The service was absolutely fantastic, from the moment I walked in. The gentleman who seated me and took my order was brilliant.
The food arrived quickly and hot. I got the fish tacos, calimari and some fries. The lime mayo with the calimari and the Cajun corn on the taco were the highlights for sure and the fries were very tasty and crispy.
The tacos were missing a hit of something and the batter on the calimari was a little too thick and didn't feel delicate, but very happily ate it all.
For the cost, service, atmosphere and most of all, staff, I would definitely recommend and will be back myself.

Me and my partner ate here this evening, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be coming back. Our waitress was Josey, she was very friendly and polite. We couldn’t of asked for better customer service. Thank you again.

Proper good place to be. We spent a good few quid on a cracking time and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. See you in two weeks when we are back up from Sheffield

Quiet basement pub in the centre of Newcastle. Attentive staff table service. Easily missed but worth a look if you want to escape from shopping. Food menu available.

A great quirky bar hidden away in the centre of town.. a must see venue with a great choice of food and drinks. Look for the old phone box to find the secret door.........

Great venue with lovely staff! My only issue was with the menu. I decided to choose the USA style pancakes which is described as a ‘heavenly fluffy pancake stack’. Unfortunately I received the complete opposite. They were flat, limp and very burnt crepes. This was such a disappointment as I wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known. The rest of the group enjoyed their food and the drinks were great. I’d just amend the wording on the menu to help manage expectations
