This is what i call customer service! I would never judge anyone on their mistakes but how they rectify and learn from them. We originally had a takeaway and when it was delivered much to our horror my vegetarian wife had the wrong dish in her pot, and ended up eating some beef. I called the restaurant and spoke to Diana who apologised profusely. Not only did Diana refund our whole order, she invited us down for a free meal and drinks. When we arrived Diana came over and again apologised to my wife and seated us. From start to finish while we were there Diana's team couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond and really were proactive to deal with what was an honest mistake. Thank you for your service Diana and team. Your a credit to ASK and they should feel lucky to have you.

Across Middleton Hall from John Lewis is ASK Italian. Lunch here today was really good, with friendly, efficient service and really nice food from a varied menu. Everything we ordered was well presented and tasty. Very good coffee too. It's a pleasant and modern ambience with comfortable seating and I can happily recommend this branch of ASK. Worth a try.....

This Restaurant gets it right every time I’ve visited . Beautiful inside and relaxing, the food is always great and the service is so friendly and quick it really puts other places to shame . The staff make you feel like you are valued and nothing is too much for them . My go to place to eat , just perfect!

We went on Saturday and we were seated in a corner by the door and we felt closed in. We ordered and it took ages for it arrive. We had fromaggi fritti and chicken lecca-lecca to start. When they arrived I cut the chicken strip and it was freezing cold so they replaced it and did say they would take it off the bill which was very kind. We both had pizza as a main and my daughter loved hers which was calabria with love and mine was a margarita with onion, mushrooms and peppers which was really nice although one topping was meant to be sauteed mushrooms and they were raw so can only assume they were added after the pizza was cooked, I like raw mushrooms so was not a big issue, we also had garlic and cheese chips which were really nice and my daughter really enjoyed all the cheese on top of them. We then had a dessert and my daughter had the chocolate gnocchi filled with nutella which she enjoyed although was not keen on the chocolate sauce. I had a chocolate brownie and raspberry sorbet sundee which was devine. Overall we really enjoyed it just was marred slightly by being in a corner and the cold food. We decided we would eat there again as the staff were lovely and made a concerted effort to be attentive even though they were really busy.

Absolutely amazing. Service was fantastic from the moment we arrived, and social distancing measures were in place and followed. We ordered the cheese fonduta and calamari to start...it was perfect. I didn’t want the starter to end! For mains, we chose the lasagne (with the extra toppings) and penne al manzo piccante. The food was served very quickly, immediately after we finished our starters. It was warm and absolutely full of flavour. Will definitely be returning for incredible food and lovely service 👍🏻

Birthday Lunch wife was nervous about asking for gluten free menu being recently diagnosed but this amazing restaurant had a dedicated gluten free menu and the staff were exceptionally helpful, this is definitely a restaurant we will be using far more often now such pleasant and attentive staff.

A very nice and well presented restaurant. We were served by Andrea who was very polite and bubbly. The food was outstanding and well presented and tasted as good too. Tried the Four Cheese Ravioli with Beef Ragu tonight, which was pretty good! We also had a Four Cheese Magherita pizza. We've had a few other meals at other branches of ASK Italian before and it's always been pretty good. The staff at this branch were quite friendly, and the interior and decor here were so beautiful!

I spent yesterday evening in a restaurant that I did not visit for a long time due to Covid-19. I was apprehensive but the friendly atmosphere inside the restaurant and the very friendly service made me completely forget about it. At the beginning a waiter came up to me and introduced himself (his name was Bart, I think) and offered me a Prima Calabria pizza with honey for the main course. I must say that this choice was a bull's eye. Fantastic pizza with a glass of white wine that was just what I needed. During my stay, I also had the opportunity to talk to the person who introduced himself as the shift manager. When paying the bill, Ana (name on the bill :)) suggested me a Primavera pizza for my next visit which I have to say, after the last visit it will be soon. I am enclosing a photo of the pizza for everyone. Michelin star for this restaurant *. I highly recommend

So we went to this eat out joint on a busy Saturday evening! The place was full so we had to wait for about 10 mins to get a table! As the name suggests the place is exotically Italian and serves arguably the best authentic Italian dishes in town! They had very limited Vegetarian items. We tried the following: - Bruschetta - garlic bread - Fondue - Verdare Pizza - pasta - Kids menu Overall the taste was amazing and the food was sumptuous! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Been to quite a few ASK Italian's and this is probably the best one! Impressed with the Coronavirus measures and the staff were great too. Food, obviously great all round. The lasagne with extra meatballs, cheese and Prosciutto was excellent. Will revisit.

ASK just doesn't hasn't recovered post covid. Mushroom starter was edible but looked like it had just been thawed and blasted with heat - bread slices welded to dish and could not be moved. Pizza looked like something you'd get from the freezer section at the supermarket.

Honestly the service was amazing. My wife and I suffer allergies and Diana's service was above and beyond anything we have witnessed dining out. Unlike other big italian chains ask offers a balenced amount of pasta, pizza and salad options, my girlfriend said that her carbonara was a 10/10 and my egg and ham pizza wasnt far behind on a 9/10. As previously stated the service was superb with staff being both friendly and swift with service, as ask are now part of the compare the market 241 deal im sure it will become a regular for us both!!

Ending up here on a Sunday evening after our booking at Las Iguanas had no burgers or tacho's! We tried Zizzi's, place was freezing and we left without anyone even speaking to us! Last resort was Ask in Milton Keynes shopping centre. Absolutely made our evening! Very friendly and funny reception, amazing service and food gave us complementary drinks, couldn't do enough for us, with a special birthday brownie for the birthday girl. Not somewhere you think of going in an evening at a shopping centre, but definitely give it a go!

In the centre for a day and feeling peckish, we have tried a number of the options elsewhere in the centre and generally these are poor. Warm welcome, shown straight to table, with a question regarding allergies, told them of gluten and black pepper, no problems, we were given an appropriate menu. Good choices on both and ordered burrata salad, and two of us shared the mushrooms, this was the only disappointing part of the meal being soggy, and lacking in taste. Mains gluten free sea bass, this looked and tasted fantastic, my partner went for the pork belly roasted new potatoes enjoyable , whilst I went for a pizza of mushroom and chicken generous size, and probably the best pizza I have had for sometime. One desert, the Etna, which lived up to its billing. Service was good, despite only three front of house staff, who worked tirelessly and happily. With a discount voucher, a really good price.

Great Place to eat! We visited the restaurant as a lunchtime treat for my husbands Birthday. We shared a portion of dough balls with oil & balsamic vinegar dip and a portion of bread sticks with cheese fondue dip, for starters. For mains we both had 'Penne Al Pollo Della Casa,' which was served with side salad's. The meal's were very tasty, but the sauce seemed to disappear into the pasta quite quickly, which was a shame. For desserts we had the icecream profiteroles and Yoghurt Panna Cotta which were both delicious. The food was all very nice and full of flavour, the service from the young man who served us was exceptionally good and he even gave us a discount, because we had no vouchers, and it was my husband's Birthday, which made the meal complete. We would definitely visit again!
