The food is really delicious. I tried it when it was a small place in Grainger Market, and loved it. So i am happy for the fact that they expanded and are serving breakfast. Which i am excited to try! I had the New Mexico burger without bacon, truffle fries and the peanut butter milk shake which i really recommend. All in all— Everything was great!

Very little pineapple or chillis in the big kahuna whilst the dirty cheese fries were cold and bland, worsened by paying a pound for a ridiculously small pot of stack sauce! However positively the chocolate hazelnut milkshake was great, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was good. Ultimately it didn’t come close to the levels of Fat Hippo

I’m in Newcastle for one day to watch the Arsenal game tonight so I searched up for the best burger in town and oh my goodness. Thank the lord I did. Okay, so I ordered a triple Yellowstone, chicken tenders and triple cheese fries. The burger was genuinely sensational. The sweet brioche bun was met with a stunningly powerful dripping taste of melted cheese and fried onion. The burger was cooked to perfection and the combination of flavours oozed around my tongue as it melted in my mouth. The chips were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. They were brilliantly cooked with beef drippings to give them that extra flavour that gives them the edge over any other chips. But oh my goodness, the chicken tenders were absolutely fantastic too. I tried a bite of my friend’s Canadian burger too and I’m pretty sure I am now going to move up north. Please, and I genuinely mean this, please make a chain and move to London. I can’t live by only having this burger once per season. Stunning.

One word perfection. I order a standard quarter pounder meal with fries and it arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. The burger was perfectly cooked with a sweet bun and the right amount of sauce on it to compliment the flavours. Cannot speak high enough of this food. Will recommend and revisit in the future

Meat:Stack are the best burgers you can get in Newcastle, the burgers, the buns, everything is just fantastic, but don't sleep on their chicken tenders, milkshakes, fries or the incredible Stack sauce! The staff are great, the venue is wonderful and clean inside and the speed of service is outstanding. It's very, very hard to fault them. If you want a great burger, go here (I recommend the French Canadian).

Definitely my favourite burger place in Newcastle. The burgers are always cooked so well and the fixings are impeccable, not for you plain janes. Everything is fried in beef dripping which adds to the flavour and the fried chicken is so underrated, possibly one of my favourite fried chicken places as well, the batter subtly sweet with some sort of curry powder taste, it's divine.

Hi, Ross here. Been to this establishment on numerous occasions and on each visit, I am astounded by the level of high-quality service and food provided. One of the employees, Mr Alfie Clark, was especially brilliant and made my visit very enjoyable. Highly recommend for local burger connoisseurs!

Food was 11/10, probably the best burger I've had in both the UK and the USA. Chicken tenders were also incredible. Only thing that tainted the meal was a bit of weirdness around the apparent policy on kids meals. No age restriction is stated on the menu but despite buying an adult meal our request to buy a kids meal and a seperate portion of chicken tenders (in order to sample more items on the menu without overdoing the calories) we were refused by the cashier with the only explanation given being that it wouldn't be profitable for them. Certainly not the end of the world but seemed unnecessarily obtuse and tainted the enjoyment of the meal a little bit. Seems an easy workaround would be to either state the specific restrictions around the kids meal on the menu or offer the adult burgers as a single party option.

Top quality food and it's only gotten better since they moved to the Bigg Market! I went with my 2 year old son and got a kids chicken tenders meal with a juice box. The chicken tenders are amazing!!! Really juicy and as the name suggests...really tender! This isn't the usual fast food reconstituted stuff either! My son ate all of his chicken and loved the fries too! My burger was so tasty! I went for the Yellowstone and honestly, would have happily eaten another one afterwards if I could have managed it! On top of the food is the service! The guy who served me realised I was with a child and offered to bring the sauce and napkins over to us with the food so i didn't have to leave the table! It's little things like that which aren't obvious until they happen that make a visit worth more than just the burger!

Myself and a group of friends visiting from Leeds stopped for a bite to eat and the young man that served us was brilliant. Great rapport and knew the menu, he made additional changes to the orders we wanted for two vegetarian members in the group and chefs were also really helpful and able to answer our questions. The food was cooked perfectly and the vibe was really nice, would definitely recommend and re visit on our return to Newcastle. 🙌🏼

This has pros and cons. Pros...Yummy burgers, their chicken tenders are amazing, as are their fries ( both dirty and straight up versions). Very reasonably priced. Great staff! Oh...they serve yorkshire tea in mugs!!! Love it! The cons....the food is so good, so moreish, that even when you've eaten and technically had enough, you're left wanting a little bit more, which is bad for the waistline. An excellent little independent burger joint for the aficionados, no; actually for anyone who appreciates tasty food, made with love. Nom nom!

Reservations are not accepted here so we arrived and, due to COVID-19 restrictions, queued outside while we waited for a member of staff to invite us inside once a table was free. We ordered at the counter and attempted to pay via on at least 2 or 3 occasions, however, the card machine was playing up. Eventually payment went through. When the food arrived, I have to admit that the burger was delicious. Juicy, well cooked, packed with flavour. But, and this is a big but for me, make sure you ask for fries with the side of salt! My god it was as though they had used a full tub of Saxa on the damn things. There was so much salt, it puts the dead sea to shame. After only a couple of fries, I had shrivelled up into something akin to salt dried cod.

Great service, amazing price, in and out quickly (me and mrs. were looking for a good place that did not required booking previously) and the food was delicious!
