P. P.Lovely lady who greeted me at the counter. However, they have no baguettes, which is fine as it’s currently 1pm and most people would have come earlier.
Okay how about a bloomer? Yep, we have that but only accept cash. Like seriously, we are in 2022. Not the stone ages
So just by the by, in case the owners of the store do like constructive feedback; many customers overwhelmingly prefer to pay with debit and credit cards. For convenience, ease and just practicality.
Credit card / Contactless technology and processing is essential for a small business to maximize its profitability.
I’ve just walked away not having spent a penny in your shop as you dont have this basic facility. Anyways, wish you the best in your endeavours!
T. G.The quality of the food is top notch and prices are reasonable. However, they only take cash which wouldn't bother me but the service is already so painfully slow in there that rigor mortis is setting in by the time you get, if indeed at all, to be served. Honestly, it takes them typically around half an hour to serve three people, even those who just want items already prepared. To extend the waiting even further, they engage in protracted social discussions with customers; yes, it's nice to show some humanity but not to that degree. A pity, I'd like to use it more but I just don't have time to waste.

There is no display board so you have to ask the lady behind the counter to run through all the options available and then you have to wait while the customer makes up their mind and pays. Orders are made while u wait. They are fresh and fully filled and you get exactly what you want. We placed an order for a lunch function and we were absolutely delighted with what we received! Superb!

They do close a touch early for my liking (14:00) but other than that the food is wonderful, the prices are amazing, if you're in Milton Keynes and haven't been, treat yourself. If you love a quality sandwich, and can dislocate your jaw in order to bite into one of these, you'll love it.
