We tried the Tuesday night buffet. The food was delicious. Very good value for money with mixed starters and a good selection of curries with nan and 2 rices. The lamb was especially tender. The service was excellent, attentive but not overly. We've tried the a la carte menu before and that was good but we'll certainly go back for the buffet again.

Thank you to the staff at Jandami, it was our first visit and we'll definitely be returning. The food was delicious, the service was speedy and courteous. I had the monkfish jalfrezi (madras heat) which was zingy and tasty - but all of our dishes were great.

Quite frankly, the best Indian in England. The food is always incredible and warm, bursting with flavour. It is presented well, even in takeaway. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, remembering names, events and orders. Akhtar (sorry if I misspelt you name) is an incredible bartender and always greets me in a lovely manner. Haven’t been in a while, but when I go I will be sure to try your new monkfish dish!

Exceptional food and service . Discovered by chance when staying locally. Very nice little restaurant. Staff are welcoming, helpful and attentive. Very impressive menu with some interesting traditional dishes amongst the old favourites. I had garlic mushroom starter,which was Devine. The calamari was also very good. We both had a tahli, which came with a lovely fresh naan and rice. I hate wasting food but there was no way I could eat it all. Plenty of meat in all the dishes, cooked nice and tender. Flavours were rich and full. We had an excellent dining experience and the food was exceptional. Very highly recommended. We will definitely be back if in the area.

Had a great night celebrating my daughter in law's birthday. Good service from the waiters and all the food came out together, not an easy feat for a table of 10. My spiced lamb chops were very tasty and succulent. Slight issue with my wife's Prawn Madras, she did ask for it not too fiery but obviously you are at the mercy of the chef and what they might consider a slightly less fiery curry. All in all, a nice night and thanks to the Jamdani.

The restaurant also does takeaway food which again due to the high quality is a very popular feature. Waiters are very friendly as is the manager and all have an extensive knowledge of the food that they serve if you have any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Drove from Middlesbrough on the recommendation from a friend. Simply put , this was well worth the 1 hour drive . The food starting with the lamb chops was outstanding. The following main meal was equally as tasty and served fresh with brilliant service . I have busted many indian / Bangladeshi restaurants throughout the north east and this is by far the best ...all very reasonably priced too . Looking forward to my next vist , 5 stars from me .

This was our first visit to Jamdani (party of 4) and I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The manager, Mr Miah is a wonderful man who really cares about his customers, which in this day and age is rare! The food was absolutely wonderful, so tasty, do not hesitate to eat here!!!
