o.Great food at a fabulous price. Ate here each day during our recent trip to Newcastle. The jacket potatoes are just perfect. If you're vegan or plant based try the roast veg topping minus the added cheese. It's filling and delicious.

L.I pop in occasionally when I'm on the go and want to grab something quick. The food is always tasty and really good value for money. They have something to please more or less everyone's palate. The prices allow those on a low budget to quite literally 'Eat 4 Less' in comparison to what you would pay in other fast food outlets - plenty of meal deals too.
The staff are extremely fast and efficient and even when the queues are out of the door they go down super fast.
Nice spacious eating area for those wishing to sit down and eat.
I would definitely recommend you pop your head around the door and take a look at the menu (and prices) if you're in the area - you may be pleasantly surprised at what they have on offer ☺️ .....

Only criticism is that staff don't clean/sanitise tables often enough. 1 lady taking orders approximately 4 or 5 members of staff in the back standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic & sanitising is essential it's not for this place. Also pigeons coming in eating food off the floor. Disappointed

They provide fresh quality meals at really low cost. Moreover, their meals are halal and very close for both University campuses which makes it ideal for the students.
All their meals are below 10 pounds and really good value if you want to have some thing quick and tasty.

I don't go because its too crowded and there aren't enough tills. Although the line does move quickly.
I have friends who go so frequently that the staff remember their order, sometimes having it prepared and waiting in advanced. The service is exceptional!
G. 5.Fantastic place! Food is very nice and affordable, different kinds of foods for everyone, from baguettes to panini's and burgers. It has an upstairs seating area, and bathrooms downstairs. The only problem I have is - because this is a smaller restaurant, seats can get full and you may have to eat out or share a table with others, this has only happened once to me though. Highly recommend this place!

The chips were standard, possibly a little too much salt but good nonetheless. The ciabatta, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic. Toasted, nice and hot and the food itself was great. Only time I'll visit this place as I leave Newcastle tomorrow but if I ever come back to this city, I wouldn't bother looking for a meal anywhere else apart from Eat 4 Less. Sitting down and upstairs, friendly staff, relatively clean. Well done guys!!!

Most of the other so called fast food outlets on the main street are anything but the queues on a weekend are way to long for me so a small place like this is a life saver. Its a great alternative to the usual burgers and pasties, call in and give it a try next time you pass !!

R. G.We stopped here for a quick lunch as we didn’t have much time before going to see Dippy the dinosaur at the Hancock Museum. Three tasty Paninis with fries and 3 cans of coke for less than £10 was a good buy and better than other fast food places. A good choice too.

The food is good quality, alwayd hot when served and so cheap. £3.75, I think, for a Jacket Potato with Cheese and Coleslaw and a can of pop. I paid £3.25 today for a cheese panini, chips and a drink. There is seating upstairs and generally looks clean.

H.I would eat this everyday for lunch if i can. Really really cheap and worth it. It really saves my wallet. The queue can be quite long during brunch and lunch hour so be quick. Taste wise, cant complain much when you pay so little.
Food I like include chicken burger, beef burger and sandwiches.

When waiting for food you ordered a staff member has to do this from behind the til area, this ok if you're standing near but if you sit down you have to keep polling the til area. You don't have much time to read the menu as people are waiting behind you and the cashiers are asking for the next customer.
Generally this makes you either let people in front of you, annoying people or pick something and order it.
The order collection isn't great as you can hardly hear the girls calling. You have to wait by a table to have a chance at hearing them, and if you can, they might wave you over.
I like the look of a few items on the menu so I'll be back, but the sub-par ordering and pickup is setting off my anxiety already.

t. h.Crazy cheap! The burger wasn't the best but how can you complain when the prices are so dirt cheap? The lettuce was soggy though and there were 2 mangy pigeons walking around the restaurant, which was a humourous touch but also a bit off-putting! Doubt I would go back but I'm sure it's perfect for school age children with pocket money.

Definitely somewhere to get something to go from as the inside can get a bit messy due to the high turnover of customers coming through. Would recommend for a quick and cheap bite to eat when on the move.
