J. E.Not very clean, tables are always really sticky when you go. Not too much seating but can't be helped with it only being a little establishment. Food is nice.
T.Food Is great and all but the inside Is disgusting table or should I say benchs are always dirty if you takeaway then 5 star if you sit in 1 star
B. C.This KFC is good in terms of position. Lot of people pass through in front of this all the time, thus this has became a automatic choice of food for the passer by. It has all usual availabity of food items that a regular KFC shop does have so no extra marks for that, however this KFC surely have more staffs than many other KFCs and thus the waiting time for any order is comparatively less.

(.Sadly it wasn't taking part in the 50% off deal but the food is as always amazing, it's a KFC so it's pretty low on the atmosphere but you don't come here for a restaurant like feel or great service. The food is hot and it tastes great and is probably one of the better KFCs I've seen, I'm giving it a 4* because honestly price and value is not there to make a trip worth it in a post pandemic world that is offering discounts for better food and service.
Worth it if you're close by but honestly it's still just a KFC but hotter food that's well cooked and a longer wait time due to the location.

R.Quite central branch of national chain of chicken outlets which is fairly small and mainly based for take away sales As someone who likes to sit in I have never been able to do this as seating is very restricted Surrounded by many other outlets just near the massive Gate complex footfall is quite heavy most of the time

P. S.It's supposed to be fast food, yet the service at this branch is one of the slowest I've witnessed. I once had to wait 10 minutes. Though as the saying goes, 'something are worth waiting for' and that definitely goes for KFC. There are other chicken restaurants dotted around Newcastle, which are okay, they're just not KFC...I am disappointed that the chicken wing bucket has stopped so soon and I'd like it if the hot wing coating could be tried on the chicken portions 'a hot bucket'.
A. C.I have visited this store today not to buy food, but to beg for cups as my daughter and I were giving out sarnies and soup for the homeless, but blow me......I FORGOT the cups!!! DOH!!! I offered to pay for them, just to give the soup out, but was greeted with an immediate "NO!" - and given cups for the soup. Whilst in the street giving a chap a sarnie, I was tapped on the shoulder by another member of staff who pushed more cups into my hands with lids " just in case they needed lids to keep their soup warm!"
Such kindness and generosity shown by these members of staff was great! You made mine and my daughters day! Thank you Ladies x

M. K.Tried chicken pieces with two chicken wings and a pop. Its a good meal in a good price. Also checked meals and buckets anyone can try without taking time. Staff is very good as well.
