A. S.Visit Turtle Bay restaurant this afternoon for lunch to celebrate my partner Rachel’s birthday. We’ve been here before so knew what to expect. The atmosphere is UK meets the Caribbean (decor), the menu samples various dishes from across the Caribbean and the drinks compliment nicely. The staff where very helpful and attended to our needs. The gentleman even made up a signature off menu drink for us, which was a nice touch 👌🏾. During lunch hours 12-2pm it’s pretty quiet so seating availability is great. Thanks again folks ✨🇯🇲🇬🇧
W. C.We both loved it, what a great place! We booked a table online and were seated straight away. The lady told us there were 3 things unavailable on the menu as they had been quite busy lately. This is why I knocked off one star, but I assume it's a temporary and rare issue. When we go back I will adjust my review accordingly. The music gives such a fun vibe! We were served by Hugo who was absolutely lovely. He recommended which rums we could try and they were very nice (#173 black cherry especially). We had a starter of mac & cheese bites. Very spicy but delicious. For our main we had the curried goat, rice and peas and the curried goat hash topped with fried eggs. We were not disappointed! And it was a nice surprise when we got the bill. £38? Great value for such a nice meal! Hugo told us about the bottomless brunch and it sounds amazing. We're looking forward to our next visit, for sure. Thanks all at Turtle Bay, especially the chef and Hugo. See you again soon!!!

L. M.10/10 experience today and excellent service from Daniel. The food came out really quickly and hot, the new menu made us want to eat everything so it was super hard to choose. We loved everything we ate and will definitely be coming back!
B. C.Great service, staff were all friendly and happy to help. Cocktails were perfectly made although the cocktail menu was apparently out of date so some were not made how I expected but reassured they were better than what I would of got. Food wasn’t bad but my mum was unhappy that she wasn’t able to get a Mac and cheese dish that wasn’t spicy so ended up with just a plain burger that was difficult to eat as it was quite dry and overcooked. My jerk chicken was lovely though and all cooked just right! The dessert on the other hand was very disappointing. Poached pineapple. Pineapple was really hard and just didn’t look great.

M. P.Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff who are attentive and make you feel so welcome. Excellent drinks to choose from and the food is brilliant. Not authentic, more inspired which is something to consider when trying the menu. Curry goat hash, jerk sirloin or fish fry are my favourites, long with chilli squid and chilli brownie for starter and dessert.

We went on Saturday evening as a group of four. All members of staff that we interacted with were friendly and efficient. Our waiter Bobby looked after us incredibly well, resulting in a fabulous evening had by all. Also the food was delicious. In particular the mac n cheese bites, the jerk salmon and the goat curry. Yummy! Will definitely be back, again! Value for money here is so good. Thank you all for another great evening. You never disappoint!
P. A.The staff service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I ordered the plantain and salt fish cakes, which were on point for flavour. The fish cakes were seasoned to perfection, and I was offered water along with my dishes. You know I had to order some mango juice to quench my thirst. The soft lighting made the experience enjoyable. I dined alone, and even though there were a few groups of people dining at lunch time, the design and layout of the restaurant made it not feel too busy. It allowed me to enjoy my dining experience while taking in the tropical decor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.

I popped in for a quick lunch today and maaan I had the best lunch ever! Even tho they didn't have some of the stuff i wanted to order in the first place, their menu allowed me to order something different to my liking! Loving the variety of food!!! Flavours were on point! I'm very critical about Carribbean flavours but I was not disappointed! I've got a big appetite & the Portions are decent!
And vegetarian options are Available as well!
The cocktails are delicious! And the amount of alcohol is perfect! 👌🏻(I've been to other Carribbean restaurants and sometimes the cocktails just taste like juice...)
No complaints! 👌🏻🙌🏻✨ I've been here many times before but no wonder I always return!
Oh and loving the music too!

P. J.Ok so I was apprehensive about eating at Turtle Bay as I am quite the harsh judge when it comes to authentic Caribbean foods. But I had jerk ribs and chips with a tiny helping of slaw.
To be fair the music was nice, the atmosphere was nice, they good was tasty, and served hot (just how I like it). And it was rich in flavour and tasty. I will go again and try a different meal maybe the curry, but I have extremely high expectations for West Indian curries, not anything will do, but Turtle Bay are worth trying. Reasonably priced too! J. D.Duaine, Dan are the best waiters I have experienced in along time, they brought a jovial and active experience to an assumed standard restaurant experience. We dived into the bottomless brunch and it was worth every penny, we obtained 7 decadent cocktails and some birthday shots on the house! S. C.Starters were tasty, we had the prawns, sweetcorn fritters & the bbq jerk ribs. Mains however weren’t up to the standard of the Ealing branch we previously visited. My partners Trini curry chicken was missing the mango and my coconut fried chicken didn’t taste anything like coconut, the mac and cheese it came with was very bland too. Cocktails were also disappointing, considering we didn’t even get them 2-4-1. They were watered down and full of ice. Food took a while to come out, but probably a tactic to make you order more watered down cocktails.

My boyfriend said the food reminded him of home. Definitely recommend the piña colada mocktail to soothe your tongue when eating really spicy food. Wish they had more dessert options, but overall they have a really great menu.

I have to say that Jessica, the manager, had a very friendly manner and was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. In my most recent experience at Turtle Bay, the other manager Chris was also very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately there were quite a few things on the menu that were out of stock which was a little disappointing, but that being said, the overall customer experience that Jessica and Chris provided was enough to keep us very happy! And the food we ordered was very very delicious! Thanks again to Jessica and Chris.

C.I had recently visited Turtle Bay with my brother looking for a drink with no expectations whatsoever, I almost never find myself at a bar so I had never figured out the difference between a good bar and a bad one, however after our Friday night I came off thinking like I could confidently say that Turtle Bay is one of the great ones. When our bartender Yash had greeted us he really made us feel welcome and his energy and service made me feel as if I had been truly missing out on what an amazing experience at a bar could be. Upon our visit, I asked Yash if he could surprise my brother and I with a drink rather than us choosing one as he does not drink often either; but when he does it is always rum (turtle bay is perfect as the bartenders all described it as the home of rum). Yash upon asking for our various tastes and guiding us through the menu treated us with something off the secret menu. He made us Ting Wrays and Pineapple Daiquiris, and I have to say they were equally the most delicious drinks that I have had in my entire life! Yash had expertly made these drinks and played to my brothers preferences which made him extremely happy. I hope everyone could get this kind of service! I really appreciate the bartenders skill and ability to converse, he was great and I will definitely be reccomending my friends and family to come here because of him. I hope this review also helps with your incentive .

Curry Salmon - absolutely delicious! Salmon was cooked just right, fresh and juicy. The curry has the right spices and texture is like heaven in your mouth.
Drinks: If you like to go light, try Red Stripe. But if you like a real drink, go for the ale.

I had garlic Prawns followed by salmon (both utterly delicious) washed down with reggae rum punch as recommended by jessikah! What a hit! Will be returning, thankyou girls for a blast!

O. R.Staff were friendly, starters were yummy. Would have been nice to have more options on the 'Set Menu' deal. Main meal was ok. Although the chicken was burnt and dry. I had the cheesecake for dessert and that was lovely. My friend ordered the brownie and didn't enjoy it in the slightest. Enjoyed my time there, staff are lovely! It's a shame that only some meals were enjoyed.
I'm due to come back for a friends birthday celebration next week so hopefully will enjoy it a bit more.

L. J.We booked online about a week before we went there, clean and tidy, friendly service, seating area was good, service was fast, a few items from the menu had run out, but I don't really blame the restaurant, one minute they get told they can open and the next they can't.
The food was delicious, very nicely presented, hot, and a good portion size.
Overall great from start to finish, will recommend and will definitely go there again.
C.Overall, the staff here were nice and welcoming. However, with more than half of the restaurant empty and several staff members just standing around having a good old chatter, our food still took 40 minutes to arrive from the point of ordering! Throughout our entire time there, not a single staff member came over to our table to check if everything was OK which meant that when we wanted to request something, I had to physically get up, find and ask someone. The food was decent but the ice cream scoops could have been bigger and better presented. With the nice and quirky atmosphere, this restaurant has the potential to be great - the only things that they need to work on is the staff effectiveness and waiting times.
