Absolutely love this place. Me and my husband love coming here. The atmosphere is amazing and all of the staff are so lovely. We go for coffee and cake regularly, and occasionally (I.e once a month 😅) we get food too. We have tried a lot of things on the menu and I have yet to find anything I don't like. Its clear a lot of thought has gone into the menu! I personally love the coffee, and the sticky toffee latte is my favourite coffee I have had anywhere. The staff are the best. They know us by name and they also remember what we said last time and ask afterwards. Its so lovely and we genuinely enjoy chatting to the staff and finding out how they are too! Everyone and everything at Koru is so refreshing, their food and drinks, atmosphere but also their attitude. They are so down to earth and so open about their mistakes, growth and experiences. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how we get up back up again and learn from them is whats important! It is so refreshing how open they are. They also clearly care about their staff which I think is so important! Koru is perfect for a cute date night, a cake and coffee catch up, or a family gathering. If I could give more stars I would!!!

A lovely little bistro pizza restaurant witharelaxedatmosphere. Very friendly and professional staff. The only issues is that they only online menus they have are on Facebook which we don't subscribe to. The pizza and pasta are really tasty and freshly baked using local produce they also have an extensive GF menu, as they don't have an alcohol license you have to take your own but there's a small corkage fee. We will definitely be going back soon if we can get a table booked.

Gorgeous place with beautiful stone baked pizzas. I had the chorizo and coconut cream pizza and there were so many I wanted to try on their interesting menu. They have a nice little kids option too. Beautiful interiors too - I feel like I could spend all day here! Highly recommend

Someone recommended Koru saying it was the best pizza ever and dog friendly so had to try it. The pizza was deeeelicious, we went at 4pm so was really quiet, super fast service, lovely people, they made a big fuss of patch the pirate puppy and gave him treats and things to keep him quiet while we ate. It’s a cool vibe/ aesthetic. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to go back!

The food was good but could have used a little more flavour. The pizzas are filling but the main meal/pasta portions are tiny and I left still hungry. In addition for a place called peaceful pizza the wait staff were rude and kept rushing our party. We got told 4 times there was an upcoming booking. Okay, we get it. And then they rushed us out. I've never had such bad service just because another table has arrived. I won't return and it definitely wasn't a peaceful visit.

The pizza is delicious! I had The Rainbow pizza and the olives and sundried tomatoes were so tasty. Its great for vegans as they do vegan cheese and vegan options for a number of different pizzas. The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is really cosy and welcoming.

Great if you like to gamble. Sometimes a lovely experience with really tasty, unusual pizza combinations. Sometimes, the pizza dough is flat and you get squashed on a table that is far too small despite prebooking.

I thought this place was nice. The pizza I had was really good but the pasta dishes my two friends had were pretty average. Service was friendly. You also take your own alcohol, we went next door to the Spar supermarket and bought a bottle of wine. Overall an OK experience.

Had a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere and interior design of the restaurant is lovely and the staff were friendly and chatty. The food itself was wonderful with loads of vegan and vegetarian options and some really creative pizzas. I had "The Koru" pizza and it was wonderful. Prices are reasonable as well especially when considering it is bring your own alcohol.

Fab selection of food and drinks. Pizza toppings were different, my friend had Carbonara with an egg and l had a very tasty Chilli beef, with meat from a local butcher. The pizza bases were thin and crispy and mine was gluten free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

My 7 year old granddaughter who is allergic to gluten and dairy wanted to be ladies who lunch. Couldn't have found a better place. Plenty of choice for her and she said it was the best pizza she ever had. We'll definitely be back. Staff also helpful and friendly.

Spotted this fabulous little place whilst visiting family recently so decided to stop by this afternoon for lunch. I can only say that was blown away! The food was beautifully presented and most importantly, it tasted fantastic. However one thing that was very noticeable was just how fresh everything was. The choice of desserts will keep anyone with a sweet tooth very pleased indeed. Will most definitely be coming back soon.

Koru catered for our wedding reception of 25 people and were delightful from start to finish. They were totally accommodating of our requests, and delivered pizzas and sides to our house hot and fresh. Everything was delicious! Amanda and Peter are both lovely and couldn’t do more for us. They were so efficient on the night that the pizzas were unpacked and shared out before my wife even realised they’d arrived! Thank you Team Koru, we’ll see you in the restaurant soon!

Everything about this place is amazing the staff, the food, the decor. The toilets where clean I loved that they use eco products too. Menu is great for Vegaterians and people who enjoy meat it's also great for kids. Byo is a hidden bonus.

Great restaurant, fantastic service, varied menu. No drinks license, so bring your own, or just pop into the supermarket which is next door. I believe the restaurant charges £1 per head corkage, per customer. Overall a good night out, for couples or family and friends.

Chilled out cafe with delicious pizzas. We had a take away, ordered by phone and were given a pick-up time, paid on arrival, by the time I’d paid the pizzas were in my hands.

Pros: * Friendly staff * Nice food Cons: * SMALL PORTIONS * Overpriced for the small amount of food that you get * Bought a Marks and Spencers sandwich after the meal as my wife was still hungry Conclusion: Koru is a lovely place to eat (if you are ordering a pizza only). Next time we will try the Pizzas only, not the main menu as the portions did not fill us both. If we come back here we will gladly update our review.

I think it'd be valuable to have some kind of description explaining the cooking style on the Google businness page or on the Facebook 'about' section. I say this because I expected something that resembled Italian pizza, specifically because the pizzas have Italian names. I think its important to add though, that the venue is clean and well presented and the staff are very friendly.
