Always an amazing experience to this wagamamas. Chloe served us today and she was incredible- very sweet and gave us amazing service we loved her! The food as usual was 10/10 and general atmosphere was great! If i could give it more than 5 stars i would thanks chloe :)

It was a nice dining experience. The service provided by Cheryl is friendly and smart. The Restaurant has a great atmosphere and clean environment. The food was served hot and everything was freshly picked. They have a high standard of food plating, and I like the heart they put in on having the chicken slices covered by the Katsu curry, but still holding the chicken a crunchy texture to serve. The only concern was the food from another dish has overcooked, one side of few pieces tofu turned black and charred. I guessed they would have took them out from the dish before serving if any one of them has noticed that. The other thing is maybe just a personal preference, I like the Edamame in garlic and salt seasoning, it would be much nicer to have a little bit less salt in it. But overall the food was delicious, I will go visit them again to try different things.

Jody and her team of servers were absolutely brilliant at accommodating our table of 30 people. With an extensive knowledge of allergen information and letting us make a couple of last minute changes on the day to our preorder, they made us feel very comfortable and we had a lovely dinner there. I have to applaud the kitchen team’s work to get all our orders out whilst having many other tables to cook for. All the food tasted great and came out quickly. Really great experience, would highly recommend to large parties.

We couldn't book ahead, but they managed to seat our party of 6 people straight away. The waiter was very helpful, especially to my friend who had an oyster allergy. I got a duck and noodle dish (forget the name), and it was yummy. Fresh ingredients, came out hot and in good time. I liked that you could scan a QR code and split the bill. Would come back

Extremely nice staff yesterday evening! I walked in as I was waiting for a train that got delayed and was running out a battery on my phone. But more than that, I was in a need for a good meal! I asked at the door if there is any chance to get a table with a plug and that I understand that it is just me and the restaurant looks busy. Everyone was extremely nice, got me a table with a plug and I'm going to dream about that ramen for the rest of my life...or at least until I go to wags and have it again :D

First time visiting Wagamama. We ordered crispy mushroom wings and soya ribs for starters. Both dishes were exceptional. Mains were vegetable gyōza ramen and vegan chicken with coconut and lemongrass. We ended up sharing as we loved both. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be returning.

We went for an early dinner before cinema and Wagamama did not disappoint. We were looked after by Manager Kisha who went out of her way to make the experience amazing. We placed our order (3of us) and it arrived very quickly. Tasted incredible. It was about half full but plenty of room and it all worked like a well oiled machine. Very impressed. Had chicken gyoza and hot pot.... Loved it all. Thank you Wagamama Printworks.... We will be back soon. 15 out 10 on all counts.

Always had a great experience at this restaurant, great service. Recent refurbished and refresh of the menu keeps the place feeling contemporary, great vegan and vegetarian options too. I'm assuming its out of plain sight location is the reason it's never been very busy when I've visited at lunch time.

Fantastic restaurant tucked away underneath the Printworks. Quality of the food was excellent and the service was also of a very high standard. Give it a try if you are nearby and you will not be disappointed.

A bonus star because I really love japanese cuisine so its always a pleasant day out. The service in wagamama was fantastic, although our waiter was admittedly new he did a great job at keeping us well stocked with drinks all evening, which for a table of 6 celebrating a birthday in a busy restaurant on a saturday is no mean feat. The food was good, tasty but it didnt leave me with a sense of "wow", likely a reflection of the fact it is a chain establishment and the food lacked the nuances of a smaller family run enterprise. That said the vegatsu curry my wife had was very nice, the seitan was a first for us both and it made for a nice change from tofu based dishes. I had a the Wagamamas own ramen bowl which came stacked with plenty of seafood. The broth was rich and tasty and all round a pleasant meal. We also enjoyed some side dishes of veggie tempura and bang bang cauliflower, which did indeed have quite the bang. The flavours were all well balanced and the presentation well executed. The only downside we felt is that its a bit loud, being that the restaurant is subterranean the sound was kept in the room whcih at the times got quite loud. Also not everyone enjoys the long tables shared with strangers feel, so that rules out any intimate 1 on 1 couples meals for me. Good food, Great Price, would visit again in a group

I had never used a wagamama restaurant before, so didn't know what to expect. The food is fantastic, fresh and healthy. I had Vegan meal which was so tasty, my wife had a chicken dish. The staff were excellent and efficient. Decent prices too.

The meal started off badly as our (couldn’t-be-bothered) waitress took some of our order wrong, she then left her shift. Our new waitress Mo then asked if everything was ok..!! We explained what was wrong and she went above and beyond to ensure we got what we had ordered! I have to say that this lady was adorably helpful and sweet. AND as it was my birthday meal gave me dessert on the house! Mo, if you’re reading this then show your boss!! You deserve a raise for your lovely personality, fab attitude, kindness and willing to do whatever you could to rectify our problems! We need more people like Mo in the world!

After a previously disappointing experience at the Birmingham site, our server Nathan was a brilliant help, assisting to choose dishes we really enjoyed. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. The kitchen staff and chefs quickly put together our chosen dishes which were delicious. Whilst we were there, there was a somewhat delicate incident in the restaurant which the whole staff dealt with calmly, showing great patience and care. Top marks to Nathan and his team 👍

The food at was undeniably delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the friendly staff, the pace was slow, causing some frustration among diners. While the ambiance was pleasant and the presentation of dishes was impeccable, the delay in service detracted from the overall dining experience. Really friendly service and well-looked after by Keesha. She dealt with my gluten allergy and recommended dishes. The summer menu is delicious and loved the burnt Basque cheesecake. I know I can always rely on Waggas to deliver tasty gluten-free food and l really enjoyed the North Atlantis G.F. IPA. Thanks Keesha and team for another enjoyable evening.

Food is good but overpriced, unfortunately can't do anything about that. The service and atmosphere make up for it. Our waiter matt was funny, quick and attentive, all you ask for in service really, need more waiters like that.

It was amazing. We turned up one hour before closing (our son had been ice skating across the street) and it was no problem. The food was fantastic. My main dish was a little late arriving, but the staff kept checking on it, and I didn't have to mention it once. And it was worth the wait: smoked mackerel was recommended and did not disappoint. And the staff were brilliant. They made us feel very welcome, really friendly, and did a great job. If only every restaurant could be this good.

The food was delicious. We were lucky when we got here because there was only one couple in the queue in front of us, but within 15 minutes of sitting the queue was building up. By the time we left people were queuing all the way up the stairs and to the door. I would go back, but I wouldn't queue for that long.

It's decent. Food isn't anything to blow your mind, but it's nice. There was a huge queue bit we were still seated within 10mins. Waiter told us there was a longer wait on certain dishes and food was nice and came quickly. Got us to our show on time with a decent meal in our bellys.

Unfortunately my daughter was given the wrong meal by another server, but it was very busy. The manager did eventually give us discount on one of our starters. I would definitely be going again.

This has been the best experience of customer service I have ever experienced! All staff were incredibly friendly and clearly they have a good team of staff who all believe in the same ethos - nothing seemed like too much trouble and everyone was happy, even during peak times. The manager is a credit to the restaurant - she went out of her way to accommodate for us and she went above and beyond checking the ingredients for a family member who has a nut allergy. Even when we accidentally broke a glass, she was very reassuring and upbeat. We felt very welcomed to this restaurant and will look to come back in the future!

Great place for a quick lunch. Food is always spot on! Fresh and always amazing taste. Great prices to including starters and mains for 2 was around £40. Attentive staff and now post lockdown is not cashless meaning they have the new QR scan option to allow you to pay on your phone when your ready and can leave right away after payment.

I've been going to Wagamama's for a long time now, over the years their food has improved and so has the transparency of the menu for vegan good. The last time I went I was given a separate menu instead an allergen chart to figure out what I could eat. This made it so much more relaxed. The food was great, I chose the warm chili salad and its by far my favorite on the menu, I always pick the wok fried greens and edamame beans as a starter and they never disappoint. I chose a juice to take out and they where really accommodating. Normally food comes out as and when it's ready which is fine as they let you know but this time it all arrived at the same time which was great! I will always go and I recommend it to everyone who asks me!

Excellent place, my son took me there a month ago and I must say that I ate some delicious Asian cuisine, naturally he ordered it as he knows it well but I was enthusiastic about it, perhaps the best place I have eaten Asian cuisine. The kind and polite staff immediately replaced my dish because the meat was not of the doneness I requested, apologizing for what had happened. Definitely recommended

It is a chain found perhaps throughout the world of Asian food, especially famous in the United Kingdom. You can eat excellent pad Thai, ramen, steamed ravioli or a good curry rice, the ginger cheesecake is highly recommended! Try it and you won't be disappointed even if you have to be open to the culture of noodles and chopsticks!
