T. S.They must have had a change in chef because the food was proper desi style home cooked curry.
We loved it and were grateful for the fact that the meat was soft and properly cooked through unlike many takeaways that don't bother with all that.

My partner had a special kebab, it was huge and went down well as all the was ok. I on the other hand had a chicken and lamb pitta and the meat was sooooo dry i couldn't eat it, luckily his kebab was big enough for both of us.

I've been ordering meals from them for 13 years now, on occasion I've tried other Indian takeaways in the area but always end up back at Shuhel, the consistent quality and friendly staff makes them a pleasure to deal with. Nip in and watch the chef cook the meals in the open kitchen, how he does it all with the one huge ladle is beyond me.
