D. C.My favourite coffee/sandwich chain. Great coffee, good service and the double-berry muffins are a disaster for my waist line😁 Love that there are so many options including vegan.
B.Special shout out to Aiden. I am a regular here and Aiden recognised me. He made monotonous coffee run so personal. He knew I wanted a strong coffee and made it extra strong for me. I also got an unexpected discount. The coffee shop next door can't compare! Thanks Aiden. Stay awesome!
A.Had a misunderstanding with something on the sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism the manager sorted it. Good stuff.
P. O.Not the best Pret I've used. Staff were quite abrupt and when I asked for my coffee to be made again (wasn't right and was too light in weight) a full conversation in a different language took place between the manager and barista. My coffee was new coffee was then plonked (again not weighted) down in front of me with no apology. Customer service is everything
L. S.Coffee and pastries are great as always. But it’s absolutely filthy. Every table had food or crumbs or empty cups on it. It was completely empty too, so it’s not down to busyness.

S. R.Staff here are pretty surly and abrupt. I'm not looking to make best friends every time I buy a coffee but customer facing staff should have better people skills than this. It feels like they're doing you a favour by even bothering to serve you. They're also pretty slow.
