I was looking for a location to host some food and drinks following a funeral. Several people recommended The Club House and from the moment I first made contact the staff were great, really helpful and informative. On the day, the arrangements were exactly as promised; the quality of the food was excellent and there was enough for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff for rounding off a difficult day really well.

Though it's just off a main road it's not obvious there's a restaurant. Formerly a golf clubhouse, hence the name, it still retains the feel of a club. It doesn't have a large menu but there is a good choice. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and portions good. I would recommend this as change from the larger restaurant chains.

Had my husbands 70th Birthday Party here it was great. Nothing to much to trouble for the staff as they were only to willing to help. The buffet was great and plenty for our party. Lovely size room perfect for us. We liked it that much back here for a meal for my mums 90th x.

Didn't really know what to expect having previously been a golfers club. Thought I'd be met with old men wearing plaid but no. A lovely warm welcome and excellent food. My starter of Tempura Chicken was most definitely the best starter I'd had in a very long time. Staff we're really friendly and the other guests were too. In all a nice time, nice food, nice place, nice people. 5 stars from me.
