t. k.As it was the middle of the week it wasn't very busy, there were a few tables in use though. They have a sink near the front so you can wash your hands before and after if you feel the need, which we did. The food was delicious, the chips went cold quite quick though, we should have eaten them quicker. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, making sure everything was good with our meals, like everything else the prices have gone up quite a bit, it was just my Mum and I and it was over £30 for 1 side each with our chicken a refillable coke and a large glass of wine, which was over £7 for the one glass of wine. Its a good job we don't do this very often.
S. S.I go to a specific Nando’s for chicken liver, so when ordering here, I was a bit worried but did ask how I wanted it. It’s always good to get them cut up into smaller pieces as it taste better from being cut down to cook better. This was not done unfortunately lol however, it tasted fine. Highly recommend this! Extra hot is the way to go! The bread bun and butter is the perfect match for this meal! Get a large side and go for mash and garlic bread, hint lol
I always mix extra hot and wild herb on my chips or mash, it’s just lovely :)
The chicken thigh burger, extra hot was amazing! I don’t really get burgers from Nando’s but I will from now on! Extra hot people! Amazing!

C.This Nando's has a lot going for it, the staff are really friendly, the food is served up quickly, even when theyre fairly busy.
The only downside I would give this restaurant is if you try to go at weekend it's always really busy, but thats not something to take away from the restaurant.

Also had to wait a while for everyone’s food to be served as it was given in intervals, annoying as we wanted to eat together.
Although the chicken was cooked well, I wanted it spicy and there wasn’t a hint of spice on the chicken, don’t know whether they made a mistake or the spice was just really weak.
Chips were cooked well and tasted very nice with the salt.
Overall, it was okay. Nothing else to say, it was just okay.

It's well run and efficient with the queues managed to avoid confusion.

s. a.We ordered off deliveroo and the driver never delivered or food, I took this up with deliveroo and they could not doing anything even tho I had proof they could not deliver the food. I phoned nando and spoke to the lovely manager Alex who called deliveroo and tried is best to sort out are problem and they mess him about also, so he decided to sort are food out anyway and he delivered the food himself. This was very kinda and he did not have to do that but we really appreciate what he did and the food was spot on as always thankyou
A. T.If you have food allergies. This is the place to eat. They take allergies very seriously, they have a book with all the information you need to make ypur choice. A manager deals with your order and makes sure the staff clean everything down before cooking.
Food is excellent. Go again and again and make sure to grab a loyalty card for free food.

K. S.This very busy restaurant is always popular. If you like chicken with a spicy taste then this is perfect for you. Nando's is famous for its spicy sauces. The menus is varied so if you dont want your meal too hot that's fine but if you are adventurous then you can try the hottest sauce.
Families are welcome there are choices on the menu for children and the drinks are bottomless. Or you can phone up for a takeaway. It is very popular so you can expect a short wait for a table, but in all a good experience.

d. s.Very well organised with booking a table, just scan the QR code outside and wait for your slot. Could be a bit of a wait when busy but we just sat in the car. Once in ordered on the app and was served food and drinks within ten minutes.

j.Arrived for table out of the blue. Was told we had to wait 15 mins in waiting area however we were seated within 5. Service was brilliant and very quick. We had our food in front of us around 10 minutes. I had the sunset burger and it was gorgeous would definitely recommend. Refillable drinks are handy too. Pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again 5 stars from me
A. D.The service was good but this establishment is small and I always feel REALLY claustrophobic.
I tried to change my baby and had to find someone to let me in it because it was locked with a key. Not only that there is a mat outside the bathroom which caused the door not to open and I had to squeeze through a tiny gap me and my baby. God knows what happens when a disabled person in a wheelchair wants to use the bathroom.

4. 2. (.As always, amazing food.and atmosphere. Can't go.wrong with Nandos.
C. C.Serves a purpose for quick bite to eat or if you need something from one of the stores on site. Would avoid at the weekends if your pushed for time as the queuing can become rather ridiculous backing up from local motorway exit.
R. F.It's a good Nando's. All chains have variance in quality but this is a good if not great example. Decent attentive staff and food that is well cooked and super tasty. People tend to decry Nando's as simple but expensive. I counter that with it might be simple but you leave with a warm feeling in your belly and a giant smile on your face... Every time. For me that's worth an extra couple of quid now and again.
k. p.We went to Nando's today, first time since it reopened
Stood outside next to the sign that said 'please wait here to be seated' after a good while someone came outside and told us about the scan and queue set up, and that the sign was for people that had had the text.
We dutifully scanned and completed our details and went for a little meander to a couple of shops we needed to do to, then we got the text and went back.
We realised, while waiting by the 'wait to be seated' sign we realised that the instructional poster about the scan and queue was on the door, but as the door was open and pushed back to have the wall... No one could see it 🙄
Once we were in, everything was very slick, felt safe, and the staff were excellent.
I did think it was a shame that most customers chose not to wear a mask or to use provided gel, it must give the staff lots of cause for concern...and they have to be there. I wish people were more considerate!!

D. M.A decent place, good friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. They're usually busy between 6pm and 8pm and service can be a bit slow. Not to be nit picky but service varys drastically and there's no consistency - some days food is spot on, other days it's over cooked or burnt, especially the corn-on-the-cob. If you got young children some days they give out crayons and a colouring sheet other days it's nowt. Clean cutlery is another thing - found dirty plates on more than a few occasions! Can't really complain if their dishwasher isn't upto the job. Anyhoo, its still a good place to grab a decent meal.
V. d.Visited on Monday bank holiday the place was absolutely packed so we were told to wait 15 minutes for the food.We ended up waiting for less. maybe 10 minutes to get a table.We then waited another 15 for our food .The food was piping hot and delicious chips were well seasoned too.Friendly staff and good customer service.
p. o.Nandos as with every branch is busy. We waited around 20 minutes to be seated. After ordering food it arrived quite quickly without a long wait. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was clean and tidy

D. C.A nice addition to Elk Mill retail park, however it's far from perfect. It feels like the restaurant has been squeezed into too small a place as it's basically built on Pizza Hut's car park, which causes all sorts of problems with parking and the restaurant always feels overcrowded. Food is good, however takeaway service is pretty poor, ordered online 2 hours in advance and still had to wait over 20 mins for my food to be given to me - not to mention the waiting area was full so had to stand up the whole time. Not ruling out a future visit but there's better options within the retail park.
V. B.The 1st time I went was the 5th April to celebrate on just finding out my daughter was expecting a baby boy. I found the butterfly burger to die for very chunky and tasty. I've been a few times since with my daughter and her partner. But tonight I went with my partner he has never been before so I thought I would treat him. He found it very nice and very filling we will definitely be going again so thanks nandos for great food.
