Whenever we crave for dim sum, we would take almost 6 miles journey to come and visit here. We've visited twice ever since the easing of the lockdown and not a single time has it failed to impress us. The staff has always been friendly, had never got any of our orders wrong and the food has been delicious and they're authentic HK style dim sum. Highly recommended especially if you drive as there's free parking and you could do grocery shopping at their downstairs supermarket Chi Yip afterwards

Very good Chinese resturaunt albeit it being far away from the Manchester City Centre. The seafood is of good quality. I actually have never tried the dim sum here but I heard the late night dinners are nice. I have only come here for wedding food and the food is very traditional and nice. The staff are friendly and the decor is traditional chinese. The vip booths are cool too.

Tasty Chinese food, reasonable service. The staff are definitely better trained and more polite than at the usual Chinese restaurants, at least around Manchester. The food was fantastic, it was a little pricey but nothing you wouldnt expect at a Chinese. I recommend the banquets on the second to last page of the menu, plenty of food, we were definitely not left hungry. I also suggest looking at the shop that they have downstairs, loads of different bits. Only flaw is the customer service definitely lacked, but overall a reasonably good experience.

Authentic chinese res with a Chinese cash and carry under it selling chinese food stuffs. Very good quick service. Corn soup slightly salty but nice taste. Seaweed was also salty. Prawns on toast I found a bit too thick and oily. Veg spring rolls were ok. Veg noodles were delicious. Egg rice was delicious. Crispy duck with pancakes 10/10. Crispy beef with garlic and chili was a bit tough and Malaysian chicken with peanut sauce didnt taste if peanuts at all. Sweet and sour chicken was quite nice. The prawn dumplings are really good. Beware alot of stairs for the disabled and to take the lift is a long walk through the kitchens etc and a rickety lift. The price is very good £25 per head and we ordered alot of food. Disappointed there was no toffee banana or other desserts. Just ice cream which we didn't order.

My friend and I always come to this restaurant for a lunch on our "catch up with each other" lunch. My friend is vegetarian I am not. WE are always treated with dignity and respect. Welcoming smiles start the meal off. Nothing is too much trouble and if I could give ten stars for this superb service I would give it. The service here is as good, if not better than many more expensive restaurants . The atmosphere is soothing and unhurried, maybe not ultra fashion decor but clean and plenty of space between tables. Having settled the menu choice is varied for A La Carte. We have the set business Lunch and it is more than adequate , catering for vegetarians and carnivores! I was taught Chinese cooking by a Chinese friend and on many occasions I have been disappointed not in this place. I try anything and whatever I have chosen is always a delight . Today I chose a vegetarian meal and it was full of flavours and a delight. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Good food and good prices.

This is my go to Chinese restaurant which is only a few miles from my base. It's very large and situated above the supermarket. Food is excellent. Portion sizes are sizeable and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Distances between tables are good so not squashed in at all. Prices are possibly a little on the high side. The down side would be the access to the restaurant is currently by stairs only which is a problem for someone who's not good on their feet or disabled. I believe they have plans to install their own lift soon so that would make it 5 stars but only 4 for now.

I was there in a party of 5. We were shown to a table right away, perhaps because it was at 5pm. Within an hour the tables were quite full..... Early diners! Drinks order taken we then got about ordering.... Order taken and first choices on our table in 15 minutes. All our dishes were excellent no one had a bad thing to say. The good points.. the staff were not on our shoulders waiting for you to drink up to reorder The bad points... You eat too much!

Extensive menu's. Both authentic and western menu's. Good venue with helpful staff. My choice was the authentic menu. Had great dim sum dishes, jellyfish which was intriguing and a lamb curry which was stunning. I don't eat Chinese very often but was pleased to have visited here to taste it at its best.

Food is decent but they never have some of the food available even though it’s on the menu (example: only 1 type of congee available from the 3 or 4 showing on the menu) The service is not that great, you need to really wave down waiters when needed. They often miss out parts of my order and I had to chase them more than twice for the same dish. I was told they forgot about it and had to put it back at the end of the queue!!! After the third time chasing about the same dish, I asked them to just forget it and not to bill me for it as we have already finished the rest of our food. I usually tip when I receive good service and it’s not compulsory that I am required to tip if I feel the service was not up to standard. However, I was told the bill did not include tips and that I should include it onto the bill before entering my PIN number. My friend has been before and when she didn’t tip, she was given bad service the next time she went again, so she’s stopped going here now. On one occasion, I called to order a take away to pick up. I only wanted one dish because I was on my own and didn’t want to cook. The guy said “Is THAT it?!” I replied yes and he hung up! Didn’t even say how long it’d be ready. Overall, the service just needs to improve and customers will be more than happy to tip, rather being pressured into tipping.

The food is incredible. There's a wide selection of authentic Chinese Dim Sum which will leave you feeling very satisfied. Unfortunately some of the staff at the desk where you pay can come across as quite rude. I'd give 5 stars if I at least received a thank you for my custom but instead I was treated quite rudely and talked to as if I was a hindrance. A very poor way to leave someone feeling when they have paid for a meal.

Next time we go we will just order lots of starters as the mains were not quite as good as the starters. Different chef? Prices were reasonable, food arrived hot. The Yung chow rice was overcooked with over boiled prawns spoiling the dish. Staff were very nice. Excellent parking. Under the restaurant is a Chinese food wholesaler with a mass of food (fresh, frozen or dried) at very good prices. I was in the area and just said to my phone " Navigate to a good Chinese restaurant". Obviously my Moto Z knows it's way around.

Ohhhhh the food here is so nice! Very friendly staff. I had the crispy duck, garlic and chilli prawns, Thai mussels, black bean mussels, calamari. Except the Thai mussels which were 'okay', the rest of the food was REALLY nice.

The only thing I don't like is that, even though the staff are good at their respective jobs, there is no real interaction with the diners, get their money and that's it.
