Sad to have missed trying this place- until now! So glad we randomly called in this evening to try it! Great value, great food. This is a long standing locally loved restaurant that deserves to be recognised! Thanks for looking after us! Just amazing service. If you've the capacity- go banquet! Such amazing value- rich flavours.

t.Top tier! Amazing food as always, and the banquet is incredibly good value (and a great option as a vegetarian). The family feel to service is second to none and the atmosphere is authentic and feels like it's been this way forever. Nothing needs to change. Definitely recommend and regularly return!

R. W.We visited here this evening for the first time. We had the banquet which was amazing. So much food, cooked to order, fresh and full of flavour and presented lovely too. Steve the manager there, was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. At the end with it being Chinese New year, He gave the kids an envelope which had vouchers off our next visit. Such a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning.

I wish the crispy egg roll, which can't be found anywhere else locally was as good as it used to be. Fillet steak Cantonese is an old favourite though and always pleases.
Staff lovely and often accommodate a special request to put the hors doeuvres back on the menu if ordered in advance. I could eat buckets of the red fish.

Four of us had the middle set meal after recommendation from people sat next to us.
It was an excellent 5 course meal (did include extra side dishes)and before we knew it we had been there three hours. Good service and very attentive owners.
I would definitely recommend and will be there again soon.

A. R.I hadn't been here in years up until recently. We (me and my partner) went for half six and we were the only ones in at that time. They had no beer on tap only bottles as the gas delivery had not been. Staff was apologetic about that but the bottled tiger and cocktails were good. The food seemed fresh cooked and came in hot bamboo baskets which was a nice touch. When the server says don't touch the sizzling plate with the steak roll came on definitely listen but I would sertainly recommend the dish. Also the seafood was fresh and even though I expected to see larger potions because at first they looked small. They are not needed as the food is very filling. I don't understand what other reviews are about when they say it's a little expensive. When we went we ordered some of the more expensive items on the menu and both had three courses and at least three drinks each and the total was less than £60 on a Saturday. My partner is the picky one and he said he will be going again.
D. D.Very nice food except soup, wasn't awful but not what I'd call a hot & spicy more like bovril... Staff are lovely and as I said rest of food gorgeous! Oooo also soup is "Super Hot!" So make sure you blow it first!
L. S.Wonderful restaurant. The food is delicious and there are some great deals available, like all you can eat main courses for a set price on certain nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the male owner who always remembers us, even though we can't visit as often as we'd like to! It's great for family meals, couples and small groups.
