W. J.Very tasty, had the c-rex chicken burger, bacon was very crispy could have been bit less so, but still nice. Side was bacon and cheese fries, could have done with more cheese and bacon in my opinion, was just on top rather than throughout. Had the salted caramel milkshake, was amazing delicious, good size portion too. Staff friendly and quick service.
O. A.Decent hamburger home right in the centre of Milton Keynes shopping. Love the look from the outside.
The waitress was really pleasant and professional, nothing was too big or too small for her to do and answer.
The food was lovely, my sister ordered the double cheeseburger (juicy and moist 😋) with sweet potato fries (yummy) and coleslaw (the coleslaw wasn't all that great)
The cooking station is an open area so you can view your chefs whilst waiting for your meal, not a long waiting time (about 15mins we waited for before the meal came out)
Toilets are available upstairs quite a dark corridor so mind the steps! The restaurant layout and decor are simple yet nice.
The menu offers quite a lot including plant based, children's menu, sharing options etc
Paid parking available though can be expensive if you opt for the red line parking...some purple are dotted around but you will need to find them most are red in that area.
It's around the food court/hub and next door to a nationwide bank in the CMK.
Sit in and delivery orders are also available. Would recommend 👍🏼
A. B.Visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime so had to wait a while for a table. Apart from that though, all good! As it was packed I thought I'd have to wait ages to be served, and for food, but service was great and food came quickly (and it was very nice). According to the bill, I was served by Rachel, so thank you!
S. S.I don’t usually visit Byron but visited late last night. The team were busy and getting ready to close. The service was kind and fast, the food came out quickly. The only thing I would say was that their chips were ice cold when I started eating. The burger was nice, very average when compared to GBK. I would prefer five guys or shake shack.. the ONION RINGS THO 😍😍 guys if you get anything from here, it would be the onion rings, they are SO GOOD!
c. b.I've been here with my family a few times.Its a nice place.The kids enjoy the food.I had a B-Rex ,the resturant wasn't very busy so we never waited long for the food.Waitress was very helpful .The food itself is really tasty,the kids had a chicken burger & mac n cheese.The onion rings are really nice too!
E. L.Well done in this restaurant it means burned, ordered this burger for my daughter and she wasn’t even able to eat it … I wasn’t very happy with their service…. Don’t think I am going to come again in this restaurant !
Update: the manager saw we are un-happy and she immediately offered us another one! Well this made me change my mind …so i’m going to raise my review from 1 ⭐️ to 4 ⭐️! Thank you!
D. P.Food was lovely. We had to guess that the menus were online. Chips are charged separately to the burger which makes it quite pricey. They slap on a 10% service charge which is cheeky. I asked for the bill and it came within minutes along with the card machine so paying was really quick and painless. Food well worth it and atmosphere was good
G. S.We enjoyed good food and good service at Byron this week, but felt quite let down by the surly service from the chap with the grey beard (possibly the manager?) He was quite cagey about us choosing a table that met the needs of our child. Just gave off a bit of a snappy and unfriendly vibe. The rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer so thanks everyone else 👍
A. M.Burgers were ok, service was good. Think it's a bit cheeky that they want you to order fries as an extra when the burger itself costs upon £10 in most cases. Nice food, but wouldn't rush back.
