n. h.Fast food but long wait.... The management need to sort out their staff rotas to enable efficient serving as I waited 30 mins for my order. I'm not blaming the staff as I could see that were clearly rushed and confused. I hope they read my review and take it constructively. We all have a bad day and that's fine but if he shop is run this way then they need to make changes if they want repeat custom
P. A.Every KFC I have visited has been very dirty. The floors walls surfaces need a good clean. Cleanliness really isn't too of their priority. First impressions count for me especially when I'm ordering food. This place is a no no from me.

D.Despite the long wait for my order when I finally got my food after around 20 minutes the woman on the counter was very apologetic and offered out free cookies to customers including myself, didn't catch her name but I've been to quite a lot of KFC establishments before and waited agers and never really had an apology or anything like that, so it made a really nice change and felt as though she really valued each customer👍

A. A.Typically good place for food, depending on times you can get served with your food fairly quickly or it can take quite a while, two times I have been and it has been a wait of 30 minutes or more
Food it decent for the price however there isn't a lot of range of choice unless they have the special items on like the stacker burgers or double down etc which are unfortunately only limited time items.

O. B.This is a very dirty establishment and to see overflowing bins and food all over the floor. This is consistent on each visit I've made there. There's no excuse for it other than there is a manager who isn't managing and supervisors who aren't supervising. I don't know her name but there's always one woman when I am there who is doing everything at front on her own, serving, cooking fries, packing orders, replenishing condiments and straws when she gets a spare second and she is the only one who cleans with a spare second, while still managing to give great customer service and remain composed. She will be a manager one day.
I think the toilet should be for paying customers only and maybe this shop can adopt what costa near the theatre royal has which is a code on your receipt to access the toilet.
Cannot knock the food and drink it's kfc so it's nice. Whoever the manager is needs to manage the place, I've not once seen the manager present on any visit.
M. A.The waiter did a mistake on my order. I had to take it like that because of the Covid situation, I didn't know if they would accept to change.
S. R.Ordered through Just Eat and it was delivered with some items missing. When we informed them, a staff member asked us to get a refund through Just Eat. A friend was nearby and offered to pick up the missing food. When we contacted KFC again, another staff member sent us the the order again again.
G. S.The food was reasonable but the staff allowed a bunch of kids to hang about by the front entrance making it difficult for people to get in and out. Which spoilt the whole experience when l took my kids there for a meal. If they had called for food then fair enough, but it was just somewhere to hang out and cause a nuisance to other customers trying to eat in peace. I can only give 3 stars as the visit and eating in was a part of the experience of that particular KFC.
