There were a lot of options for burgers so I asked for a recommendation, the guy advised the heartstopper burger and it was really good and filling, glad I didn't order the chips as it would've went to waste. Got complimentary tea aswell which was nice. Good customer service too. (Paid with amex via website)

Me and 4 friends had a catch up at Howdyz Newcastle last night.. Was fantastic experience & 100% be returning very soon as we’re looking to make it a monthly thing. We all ate and was not one complaint from anyone we all enjoyed our food. We also had milkshakes which I recommend, the aero one was lush.!!! The staff looked after us well changing coals on our shishas and checking everything was & if we needed anything. Upon leaving we were offered complimentary Persian Tea (see photo) which was Very nice of them & I thoroughly enjoyed! Thanks again Howdyz.

Every time I've been here, the owner has been so nice to me. He always goes out of his way and is very polite and respectful. I really enjoyed the food and the new milk based drinks! Presentation is always beautiful, it's a pity I don't have any pictures of the food. I'm always too hungry upon arrival so I don't bother taking pictures. Definitely worth a try and so much better than Pepe's up the road who also do grilled chicken.

The best burgers in Newcastle hands down the heart stopper didn’t stop my heart it just took it and remained there. The costumer service is top notch Haider is a lovely chat to. Definitely would come back here again, and would recommend as first choice for people.

Totally amazing. The drinks are delightful, the food was sublime, the rice was perfectly seasoned (never tried a basmati cooked in that way but the best one I’ve ever tried) the fries not to oily and crispy The chicken was perfect and all the portions really big. The atmosphere here is lovely, so chilled, the staff are very accommodating. The first time we visited was with children, the man put on suitable TV for our son to entertain him and the food was lovely. The service is second to non and so friendly.

Great service, but was expecting homemade beef Patty's especially for the price that I was charged, it was £11.00 for the same beef burger meal I can get down the road for £5.00, only extra was two additional beef Patties that you can buy in any halal grocery store. You will be treated well, but shame about the food hence the 4 stars.

Took the family (of four) to Howdyz Newcastle and was the pefect chilled evening. We sat in a private area Casual and relaxed with atmosphere to match. The staff were very friendly and ever present yet enough in the background not to impose on our space. Now, the all important food factor, it was perfect. Everything was fresh, burgers were seasoned well and appetisingly stacked (without anything getting soggy) with hot crispy fries on the side as they should be. There was no compromise on the kids meal and portion size was very good, enough to fill and then some and the Chicken Biryani that needed to be authentic to pass the taste test was absolutely that. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal followed by complimentary Persian tea to go with some Shisha action in such a chill out environment. I can't say enough to do justice to Howdyz so please check it out for youself, let them spoil you and don't forget to try the mango lassi . I shall definitely be back.
