We visit this wagamama at MK for the first time and our experience are average. We order some fresh juices. Hight five and positive . Juices where nice just very warm. We also order some starter gyoza salmon. These dumpling where very nice. We did enjoyed them. Like main course we had teriyaki soba noodles with steak. This dish was okey but very plain meat,noodles very oily. Did not enjoyed. Like dessert we try yhe new Dough-chi matcha and white chocolate and cherry,vanilla+yuzu. This dessert was very intereating but nice. Overall we like some of our part of dinner.

First time in this chain and food was amazing. Staff not so much. They are understaffed. Long waiting time for drinks to arrive. No one checked on us while we were eating. And after 20minutes of waiting, we had to get up and chase them for our bill. Even when the host saw we are with small baby, she sat us in the loudest part of the restaurant next to two big groups of people.

Have avoided wagamamas for a bit due to poor value for money during lockdown takeaways but new menu in store was delicious and portions probably too big. Now half the menu is plant based, which is even better.

My first time visiting a wagamamas and I was not disappointed! Firstly, I love that they have such a good vegan menu with variety. The bao buns were SO GOOD! I then had the vegatsu and chocolate orange cake for dessert. They did leave out the chocolate drizzle and my only complaint is that it was more like a torte than a cake, but still happy to have dessert options! I didn't catch our waitresses name but she was soooo lovely!!! All the staff were very helpful and polite, just a nice atmosphere and clean restaurant overall. Can't wait to return and hope I have just a good an experience!

Never dined here but compared to many of the other locations Wagamama has this was definitely one that stood out. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the host which helped us find our table was also extremely nice and helpful. Furthermore the tables were clean and the staff member Natalie who was serving us was exceptional. Having dined in Wagamama for year never have I come across someone who was great at serving, recommending and always checking up on the customer that they were happy. Absolutely cracking experience and I would suggest you visit this if your in the area.

Been reluctant to try Wagamama for ages and finally have in. Wish I did sooner all of the food was lovely. Just the staff could be a bit better. Will come back though to try more of the menu

Great food and food came very quickly. Could not fault. 4 stars as we had to ask to order and for the bill. Appreciate it was busy for a game but when we sat down it was actually quite quiet. The wait time was quite under estimated too. We had no issues in waiting as we were prepared too, but just felt the door host could have managed the times better (probably need two people on the door to manage people walking in and also getting people sat down )

Very accommodating to gluten intolerance! I was happy to receive a gluten free menu with a decent assortment of dishes to choose from. Can't wait to try something different next time!

I’m not one to give reviews but this place is just too outstanding I cannot just skip it! Wagamama really blew our minds! Food was amazing and tasted like the chef really put effort into it. Drinks were speedy to come out to the table and service was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Very kid-friendly if you have a child with you. By far my favourite restaurant I’ve been to in Milton Keynes. Definitely will be coming here again, totally recommend!

Food as always amazing, but unfortunately service second to none. Waited ages to get served (only 1 starter and 2 main courses). Finally food arrived but only mains. No check backs whatsoever. We were almost done with mains when I asked about our starter only to get told they ran out of it and forgot to tell me. Waited another 20 minutes to get someone's attention and asked for a bill. I was with my 2 months old and was sat next to two big groups which funnily enough was not what woke him up. It was the lady behind the bar throwing the glasses away. As far as I understand it being loud job to start with, you can do it peacefully knowing you have little children in the restaurant. I am coming from busy airport restaurant background and have a lot of understanding, but that experience was ridiculous and not worth the money you're paying.

Food good, arrived at the table quickly - as you would expect for a Wagamama. However, I've taken 1 star taken off because staff could have been a bit more attentive - we waited by the door to be seated for about 5 minutes before we were attended to. In other branches, there is almost always someone that greets you immediately. It was also quite hard to attract the attention of a waiter to order dessert.

We have been coming back for years. Food is always consistently very good. Normally get the Katsu curry and it was delicious. Staff are always friendly when we come and the atmosphere is really good. Never had any issues.

Literally had the day from hell, getting evicted from my house due to the wall collapsing… Letting agency have me an hour to move out effectively homeless. In hotel but went to the Wagamamas the staff were amazing and supportive so much they didn’t charge me which they didn’t have to do. Food was excellent and literally made my day. Life’s gonna be good!!! Smiling again!!!

Average food, mediocre service. Came here Saturday. There were quite a few customers, though not completely packed. However, the seemed to be understaffed as the waiting staff were struggling to keep on top of things. Some parts of our order were forgotten and when we asked about it, only some of the remaining items came. We mentioned it again to the waitress, who went to check. 10 minutes later we could see she was cleaning tables so we asked for an update - turned out she had completely forgotten to go and ask the kitchen! The food itself was fine, although the miso soup was overly salty - ratio of miso to water was way off. Otherwise standard Wagamama fare - pseudo-Japanese but tasty enough.

Food was hot, but there was a lot of confusion. When we arrived, a waiter told us he'd be with us in a moment. 10 mins later he hadn't come back. Another person eventually then seated us. Once seated, while still looking at the menu, we were asked on 4 separate occasions if we'd ordered a dish or were being offered someone else's drinks. Each time we said... we haven't ordered yet and yet they came to us several times asking if we had ordered set food while they were holding the food. This was so disorganised. It was like they didn't know who ordered what. When we were ready to order we had sat for over 5 mins then waiting for someone to take the order. When our food was delivered it was brought out one dish at a time in an abrupt manner and without any comment. The server was gone before anyone could blink. Had to try and catch someone's eye which wasn't easy when we wanted to order more drinks. The place wasn't super full so it seemed strange for so much to be going wrong with the service.

Stylish restaurants with good food. The standard expensive rates for the UK. Limited choices due to Covid-19. No doubt they keep the place clean but there was no hand sanitiser or track and trace.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. You have to find what you like. These three items are my favourites. Miso soup, chicken donburi. And yaki soba. Chicken and prawn.

If you haven't visited the latest Wags to open in MK1 then you need to. The decor is modern, the lighting delicate and the layout with its combination of high tables, booths and tables for large parties just works. Weather quiet dining for two or celebrating with lots of friends. The service is the best I've experienced at any Wagamana's. The staff are knowledgeable as you would expect from dishes to the range of juices. There was a slight mix up on drinks and they not only apologised but promptly removed both drinks from the bill. Then there is the food. Quality is higher than other Wags I've been to but more impressive is the speed of service (which is my biggest grip with Wags. The fact the there's often a significant delay between 1st person receiving their dish and the other dishes arriving), dishes delivered seconds apart and of course faultlessly tastey. Check it out for yourself guys and see if you find it better than the others 😎

Sorry, the food was not that great and the service itself wasn't good. The food came out one at a time with about 1-2 minutes in between. My wife's meal was missing one of the sides. On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and they gave us 20% off for the mistake.

New branch with clean and modern interior. However, some of the food arrived cold and the service was poor. Hardly anyone came to the table and we had to go looking for people. Excellent experience. Covid measures are great. Restaurant spaced out well so not near others. Waiters have screens on their faces. Good hand sanitiser that isn’t sticky on your hands. We had ginger chicken udon and tuna steak. The udon was undercooked and this was replaced without any fuss with a freshly well-cooked dish. Thanks to Bogda for making our experience great. He was very thoughtful and kind, a great manager and a credit to Wagamama. I would eat there again just because of him. Excellent staff and tasty meal, lovely surroundings. And the wait wasn’t too long either. Thank you Bogda and Wagamama, we will definitely see you again

Friendly attentive staff HOWEVER had a starter of fried greens burnt and it was next to nothing portion hardly any veg same with the main. This was on a eat to save day which they were clearly being stingy. Music could be tuned down a bit. Everything else was up to standard a great modern Wagamama.

What a fantastic spot! This Wagamama feels a lot more intimate and cosier than some of their other restaurants that tend to lean towards a more social experience. I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were and I liked how I could pour my own drink into a glass from the bottle. I tried a bit of my family's dishes ( A rice and curry dish, Chicken ramen, A children's ramen and one other that I could not remember) as well as my own( A pork belly ramen dish). The only dish I liked was the rice and curry. The noodles were fine, and the broth was mediocre. The pork in my dish tasted bad and my family agreed after tasting a peice of it. My father noticed that on the Rice dish the meat ( I believe chicken) was pink. We wouldn't complain even if we had to, as my brother and me hate confrontation. Other than the food, everything was amazing. The place was packed but we got a table for 5( the table was connected with others and could fit, I'm guessing, 10 people ) in less than 5 minutes. The lighting was great and when we asked for the bill we didnt have to wait long, as it came to us in a few minutes. I would come again, but i would have to try a different dish to the ones me and my family had.
