are fantastic as always, the staff are always lovely but the place itself is just so uncomfortable. The chairs are all wooden, with only a handful of booths. The music is so loud you can't hear the person standing next to you. This is a popular location, where you'll be waiting between 20-45 minutes, so I wonder if the music and uncomfortable seating is to encourage you to eat and leave very quickly. Good for convenience, but not that great if you want to have a conversation

Been to this one a few times and it's always really busy. The kids chicken was horrible they said then my partner left the chicken off her burger too. I had the veggie cataplana as a vegan. The veg was all onions, a few red peppers and two pieces of courgette. No chick peas as on the menu. My veggie cataplana came 10 minutes after everyone else had started eating. 3 times we had to ask staff members for missing items off our order.

For some reason, this branch manages to stay above others regarding choice for the sunday lunch, I guess it can be properly understood once you visit the place. Interesting fact is that the busier the place gets, the better/fresher/juicier/tastier meals are prepared we found :) if you look on the bureaucratic signs at the entrance, one of them says halal, so this might encourage some for their choice

I had to wait longer than usually for my food (35 to 40 mn when it wasn't busy) and went over the counter to speak to Kayleigh (Blonde). She looked at my receipt and threw it on the floor and never once said sorry or empathise for the wait even after checking the time on receipt. Our food came to us cold, and ended up not giving to my 2 and 3 year old toddler. I take my family once a week to my local nandos and obviously will still go their but i hope Nandos will look into this comment and will give their staff the training needed. I really hope this is a glitch and will keep u posting on my next adventure next week. Ciao

As any normal Nandos, you'll find fast service and relatively friendly staff. You can be waiting if you turn up at peak times, but it's not that long. They did give me a plain chicken pitta which I didn't ask for, but very quickly rectified the error.
