The staff are extremely pleasant, kind and courteous. The 12 oz Ribeye steak here is beautiful, worth every penny, it was so good hat I devoured it like an angry barbarian. Best steak that I have ever had.

Love this place. The staff are always courteous and I always feel valued. Other people have mentioned it can be slow service but I've found if I tell them when my train is they either tell me the particular dish won't be ready in time OR if it would be tight they would put a rush on it. Communicate with your server! It's not rocket science and they don't mind it if you have a word!

2nd time we have been here visiting Manchester, we weren't disappointed. The food is amazing,good portions and reasonably priced. Especially for a station restaurant. A visit is a must. The cocktails were fantastic too. Overall, brilliant food, brilliant friendly and helpful staff and very clean. Great place. The pictures are just the starters with cocktails.

Nice atmospheric Restaurant on da first level at da Picadilly Trainstation in Manchester. Staff is very nice and Service Professionals. If you stop by TGI Fridays, you better bring your appetite with you! They have a good deal on food Monday to Thursday, with 2 courses for £10.99, which is totally worth it. We've been several times and never managed to finish both the starter and the main, there's just so much food! (very yummy though). The vibe is nice too - you can easily forget you're actually in a train station.

TGI Friday's, Manchester Piccadilly Station was extremely clean & comfortable. The food was very tasty! There is a good variety on the menu from lower calorie pasta dishes (served with a choice of chicken, shrimp &/or vegetables) to the naughtier (but rather yummy!) range of beef, chicken & vegetarian burgers which are all served with crispy fries. You have the option of going large with your fries & adding on cheese or chilli! Our server was very helpful indeed & service was fast although we were not rushed during our meal. Ideal if yiu are waiting on a connection! Would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant!

My first time in Manchester and we got the train there stopped in TGI Fridays and what a lovely place to eat .. Friendly welcome and the food was amazing I had the cheeseburger fries n slaw, my friend had the ribs fries corn and slaw and we both cleared the plates clean.. I don’t normally eat burgers but they looked so delicious I had to have one and I’m so glad I did. This was my first time in TGI’s and it certainly won’t be the last 5* food and service .😊

Visited here today for lunch with a friend. Manager was lovely, friend head a nut allergy and they were attentive to her needs. I had a vegan burger which quite literally was the best burger I think I've ever eaten. Was lush. I wasn't another just thinking about it. Staff very friendly and gave local advice when i asked. Took one star off as they did sit us in a draft after i asked for a warm spot. But would (if in the area) deliberately eat there again.

I always love the food here. Its so tasty! This place is great to go to if you're waiting for a train. However the staff have that a funny vibe to them. It doesn't feel 100% professional. In the piccadily station restruant if you sit near the bar the staff kinda hover over you and it made me feel a hit uncomfortable but hey maybe that's just me?

Poor train station imitation of a well thought of restaurant chain. Fries with skins were more skin than fries and felt perhaps the fat was due for changing.... Staff polite and friendly but not great disabled thoroughfares between tables. Would not go again to one of their restaurants based on this experience but purely first impressions etc and an observation rather than a criticism. Each to their own.

It was a amazing the quality of food was amazing I loved also my family gave them tips and I a going today's so it better be better than last time because my bff is coming! Last time it was packed and it all came out pretty fast! -Menus came straight away -drinks came 10 minutes after -food came in 40 minutes because there was 10 of us! The food was very high quality and the drinks were lovely I had the Coke float and BBQ Ribs!It was perfect! Our waitress came anytime to check that we were okay and if we needed refills we did not have to wait for a table either! If there was a 10 option I would definitely but you never know I might come back tonight and say "that was disgusting"but hopefully I won't!

Great food and service from this tucked away little TGI Fridays. Having eaten at many of their stores i can probably say this was the best looking and tasting food i have eaten in a long time. Me and my partner was on way home from a holiday, so had 20 mins before our train and thought we had time for something to eat, when we arrived the staff were very polite, attentive and helpful, someone promptly took our order and drinks quickly arrived. Shortly after we noticed we wouldn't have time to fully enjoy our meal, so we asked the waiter to have it to go... he kindly took to our needs and put our delicious, well portioned meals into a brilliant take away box that was presented gorgeously and very caringly without it seeming to much effort from anyone. The manager then came over and apologised (no need as was completely our fault for not having time) and discounted our meal "because we didn't get to enjoy the TGI Friday experience to the full". I really enjoyed what little time I did have there and will definitely be going back for the full TGI experience.

Situated in the mezzanine level at picadilly station, pretty decent TGI with the usual food and drink offerings including a cocktail menu. The servers were attentive, food was decent and the wait wasn't long for food to arrive.

Convenient location as we were getting the tram to Etihad. Taking orders for drinks and food was very slow but food arrived quickly. It was a busy night with various concerts around the city, Ed Sheeran, The Killers and Park Life. The restaurant didn't seem full but I think they weren't staffed according to the expected influx of people. Staff were all excellent and did everything as fast and efficiently as they could and with great attitude. I cannot fault them.
