I'm from Birmingham and travelled up to Milton Keynes work related. Popped in to Smokey J in the evening. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and tasty. Service was excellent. Will be definitely returning soon.

Nice atmosphere, food took a while to be cooked as the restaurant was fairly busy. However it was delicious. I believe we had to pay for parking.

Awsome food, very generous portions, very impressed with the whole set up the staff was very polite and welcoming. Whilst waiting for our food we was given some complimentary starters than the main course came along with huge portions very fulfilling. This place was reasonably priced which was a bonus too, at the end of the meal we was given some more complimentary ice cream as the manager insisted we had have, which i thought was very generous of him. Definitely will be returning to this place even though it is a fair few miles from our home. Highly recommended check this place out, keep it up guys... 👍

Excellent service and food. Impressed with presentation and flavours. Bit of a wait for the food, expected because food is cooked from fresh. Open kitchen design, you can watch your food getting cooked. First visit and would go again. They have just started takeaway delivery through the just eat app.

Absolutely loved ittt!!! Excellent customer service. The staff were really friendly kind and well mannered. The food was delicious, on time and freshly cooked. The restaurant itself is an amazing place. Definitely going to recommend this to friends and family and going to come back soon.

Burgers and starters were really good but service was poor when it came to drinks, we kept asking for drinks and ended up not getting them until the end of our meal. Not sure what was going on as it wasn’t busy.. the meat in the platter was bit over cooked. Otherwise great place great vibe good food but service needs to be a bit better.

Great food, great environment, generous portion sizes and top customer service. What more could you ask for? Went with the family group and ordered the 'big daddy', fed everyone and plenty to spare! Everyone enjoyed and will definitely going back...the burgers are next in my hitlist.

Best burgers in Milton Keynes and their steak was cooked perfectly. The staff were very polite and went out of their way. So why 4 stars and not 5? Service is, as many point out very slow. As a group, having people finish their mains before others receive theirs is a shame. This is a hidden gem in MK if they can sort out staffing numbers.

Food is so delicious... service is good too..isn't a big place so would recommend that you check availability for evening. Upstairs they have shisha ...good atmosphere ..will definitely be going again...
