Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us from phone call with Jenna to smiling helpful and quickly seen to when ordering. They even brought a chair over for a waiting customer. Finally returned to nandos after too long last Friday! Honestly had a lovely experience, everything was clean and up to standard. Young brunette girl made my experience 10/10, she had a great attitude towards working although when i took my shoes and socks off she wasn’t too impressed. I visited here only a couple of weeks ago with my partner. The staff were friendly, helpful and very reliable. Our main meal was really nice. The chicken was perfect and so were the rice and chips. Just the right amount of peri-salt and it arrived in front of us pretty quickly. We ordered a desert which took a little while to get to us but the staff informed us properly that it may take a little longer and let us know why. Although it didn’t take all that long, staff continued to assure us that our desert was on its way. It’s not my closest Nando’s, but I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Such a lovely place to visit in Trafford. I enjoyed every bit of it the food was excellent, the only quarm I had was that we didn't receive our food at the same time. But inside it was a really lovely experience- decorated beautifully. Really great experience!!

There was a temporary offer to take gran and get a discount. Food is unmistakably delicious. The offer was a maximum of £10 off. The manager was helpful in explaining the unknown terms and conditions. The young man greeting us was even more helpful. Great location and always lots of parking, this is way more better than the Trafford Centre restaurant.

Been to this nandos a few times and always been a great experience, however i really dislike the at table ordering using QR code and the app etc. It seems to always take ages with my lot. Was better previously. We usually go on a sunday at its relatively quiet so why can't we just order at the till like other food places or even other nandos.

I visited this Nando's on Saturday 5th September with my boyfriend. We were greeted by a very friendly young man at the door who took our number and added us to the virtual que, we wasn't waiting long and was soon seated at a clean and socially distanced table. My boyfriend has a nut allergy which was handled with extremely well. Covid restrictions were dealt with in a good manner and we felt safe, the food was delicious and the customer service was great too! Will definitely be returning in the future.

Can't beat a Nandos and this branch was really pleasant to dine in. Very friendly staff and the food was good and decently portioned. Only thing I would suggest is adding more marinade during the grilling/cooking process. It did lack sauce when the chicken was served (meat was a little dry) but it was an easy fix with the bottled sauces.

We normally go to the lowry nandos, fast efficient staff and no waiting, we tried the Trafford retail park, had to wait 20 minutes for a table even though 4 were empty, staff were very helpful though, no salt in any of the dispensers and mains were brought out straight after the starter, people still waiting even though tables were cordoned off, will stick to lowry one.

The way it works just leads to huge queues of people either trying to decide or not knowing how to work it. Switch back to the simple 4 options. Saves time.

I was so happy when I saw they did take away food so popped in to get some lunch. I consider Nando’s my favourite Chain restaurant and I love the food. Perhaps this is why I was so disappointed with this meal of 1/2 Chicken Rice and Fries. Rice was ok chips were ‘meh’ and they must have given that poor Chick about 3 weeks of life, my god was it the smallest chicken I ever saw. I’d have had more meat had I gone next door to KFC and got a ‘Hot wing’ I doubt it was a one off as the Lady would have replaced the Chic\ken had she thought it sub standard. Shame because as you may know Nando’s is by no means cheap food at £11.50 ish

From a disgruntled diner...can't really complain about the meal because we actually enjoyed it, but very annoyed after purchasing a delicious bottle of Merlot at £15, having finding ourselves pushed for time as we were going to the cinema, we were not allowed to take our purchased wine with us. We were informed by a member of staff that it was against company policy and it can't be taken from the premises. For this reason and this reason only we will not be back..after a lovely meal it took the pleasure away.. Not a happy customer...

Can't go wrong with Nandos. It can get really busy so it's best to get there around 5.30pm on weekends. I found Nandos chicken to be the best around, especially with the medium spice sauce. Peri peri chips are really tasty too although slightly too salty. Will be definitely going again soon enough.

A newly built and therefore well maintained Nandos. It's located close to the Trafford Center but doesn't suffer it's problems of too many customers and too few staff. In fact we got served quite quickly and the experience was quite pleasant. Still expensive for what it is though.
