Great value as always. Friendly and fast service and a decently-sized yummy meal. The best thing are the Peri-Peri sauces to add that extra spice. You can now even order online at your table without having to get up.

It's Nando's, so it's a given that I'm going to find the food good. A little disappointed on this occasion however, since we had to wait a little while for a seat (fine), it was freezing cold outside, and despite the entire upper floor of the restaurant being empty, we were told we had to wait out in the freezing cold (not fine). Appreciate the upper floor wasn't open "properly", but not a big deal to just let us wait in the warmth eh.

Honestly always find nandos pleasant but here, the staff where not engaging when asking for a time frame on food we had waited half an hour for. Just strolling around trying to act busy when infact weren't doing anything. I didn't receive part of what was supposed to be with my meal. Manager didn't seem to really care after complaining, just nodding rather than offering an alternative since it wasn't what I asked for. Just all around disappointed meal to be honest.

Great place in Print works building. Level access plenty of room and friendly staff. If you got mobility problems or in wheelchair there is a lift to up stairs. I didn't use toilet so don't know about that one. The food service and quality is brilliant

The food is good as always but the service here was horrible, me and my friend got our food and her little boy had to wait 25 minutes to get his despite us asking where it was on multiple occasions I wanted to use my chilli point reward, the app didn't add it for some reason and when I asked if I could be refunded, I was stood waiting for someone to let me know for about 10 minutes, I watched the server I asked go start packing take out orders, to be told after 10 mins by someone else, really offhand no refund The water machine was broken so we kept having to ask for glasses of water, which again took 10 mins to come at a time, then the last glass we ordered the server was like use the machine please and walked off??? It was just a really rubbish experience and everyone was miserable as sin

There crocery most of the times is not washed well as you can smell some egg like smell and the you can see some stuff on glass you drink in . I had to return so many times and they just replace you instead of paying more attention on these hygenic things . I think they do it because of the high demand of orders and less labour . !!! They should put a little focus on this issue as this happened to me 8 to 10 times which is not a very good number in case of hygeine !!! Hygenic food and hygenic cutlery and crocery should be there first priority !!! Other than this Very nice to have variety of chicken flavours . You can order different varieties . Chips , garlic bread , mushy peas , colslaw , spiced olives , nandos spicy peanuts etc. Then chicken all about peri peri sauces and crispy skin . Different style wraps and burgers . Different starters but less variety in starters which is okay for thoes who dont like to go for starters and instead go for main course. Then the place is nice to eat in .

Really nice staff!!! Had a mix up with our food my sister ordered a burger online but wanted a wrap. When the food came and it was wrong the waitress Jamela was so nice and changed it for us without us even asking. Which was so nice especially because they were incredibly busy. Manager was polite also. Our favourite Nando’s to visit as the Piccadilly gardens and arndale Nando’s are not good.

Had the cutest little meal here with my boyfriend a couple of days ago (I love nandos..). From the friendly and bubbly staff to the authentic background music being played, this was a really vibrant and pleasant environment to be in. It was my partner's first time at nandos (ever), he liked it but said the chicken could be better but I loved it, the flavours and everything was spot on. It was a great place to start for, what was, a fun evening. Thanks Nandos! ❤️

Me and my grandad come here about 1 every 2 weeks. Always friendly and welcoming staff. The service is nice and fast as well. However we went last week and the service was not good at all. I made my order waited 40 minutes for the order. Then they brought it out in a takeaway bag. They were very apologetic. However they then brought in out on plates to eat in and some of the chips were cold. Apart from that it is a lovely restaurant never had a problem before. Hopefully it will stay the same in the future.

Me and my partner make habit of visiting when going to watch a movie, we enjoy the menu even as vegetarians as you can always expect a high standard of taste and cooking. The puddings always leave us full for the cinema and mean we don't require sweet snacks throughout (saving money). The staff are always lovely, bright and inviting!

Overpriced chicken that isn't worth it. I had heard wonderful things about nandos and so was very excited to try their food but was disappointed by their chicken, which is the main part of the plate. The chips were delicious and their rooibos soft drink as well but as I said, let down by a slightly better seasoned chicken than one I would get anywhere else. This nandos in particular has really great seating options and very friendly staff. It might just be I ordered the worst thing on the menu so I'll give it another chance in future.

Was a busy week-night, but they were super-helpful with the allergy menu; brilliant, henuine service and care, much appreciated. As Nando's go, it meets expectations. I love the food there, and it's cheap enough to go often without breaking the bank. The staff are friendly, and the waiting times aren't bad. However, it depends what time you come. Plus the Nandos is located inside the Printworks which is a fun location to socialise. Come and give it a try. Worst case scenario is you don't enjoy it, but it's cheap enough for you not to lose any sleep. Alternatively, the best case is, you enjoy it, have a great time and find a new restaurant to socialise with friends and family. Besides I had my first date there with my SO, classy I know, and we had a blast. Memories are formed in Nandos...

Disclosure- I used to work for Nandos, two different stores (one in London and one in Liverpool) so I may be a bit biased both ways That said, this particular Nandos is alright. Since their renovation it looks much better inside, with bright lights and okay fittings. The decor theme is pretty much the same as most Nandos restaurants, lots of wood themes, barrels, plants, etc etc. The seating is now more comfortable, and it's generally more pleasurable to actually be in. Cellphone signal quality is still terrible in there, although that's more to do with The Printworks in general. The food is again, just okay- pretty standard Nandos fare, with lots of chicken dishes (burgers, quarter/half/whole chickens, pittas), salads, and sides (corn on the cob, rice, chips, "macho peas", "creamy mash", etc). A point in their favour is that the food always comes relatively quickly no matter how busy it is when I go in (and it can get really busy due to the Odeon opposite, especially on a movie release day). The restaurant has an upper floor, which I've never been to- there have always been seats on the ground floor whenever I go in. If you like your food spicy though, it may disappoint. In addition, it's a restaurant chain, so... make of that what you will. The cashiers (read waitresses) are friendly enough, although the managers seem more genuine about it. Nando's food is slightly overpriced though because when you get down to it, you're paying a premium for dressed up chicken and chips. All in all it's a good first stop if you're having a movie night at the cinema, or even if you're having a club night.

My first visit to nandos in 10 years. Food is delicious, sauces are amazing and appreciate the unlimited refills but rather pricey for what we got n portion sizes much smaller to what i remember. But was nice and full afterwards so can't complain. Came late n got a seat quickly n food came out quick too.

Visited this branch after going to the cinema with a friend. Ordered on the app hoping for quicker service and ended up sat there for 10 minutes waiting for a empty glass to collect our own drinks. Other people walked in and were served there drinks faster to a point I had to get a member of staff attention to get a drink. After this the food turned up and was not what I ordered, and I asked for no onion. They just took it to the kitchen and scrapped it off leaving the onion taste and onion juice still on chicken. I wouldn’t have minded but it was like a caramelised onion paste left on it. This is worst Nando’s branch I’ve been to from the staff to the service to food, it wasn’t even busy and they only had 12 tables open so don’t understand why 9 floor staff had problems at all delivering a empty glass to the table.

Food was great and staff were lovely, only criticism I would have is that the cutlery and glasses were not the cleanest but there was a washing sink near the drinks machine that we could clean them at. :)
