S. M. R.Drive through and Dine in is perfectly blended in this beautiful space. Good service is the highlight! Never to mention the quality of food served as it taste the same everywhere else in UK.
Rice basket was superior with zinger chicken was fresh from the kitchen. Dips was also good! The coffee from KFC always sucks👎
L. L.Came here fairly late so it was quiet. Service was a bit strange. I stood waiting to be served and both staff ignored me for about 10 minutes. I could see them getting food but it was for all orders coming in via app etc and they didn't come to me until I called them. Maybe this is normal now but I think they could clearly see I was waiting for them. Food was as expected so only thing to say is service here.

R. D. D.Food as all KFC restaurants but service poor with several items missed from order and staff seemed miserable, unfriendly and not the most helpful. Not the first time myself and my fellow diners have noticed this.
Luckily we ordered on the touch screens, otherwise the service is even worse!
B. B.Normal KFC fare but very busy, so fast food is a definite misnomer, 40 minutes to wait is unacceptable. When it did finally arrive it wasn't hot and otherwise typically KFC.

T. H.Slightly over priced fast food but consistent food (mainly chicken) quality cooked fresh to order. A decent size restaurant with plenty of parking and outdoor seating. Not a great deal to look at outside while you eat unless you like looking at the side of the nearby stadium.
P. O.Good environment to chill, eat out and relax, especially sunny 🌞day. But the staff were very slow to serve people, however brilliant. It would be nice if they recruit more hands because that would speed up process of service.

T.We arrived 20 minutes early to our booking, and we was shown to our table anyway, and very quickly asked if we wanted drinks while we look at the menu, the waitress (Amanda J) was lovely and couldn't be more accommodating, plus she was hot 😍. The food arrived promptly and it amazing. Even with the pandemic going on, that doesn't stop the staff from providing a top quality service. Plus Amanda has a beautiful smile. She's cheeky, but hot.
H. C.Staff are helpful and polite on the most part. Sadly, the restaurant is located on a awkward corner so can sometimes mean you have to queue for the drive through in the road which obstructs traffic entering the stadium compound. An accident waiting to happen really.
M. F.Felt really rushed and pushed to place order before decided. Was inside shop and also found the lady serving difficult to understand probably due to mask and Asian ethnicity way of speaking. Ended up agreeing with what she was saying and going back with order to car not at all sure what I had on bag. Also she reluctant to give me an 4 cups. Was large family bucket. I requested cups to share our bottle of dink and she kinda three 3 cups only on counter. When I asked for 4th cup she kinda tutted and got us one but had to open new pack so I guess it seemed like too much hassle. Would give KFC at Milton Keynes stadium the swerve if this happened again. Was off putting and awkward feeling for me paying and not really having clue what for.

P. A.It was alright it was quite busy when we went in and there were lots of cars lined up out front there was one server all on her own need more staff out front and there was quite a few people bless her she did really well when we got home the chips had been reheated and old.
I think you should look at your staffing.
J. C.I don't have high expectations of fast food places in general, so five stars wouldn't need much from me. Cleanliness, quality and fair to good customer service is all I ask. This KFC has a fair, consistent quality but in cleanliness they fail to entice my family to eat-in. Of particular note are the bathrooms that are best avoided. The service is so negative I rarely visit. It is clearly an effort to take orders and not worth the effort to add straws, condiments or sometimes even napkins. I try to get in and out as fast as possible. I avoid the drive through due to the inevitable missing items you find when at home.
N. P. (. P.Great, but the floor markings showing where to stand weren't very good! They need to be higher up, the menus are high up and this is where you look when you enter. The staff were constantly telling people to move to a different area to queue.
H. C.No Complaints - we simply went in search of the non existent ice cream sundaes that KFC never happens to have. On this occasion we got lucky. The restaurant it self was possibly the cleanest and tidiest one I had come across. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was a wait to be served due to only being one person on the tills, but the end result was we managed to obtain the ice cream we were after. Overall a good place to eat - there were no other downsides so great job!
P. A.Food was fine, shame about the state of the restaurant area, waste bins overflowing, food and packaging waste left on tables and these had not been cleaned, we cleaned our own space. Nobody cleaning, tidying up or wiping down surfaces the entire time we were in there, so much for Covid rules and regulations.
B.Was in the area and decided to get some lunch from kfc, food was hot and tasty but service was extremely slow! there was around 10 people waiting for food inside the resurant with food coming out very slowly and sometimes wrong. Would probably go to mcdonalds next door if in the area after fast food again.
D. R.I love a bit of KFC but this particular restaurant was dirty, with almost all available tables uncleaned. There was also sauce spilled all over the floor where we did end up with a table. The queue was short but slow moving. The food itself was good, piping hot and tasty.

J. L.I've visited this KFC at the stadium on a few occasions before and during the pandemic. At peak times the drive through is very busy but seems to keep good pace. I usually park (lots of regular and disabled parking spaces) and walk in. There's a sanitation point as you open the door and clear socially distanced markers and clear order points. If you have the KFC app you can easily use it here too as you scan yourself.
G. W.They were busy but quick and the food was fresh and tasty. It always worries me when a location has long queues because it sometimes results in food not being 'upto scratch' however this was not the case.
L. I.Food was good but lacking drinks that don't contain artificial sweeteners, it's a choice to drink diet drinks and I object to being forced too. A replacement orange juice was given but a full fat coke would have made the meal.

j.Love the burritos and boneless chicken but the fries (even when you put YOUR OWN salt on) taste like cold potatoes...or like hard mcdonalds fries that have been left out for 30+ mins.
This particular resturant has messed up my side order multiple times and varies how much fries they put in the snack and lunch boxes from day to day (sometimes barely anything and others, it's full to the brim).
It's also a very slow paced "fast food" establishment, I'm always -regardless of how busy the place is, having to wait 8-12 minutes for my food.

L. M.Seemed just like every other KFC. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and a drive through. Some litter inside but it was being cleaned.
The fillet burger is one of my favourites and I've been told the vegan burger is very good.
J. S.Service was ok at drivethrough and food was hot. But when we got home, we found errors with our order. We prefer to eat in here as there are always errors and we can fix them when eating in.
T. A.Make sure to take an extra lunch while waiting to order from their drive tru. The queue there is terrible, depending on time of the day, you can wait forever

P. M.One of the better KFC's. Did is always got and fresh in our experience. Staff seem to be long term employees rather than frequently replaced part timers. Always friendly and helpful, even when they're really busy. They're a credit to the company.

Shame the staff can't understand what you are asking for half the time. Gave her KFC points card and she just smiled at me and gave it back to me.

N. Y.Slow service, food not hot enough, the chips were barely warm. They had no salt. The coffee was good.

M.The only reason I gave this KFC 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff are not always that friendly and you have to check your orders before you leave the store as they can forget things and if you're taking your meal home, it's not great to find they've missed out the chips or a side dish. They're not paid to smile and it shows. The food itself is normally fine though, and the place is kept clean.

The staff a quite pleasant however it was hard to understand sometimes and I had to ask them to repeat the questions on a number of occasions. Food is quite good however it depends on when you go. J. F.This local kfc is one of our guilty pleasures, so we do eat there and takeaway quite frequently! Given that the kfc menu and service is pretty standard between locations we know what to expect, and have never had a problem with either. As this is right next door to Milton Keynes stadium it is also convenient for stadium visitors. There is plenty of outside seating.
