Food was absolutely delicious, bacon looks burnt but it had a beautiful smokey flavour to it. Paid £9.50 each and we got unlimited drinks and food from cooked and continental breakfast. Loads on offer and not a single bad word to say. All the staff were so kind and lovely to be around, especially Helen. 5 stars, will be coming again very soon

Went for lunch midweek excellent value for money shared a garlic bread /cheese starter, 2 mains, mine gammon chips egg pineapple & peas, my partner had fish chips & peas, tarter sauce & 2 soft drinks & it was 15 quid!!! The food was quality and cooked to perfection, for an extra £2.95 you can get a desert with this menu. I will be making this a weekly treat, the staff the place, the food, the whole package I would recommend all day long. 10/10 Well done team we loved it!! 👍

The food is nice and reasonably priced. The play area is great the kids love it they have screens showing the play area so you can keep an eye on the kids from your table. The staff are very polite and helpful and the rewards club is worth signing up for as they give you codes for free meals or free drinks quite regularly

Not been in the Stablegate for a while, always viewed it as a “Cheap n Cheerful” place. Just been for bite to eat & have got to say, i was pleasantly surprised. Food was spot on, a couple of sides with some loaded burgers, very enjoyable & reasonably priced. The staff were great as well, the young lady who sat us at our table & the lad who served me at the bar (should of got their names) very friendly, highly recommended, will definitely be back there very soon.

Visited with family. The food was fantastic and good value for money. Our children enjoyed using the play facilities which were clean and well maintained. The restaurant was very busy but this did not effect the service provided. Some confusion on my part over discount but resolved professionally and terms clearly explained. The friendliest staff! Super accommodating; they let me sit and work on my laptop in the corner whilst eating my meal which was greatly appreciated. We had the carvery. The veg was undercooked... that is to say it was just about warmed through and nothing more. The chef serving was lovelly. Really helpful and friendly. The stuffing was practically just a liquid and he took this away and the brought some fresh to our table. Shame as the staff in general were really great.

Stayed at the Premier inn 5 times so far this month and eaten here everytime. Food is decent for the price and service generally good. However, my experience tonight has dented my view. I asked a lady who I assume was duty manager for a table (she wasn't wearing red T shirt) she went off and came back while I was ordering a drink, she said she would put a reserved notice on table while I was being served,then someone else came in and asked for a table for two, next thing she approached me and said I would have to eat in the bar area because she didn't have a table. Now I don't mind eating in the bar, I do very much mind being lied to, she chose to put the table for two on the table she had offered me, for that alone I felt like making this a one star review. Customer service is important and hers was appalling. I hope she is happy, I have three more reservations this month, I won't be eating here again if that's how little is thought of my custom

The first thing I say is that the staff at this bar are really great, the food is better than you would expect in these types of chain pubs. Great quality and a good selection of wines and beers at a reasonable price. Can be a little loud if sat in the family section near the childrens play area. If you’ve not been to a Brewers Fayre make sure you get a bonus card as they are always sending you discount vouchers for money off meals, free meals or deserts and even a free bottle of wine.

I've given 4 stars for an eatery of this type. By which I mean pub food, not home cooked pub food. These aren't Michelin stars. The food was good and hot and was very well presented. Visited for my niece's 9th birthday yesterday there was 10 of us 5 adults and 5 children. Me and my family a party of 10 of us come here this evening. We had been let down at another venue and this was a late booking but they moved some stuff around and got us in! From the moment we walked in my dad who's birthday it was felt special with balloons put on the table for him without us knowing. Menu had many selections, something for everyone. Ordering was easy and the lady who served us was so friendly and lovely. Food come and it was beautiful non of us had any complaints. Half way through the meal the manager come over and wished my dad a happy birthday and gave him a bottle of cider in the house for his birthday. What a lovely gesture and just made the night! Thank you for an amazing night and making my dad's day.

Came to Manchester from Birmingham for my sons 12th birthday and because we were staying in the premier inn next door we booked a table here for food. But because we had a busy day planned we didn't get here until 9pm. We all ordered a meal and it was great, the man who brought the food over was sound, he noticed my sons birthday badge and chatted to us about what we had done for his birthday etc... then when we'd finished our food and were ready to go he told my son to wait 2 minutes because he had a little something for him, and then came out with a big ice cream sundae with a candle in and we all sang happy birthday. It was a nice gesture and he also brought out a smaller sundae for my younger son so he wouldnt feel left out! I wish i asked his name so i could write it on here because it's these simple but effective gestures that make the customer feel special and 9 times out of 10 will definitely come back, which is exactly what we'll be doing at some point in the future. We also had breakfast here the next morning and the staff were really busy but also friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Safest place to eat out in the North West Just had full breakfast here, the service is fantastic, you sit at your table and they bring everything to you, no need to move about at all. Screens in between some closer tables, which they washed in between customers. Menus a recyclable a4 sheet, which also doubles as a place setting, which i thought was a good idea. As no cross contamination through menus. Hayley was our waitress, her friendly service left us in no doubt that we were very welcome and offered us as many drinks as we liked. Breakfast was delicious, and at £8.99 each including continental, full English as well as unlimited drinks. And our 3 kids ate free! 5 very happy customers for £17.98. Be in no doubt that Brewers Fayre Denton are more than ready to welcome you back to their restaurant

The service here and the food were good quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was fresh. The haddock meal was very tasty and the burger meal looked really nice. We will be visiting again with the family. Also they have a loyalty card where you can earn points which is worth getting when you arrive.

Due to a large family gathering the numbers dictated that we ate out. I have to say I was dubious about the quality of food that we may receive. I was wrong to doubt them. The food was lovely & the staff VERY welcoming with happy faces & big smiles all round. Good choice of food & cooked beautifully. Very impressed for a Brewers Fayre. Would be 5 * but the only downside was we felt a little rushed to complete each course, this is to be expected to a degree due to the turn over of customers. Another 30 mins & it would of been near perfect. All in all a lovely Xmas dinner in a great welcoming atmosphere.

Currently spending 8 nights at the Premier Inn whilst having work done at home. Had three dinners and two breakfasts here. Food is fantastic. Staff are friendly. I will dream about the mac n cheese burger. Honestly one of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten. The black pudding at breakfast is fantastic. Lots of places overcook it so it's dry. This is perfect. Social distancing measures are in place so it's covid safe. Staff constantly cleaning up. Very impressed.

Very nice family restaurant - light and airy with a country pub feel. We didn't have reservations, but were seated right away an on our way to our table were greeted warmly by the staff, including the manager who was serving people at the counter. You have to pay when you order, but didn't bother me. We didn't have to wait long for the food and when it did it was glorious. Our burgers were amazing - the buns were light and fluffy, the bacon fried to goldilocks perfection, my chicken fillet was juicy and flavourful - I would have eaten another if I wasn't so full 😂. All burgers come with chips and coleslaw - unless stipulated - and the mountain of perfectly cooked chips could hardly be called a "serving" - it filled all of my plate bar where my my burger sat. Coleslaw was fab as well. Bottom line - great food, great atmosphere and good prices. Will I visit again - yes. Can I recommend - yes.

There are deals in place kids eat for a £1 and two adults for £8.99 which is a great deal for people on a budget with children. I suppose as the saying goes you get what you pay for. It has a play area for children to play in before and after food to keep them entertained.

Hubby enjoyed his burger and they were more than happy to change my little boys meal from the menu choices so he had a meal he would like. Lovely friendly staff, family friendly and has a soft play centre for the children. We had been previously for my little boys birthday and they were great at doing everything they could for us including bringing out his cake with the candles lit for us and singing happy birthday with us. Everyone had different meals and thoroughly enjoyed them. Overall a great restaurant for families.

I am a regular customer here as I look after a lady who likes to go here a lot. I visited on Sunday 4th February and got seated in the middle of the adult section only to find children in that section. This wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t constantly run past me all the time to the point I couldn’t relax and enjoy my meal. After hearing that the new gm has enforced a new rule that children are allowed to be seated in the adult section I was shocked and this put me off coming while children are off school. After speaking to the staff I felt better and it’s only because of the nice friendly staff and the nice food I am coming back but only while children are at school. You should applaud your staff because without them your restaurant would be empty I can’t praise them enough.

Went with hubby and 3yo. Food portions weren't overly generous but when visiting with kids it's one of the best family pubs about. The play area is visible from part of The dining area so you can see you children playing without having to sit in the play centre itself (although you can if you want) Food is served i n all areas and they have a carvery as well as a substantial menu. Self-serve bottomless soft drinks is a major plus. I'd have marked down on portion size and food quality but it does deserve 5 stars. Just done expect gormet dining

We went yesterday evening, four adults and we had a good time. Couple of things wrong; Wifi on the blink last night, took the manager ages to get my phone connected. The chips are awful, squishy floppy things, not a hint of crispness about them. Someone needs to learn how to cook chips! The rest of the food was OK for the money you pay, but not outstanding in any way. The staff however are excellent, barstaff, waiting staff, and as I mentioned, the manager spent ages helping me with the WiFi issue, all staff friendly and attentive, well done. Andy

The best Had breakfast there today and it was great. Having eaten there many times before covid I was wandering how things would be. I needn't have mithered as it was business as usual. Breakfast was delicious. The only item not on offer was the cereal and this was due to the restrictions in place and not the fault of the management team at the Stablegate. The kids had fun in the play area. Me and my other half ordered a mixed grill and I'm not sure how a chef can make amazing chips and gammon but mess up a perfectly good steak and serve raw eggs. Shame really as the meals came to £46.

What a wonderful experience at the stable gate in Denton. Myself and my family of five enjoyed a wonderful, extremely tasty meal. At what was a very fair and affordable price. The service from our waiter Jordan was 11/10!! He couldn’t have done anything more for us making sure we were satisfied and well looked after throughout. Stuart the manager even took the time to make sure we had been completely looked after and spent a small amount of his busy time talking to us. There was some confusion prior to us dining and our booking was cancelled. However this was sorted. The actual experience was average and nothing special. The staff were very slow at serving the dessert. We had to ask 3 times. The starter was really horrible but sounded so nice on the menu. It was very dry and lacked flavour. Would not go for a christmas meal here again. Prior to this day we went to the swan in knutsford and had a festive meal and it was absolutely brilliant.

Went for breakfast with my sister after she'd just finished a 12 hour shift at approx 8.15am. initially I was shocked at the price £19 for 2 breakfast. However when I saw & sampled the great options of fresh fruits & jucies followed by a good selection of pastry's & breads & an all you can eat made to order full English with great quality ingredients & unlimited tea & Costa coffee.. I couldn't fault it. Worth every penny. Service was very good & the quiet ambience was lovley.. definitely returning soon.

We took my Nanna and her siblings out for her birthday meal last weekend. As you can imagine trying to coordinate a group of oldies in the late 80's is a challenge at the best of times and to add in someone's inability to add up and book a table big enough for us all, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. So a massive thank you. There were 20 of us in total and they managed to move the table round and seat us together. We had a mixture of different meals, some had the carvery and others chose off the main menu and they let us know when the main menu items were due so the people having carvery could go and get theirs so we could all eat together. The food was of a good standard and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and good value for money. Thank you again to the team that were on that evening.

the staff are lovely and the place is clean and very well kept n hygienic which is excellent but the Sunday roast was a let down 2 tiny slices of turkey sloppy what I can only say was carrot n butter mashed or sweet potato to sloppy to tell n very small amounts for 9.99 I know u can ask for more veg n potatos but thats a bit embarrassing to ask for more ? I'm a very small eater I normally have a small plate at caraveys n I left hungry n my partner is a big eater we left n he went for a pastie wont be going for Sunday roast again shame cos its a lovely place x

I book this restraunt on a reckcomonddation i book it for my wife 65 birthday bash on the 2 December 2017 i invited 48 family and friends on arriving there early we wete greated by the manager and managers they explaned where we was going to be sat as a party in the conserverty area when the rest of the people arrived they ordered there meals and ever single person said the food was excellent very well presented and a tast seconed to none and as was paying for the meal the end bill was the cheapest price i would like to say that i would reckomend this place for any time staff was second to none very polight we could not whish for anything better. Was pretty disappointed yesterday when I asked if I could have poached egg rather than fried egg on my gammon, only to be told that the chef advised he couldn't do it because he didn't have his breakfast poaching pan out. You don't have to be a chef to poach an egg, surely this wasn't an over the top request?! Shame because the young lady serving us was really friendly and double checked all the requests for slight changes to the menu (such as new potatoes instead of chips) then your chef goes and lets you down by not being capable of poaching an egg. My supposed healthy option of Gammon with new potatoes then arrived swimming in grease.
